Самый комфортный отель, в котором мне приходилось прибывать 👍 1. Безумно красивый отель : как снаружи, так и внутри. Комфортные номера. На сайте можно оставить пожелание по поводу кровати (одну большую или две одноместные). 2. Уборка номеров каждый день (что не везде бывает). 3. Самая классная функция- заказ завтрака в номер! Завтрак невероятно вкусный, большое порции и достаточно большой выбор блюд! На ресепшен вы можете оставить свои пожелания к завтраку , к какому времени вам принести. Спасибо повторам, за такой вкусный завтрак! Рисовая каша как из детства! Сервировка тоже на высоте! 4. Расположение. Все в пешей доступности (до всех достопримечательностей города вы можете дойти пешком, тем самым насладиться атмосферой Петербурга) 5. Приятные работники отеля! Единственный и незначительный минус: 1,5 спальное оделяло, но это опять на любителя. Мы с мужем спим под одним большим. Но думаю , что можно на ресепшен попросить большое. Но опять - это на любителя. В целом , отель шикарный , обслуживание на высоте, 5+! Советуем.

Являюсь клиентом уже пару лет. Есть где остановиться, но мы едем целенаправленно в этот отель. Когда-то в первый приезд мы были очень впечатлены качеством планировки, отделки помещений, номеров, состоянием сантехники, убранством номера... и конечно, идеальным персоналом. Помню, как нам 31го при заселении, за несколько часов до НГ вручили неожиданный подарок. Было приятно. :) Я привязываюсь к людям и когда кто-то уходит, я невольно сравниваю нового сотрудника с предыдущим, к которому привык. Тут же само за себя говорит постоянство в коллективе - Роман, Павел и Виктор, которые с нами уже два года - это выдающиеся профессионалы своего дела. ”Бокальчик игристого?” до сих пор в голове. :) Конечно, и остальной персонал достоин похвалы, просто всех не упомню. Постоянство в коллективе - признак здоровой атмосферы и хорошего управления. Мне нравится всё.

The location of the hotel seemed great to us. We did not use transportation and walked to the city and Moscow railway station. You can stroll along the noisy Nevsky Prospekt and peaceful parallel streets. Close to the shopping center, beautiful Oushi. The room is small but very cozy. Clean the room every day We could not evaluate the sound insulation effect, we did not hear the neighbors, did not see them, it was out of time. In a cozy restaurant on the 5th floor, the breakfast is very good with a great variety. We went to the bar on the 7th floor and we could see the view of the cathedral. I read a lot of complaints about closing windows, including. Those who definitely need air circulation, be careful and write down your wishes. If possible, I think your request will be approved. Everything about us is great. There is a left-luggage office where you can store your luggage. Excellent value for money.

I had heard very good feedback about this hotel and saw the nice pictures on the website. Rooms looked great, and I was looking forward to staying there. Unfortunately I did not know that the hotel has renovated and unrenovated rooms which are not only awful but also very very small. When I arrived, I was given a tiny room with shabby furniture that looked like it was from 1985. Never before have I been to a hotel where pictures and reality were further apart. Unfortunately the hotel seemed fully booked so that I could not change the room. I left the next morning to move to another hotel. I must say that such inconsistency in the quality of the rooms is a sign of a poorly managed hotel. Such rooms should be renovated, not offered at high prices to guests who will inevitably be disappointed. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. There are so many better options in St. Petersburg.

Excellent location, close to the train station, if you choose to use the train as a means of transportation to and from Moscow and St. Petersburg, this hotel is the best, but only 5 minutes walk to the most prosperous Nevsky Avenue, easy to find, walk along Nevsky Prospekt Within 30 minutes, you can reach the Winter Palace and many other major attractions. In general, a very good hotel for its price (yes, and still located in the center). Quick settlement, any time you can enter/out, all except the door of the room on magnetic keys. The room has a full set of hygiene, dishes, electric teapot, slippers and towels. If asked, they are cleaned. Mobile Internet catches well, there is also a hotel wifi. On the floor there is a cooler (hot water in it was not, and cold straight ice, so if you want to drink the water of the room temperature - immediately set up and leave in the room to warm), a refrigerator, a smooth board. The hotel has its own cafe, but with such a location in the center it is better to walk somewhere in a more interesting place (in 2 minutes walk there is a conquered heart of my bakery). There are small shortcomings that would not have affected my assessment separately, but in total, however, slightly damaged the impression. In the room for two there was only one blanket, one chair, uncomfortable location of furniture (the dressing closet is far from the entrance to the room and it was taken through the table), the door to the bathroom clinic and so simply does not open from the first time (to pull the pen on yourself at the right moment). Good hearing - the voices and steps of the neighbors from the top were heard loud enough.

Замечательный отель, с удовольствием бы вернулась снова. Хорошее расположение, можно пойти по любой из дорог и открыть для себя новые достопримечательности. Всё расположено в пешей доступности (эрмитаж, иссакий, казанский, 20-30 мин прогулки по очень красивым центральным улицам). Огромное количество баров, столовых, булочных, на любой вкус. Ресторан с отелем приятный, вкусный, но ценник выше среднего. Персонал очень приятный, прилетела в 6.30 (тк бронировала на 7суток предоставили трансфер), спокойно вышла с аэропорта, мне позвонили, встретили, и довезли. Заселили сразу, без проблем, очень благодарна. Номер понравился безумно, просторный, чистый, большая ванная, все необходимые принадлежности есть (шампунь, шапочки, щетка, паста), комплект полотенец,прекрасный вид из окна. Убирались каждый день - поддерживающая уборка, и раз в два-три дня меняли полотенца, и в целом всё. Чай на этаже и кулер с холодной/горячей водой, сахар, очень удобно. Самое замечательное, это кровать. Она ультрамягкая, удобная, очень комфортные подушки, мягкое и тёплое одеяло, засыпала мгновенно, а утром не хотелось из неё вылазить, высыпалась, и просто максимально отдыхала. В номере дополнительно есть зонтик, сушилка для обуви, салфеточки для обуви, чтобы протереть. Телевизор шёл хорошо, вайфай был, работал тоже хорошо. Жила на 4 этаже, подниматься пешком, но это не составило труда, и все же кому это важно, обратите внимание). Сам отель на 2 этаже, поэтому подниматься недолго. Прям выходя из отеля остановка, автобусы ходят часто, это удобно, если нужно куда-то ехать. Метро в 7минутах ходьбы, станция Владимирская, тоже вполне удобно и нравилось прогуливаться до отеля. Родителям я тоже бронировала номер в этом отеле, и они тоже остались в восторге, комфортный большой номер, мягкие кровати и им очень понравились)

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

Stopped for one night in the room in the room of Kutuzov. No words, all super. There is courtesy table in a room somewhere in hotel that does tea I believe but I do prefer to have this facility in my room No mirror by plug sockets made it difficult to do hair Also as this was my 50th birthday gift from my mum we had notified hotel. They promised a complimentary gift on arrival which did not happen. My mum did try to order champagne and was told that they didn’t put complimentary in room as my bd was a week after we depart!!!! It’s my big 50 which I was celebrating with my mum. I found this quite rude. My mum was willing to pay but they didn’t offer anything We also tried to book a massage which they advertise hugely in hotel and it’s run from same building, however we did not get a reply from the message we sent!

Забронировал номер на 2 суток. Сам апарт-отель неплохой, но с сервисом большие проблемы. Заказывал номер с завтраком. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

Booked a room in this hotel after a couple of bad nights elsewhere. I expected any developments, but this hotel was pleasantly surprised from the beginning. Bed comfortable, clean fresh clothes, there are all facilities and the price is very pleasant. By the way, I lived for the same money elsewhere, and there was not half as comfortable as here. Plus - breakfasts are on, and very delicious )) the only moment - not all channels on TV worked, so to see something standing is unlikely to work. Ужин заказывается заранее на выбор. Мне понравился и завтрак и ужин, но тут, как говорится, на вкус и цвет. Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - ”уставшая” мебель

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. From the airport by bus to two cars a person 100 rubles, if the taxi (the Yandrx taxi app downloads the order) about 650–700 rubles. Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is not air conditioned and is a city with moisture, for the summer they put up fans. In conclusion, for a few days and a low cost trip is acceptable. It doesn't give more than that.

When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. Breakfast can be delivered to the room or to the bar on the first floor. One person is also very careful. The only thing that feels not very good is that there is a step to carry luggage up the door. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . The room was very clean and well maintained , with decent minibar . Bed and pillows very comfortable , the style and design of the room very inspirational classic but with a modern twist .
