The equipment is too old but suitable for budget trip. It is good to have private beach.

The stay was super good and all the team was super friendly and supportive starting from : Supervisor Ms Amr and the receptionist Cristal Prashant in the restaurant Lifeguard Amen allah and Ahmed Gedo The activities were super cool and the team also Sia and momo and Smitha

This hotel is 3stars but I rate them as 4stars.. First of all the beach and the sand are absolutely amazing!! The sand is very soft and beach has an infinite view... I love the ambiance.. its very relaxing.. The staffs are very attentive and helpful.. except the lady from the restaurant.. I am not sure with her name, i think its Lyda, she seems to be the f&b captain..but her attitude was kinda OFF... First was when she got mad with one of the server staff and she was kind of slamming the fork and spoon in our table.. next was the way she asked us to move my Son's chair in the side because it was blocking the way.. she was rude and looking her POKER face during breakfast, lunch and dinner is exhausting. Her attitude is inappropriate in customer service field.. Regarding the room, unfortunately we got the outdated one.. the hotel is running renovations but what we got was an old room.. The carpet was ripped off, the lower portion of the cabinet is damaged (looks dirty( and the AC was dripping.. but yeah, these do not stop us to enjoy the place though.. I still love this resort and I hope to get a better room next time.. So we have the all inclusive package so we could get the beverages, but then the alcoholic ones are those lower category which we did not like much.. so it was kind of useless for us.. but their food tastes really good and we enjoyed it during the 2 nights and 3 days stay.. and the most amazing part was the Gala Dinner for New Year which was held in Longbeach Campground..There were lots of food and amazing entertainment.. Overall, this was one of our great hotel staycation!! Will definitely go back!

The place is really good. It’s very family friendly. Kids can do a lot of activities and same for adults. They have a lot of activities to do that you will not get bored and the scenery is very beautiful. The staff are the nicest especially Monowar and Sadik. It’s the best experience for camping.

It’s Great place to chill out with your friends & family , the staff was very friendly specially RANA from Entertain Team . Everything was amazing in general , we spent 1 day at the hotel since we arrived the room was ready with amazing sea view ..

At the hotel from May 1 to May 9. The hotel is well located. The rooms are standard, ordinary. The food is good. The beach is sandy. The water is clear. Cool animators: Rano, Nemo, Vitalik. Sociable and friendly. Thanks to them, our stay at the hotel became bright and exciting.

Hotel is very good. Good and clean beach, big pool with a big bar. They even have a kids club for kids with a TV and with a lot of staff. Delicious food and cozy rooms. A lot of sport and fun activities from Rano and Vitali. We love the archery and aqua aerobic on the sea.thank so much for entertainers ❤️❤️

First time at this beautiful staycation with my friends. It’s a nice experience for us. We loved this place ( BM Beach Hotel) The entertainment activities are very good. Especially I want to say thank you for Vitali and Rano. They are the best. We would like to come again

Stay was good, tents were spacious and clean. Entertainment team was friendly, particularly Rana. She managed alot of activities around the hotel. The beach was also clean. The buffet is nice with a wide variety of options to choose fromm.

The hotel is in a good spot, the staff are friendly, food is good. The beach is clean and tidy, with good sand. Nice activities are being held and scheduled. There is a staff member called Rana who is super friendly and full of energy who initiates activities at the beach that are nice. Highly recommended.

Good hotel, good eat, good and funny animators, clean area, clean pool, safe place, very good people here, best disco, very good songs on disco, very good shows they were very funny, i like i very much here , a lot of good meals, a lot of activities

We enjoyed the stay here. 3days full of activities. Ranasha is very entertaining and kind. All good for a full board experience. Worth the penny. Beach and pool access and we got the chance to roam around at Long beach. Great and nice experience.
