We were looking for a mid-priced, comfortable hotel in a good location, and the Hotel de Sevres filled the bill. Situated near the St. Placide Metro stop, it allowed us to get to the Gare du Nord, the banks of the Seine, the Louvre and Notre Dame or to Montmartre in no time. The breakfasts were good and the staff were friendly. The lcoal streets were worth time spent wandering in them. A block and a half away is Le Nemrod restaurant, which is not gourmet class but is good and reliable with plenty of French atmosphere. Positives: Location Good breakfast buffet for less than the cost of a croissant and coffee at nearby cafes Friendly staff Quiet Clean The windows open! Negatives Small room, small bathroom - but you're in central Paris and not paying a fortune, so it's appropriate. The mattress was quite firm - firmer than I like. If you want a large room with lots of amenities, go elsewhere. But if you just want a comfortable, friendly base for exploring Paris, I recommend this hotel.

The room of nearly 1800 nights can only be said to be general. I booked a room for 3 people, giving a double bed + a single small bed. The quality of the sheets, quilts and towels is good. The quality of the toilet paper is also good. The water in the bathtub and washbasin is not very smooth; the hotel house is marked with four stars, and there is still a gap! The lobby area is not very large. If you like to visit Le Peng Marse, you can consider it, the hotel is opposite the Le Peng Marse, far from the classic attractions! After the last day of our visit, we went back to the hotel and prepared to take the baggage. The waiter at the door asked enthusiastically whether we needed to drink water. We didn't want to say anything. After the drink, the old man took the bill and asked for 6 Euros.

I would like to share my most recent experience at an IHG property - Holiday Inn Paris - St. Germain des Près where i stayed from November 26-30, 2019. I spend Thanksgiving break with my Mother in Paris and stay at this property because of the fact that they have an elevator and walk in shower facility as my mother has a disability and uses a walker. I had sent this property a few emails requesting the room I stayed in last year because it had a walk in shower and received the same standard response each time that room selection is done during check-in, i fully understand that rooms are booked in advance and may not be available. Id like to share that I am a loyal IHG customer and try to book an IHG property for both business and personal use during the year and have experienced excellent customer service and treated with the utmost respect by hotel staff. When we first arrived the lady at the check in seemed very perplexed and asked her colleague something, I asked her if there was a problem with my reservation and they both went back without explanation and came back with . Ms. Luisa Dal Grande curtly told me to follow her as she wanted to have a discussion with me which i obliged. She asked me to take a seat near the lounge area and proceeded to berate me by telling me that I will not be upgraded as there is no guarantee for IHG member to be upgraded and I said i totally understand that. She said that hotel is full and she has already emailed IHG so i should contact IHG for any questions. I humbly asked if there was a room with a walk in shower as my mother is disabled and uses a walker and she said that I should contact IHG with any concerns and this is the only room they have for us. I mentioned that I am staying at this property so why would i contact IHG as we are here to enjoy a beautiful holiday and not create any issues, by this point two women sitting behind us could hear her yelling at me and i was shaken and embarrassed. I requested Mr. Luisa Dal Grande if the hotel manager Joel Sabourin can contact me at his convenience or if I can have his email address and she gave me her card and said "No, the hotel manager will not contact and I will give you my card and I will share your email with hotel manager and to contact IHG". At this point Ms. Luisa Dal Grande has told me to contact IHG about five plus times and was unkind to me in more ways than necessary. My profile has a high floor and room away from Elevator as I am an extremely light sleeper and the room given to us was one door away from the elevator and on a middle floor. I was talking to my friend who works in the hotel industry and he said perhaps she was intimating me or ridiculing my mothers disability or demonstrating racism towards me. Ms. Luisa Dal Grande had already made up her mind of giving us an inconvenient room and mistreating us because it had a little plate of muffin and fruit in the room so it contradicted the previous correspondence of checking room ava

The Junior Suite has charm and character, and felt light-filled and spacious. The tub/shower bathroom was nice. The bed and furnishings were comfortable and stylish. Our room faced the street and we did not have trouble with street noise. Hammam was small but comfortable. The lounge and other public spaces had charm and character. The breakfast was a very good variety and quality with very attentive service staff. The front desk staff were also very attentive and pleasant. It was a safe neighborhood with many amenities nearby (patisserie, grocery, cheese shop, several restaurants) and 5-10 minute walk to three different subway lines. I would absolutely stay here again.

We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!

This hotel is perfectly located near major shopping area and the famous restaurant street. It is on a little block that is two steps away from a major street. The hotel is very clean, but makes you feel like you are transported to 17th century. The front desk staff are friendly, and spoke good English. They assisted us in various questions. The breakfast is great, and it is inexpensive. However, there are two restaurants that open very early that we really enjoyed for breakfast. They are located on oposit corner from each other right up on the main street. The beautiful part about the hotel is that it is very quiet, and the rooms are very good size. It is clean, and the fact that the furnishing is so old Parisian made it even more pleasant. If I ever return to Paris, I will definatly stay here again. I can't say that for many hotels I stayed in.

I enjoyed my stay at Legend Hotel! It was wonderful the room and hotel itself is beautiful. Small and elegant. The front desk staff is amazing they are very helpful with any questions you may have or any recommendations you may want and speak English very well. The rooms are quite small but this is Paris and should be just enough for two people. The hotel is on a shopping block and you have two metro stops at either corner that will take your wherever you need to go! Also the bus station to and from the airport is about at 10 minute walk up the block. There are also plenty of restaurants around as well as shopping and site seeing. We ate breakfast outside the hotel there are so many options a great pastry shop on the corner at Saint-Placide metro stop called Thevein I believe. I would definitely stay at Legend Hotel again, I loved the area and the exquisite elegant feel of the hotel.

3 of us went for 4 nights (aged 18-23) and had a lovely stay. Even though we speak very little French the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Nice friendly vibe as it is a family run hotel. Anything we needed they would help us with. The rooms are basic but when all you need is a shower, bathroom and somewhere to rest your head its perfect. Old Parisian decor and a view overlooking the nice quiet street at the front of the hotel, the rooms are clean and safe. Also we stayed out late most nights so the staff would give us a key to let ourselves into the hotel after 12am which was handy and meant we could take our time on nights out. The only thing I would have appreciated was some air conditioning as it can get quite warm at night. The location is amazing, supermarket right opposite the hotel which is convenient. You are a short walk away from some of the main streets around the area lined with lovely French bars, cafes, restaurants and some major shop outlets too. We walked to the Louvre and Eiffel Tower comfortably from the Hotel and found the surrounding area to be lovely and safe.

This hotel is very close to the mountparnasse metro station which has convenient lines to the main tourist attractions. The hotel rooms are small and a bit worn. We had an internal bedroom which was quiet and had little noise pollution. However, this meant there was very little natural light. The room was also very warm, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. There are only power sockets on one side of the bed. Also, the sockets didn't accomodate one of our travel adapters. There is a convenience store around the corner called G20 where you can get an adapter for 6.50 euro. There is a kettle and fridge, but only one power socket so only one appliance can be used at a time. The bathroom was in better condition, and even had a rain fall shower head. There's a hairdryer but ot is not suitable for long or thick hair. Also the shaver plug is blocked with a plastic cover. There is all in one body/face/hair wash available. On arrival the man on reception was very friendly. Unfortunately, not all his colleagues were so welcoming and kind. There is no locked luggage room, and upon checkout your are welcome to leave your bag beside the reception desk. This becomes similar to haphazard game of Jenga throughout the day, and is a bit worrying as they are stacked in front of the elevator door.

We stayed at the Villa Madame for the final 2 nights of our 12 night vacation to Prague, Budapest, Krakow and then Paris. Unfortunately, this hotel was by far the "worst" we stayed in. Realizing "worst" is a strong word, I'll explain. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by the front desk person, Nathan. He's friendly and welcoming. When we were shown our room on the fourth floor we were just surprised by how small it was. Some might refer to it as "quaint", was small. And for the price we paid, we didn't expect that small of a room. At the end of such a lengthy trip I asked Nathan if would be possible to have champagne glasses brought to our room (we were with another couple). Nathan did bring us 4 glasses of champagne, but each glass was half filled and luke warm. The next issue was the overbearing heat in our room. Yes, Paris was experiencing unusually warm weather for late October. I went downstairs to again speak with Nathan, this time about the air. He told me he would simply have to hit a few buttons on the computer and the issue would be taken care of. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. No air was ever circulated through our room, expect for the air from the window which we kept open all night. The next issue wasn't completely the hotel's fault, but they did nothing to help the situation. The room next to ours had their television on the entire night. And it was on loud. Our hope was that at some point the occupants would go to sleep and lower the sound. Finally, at 4:30am I called the front desk and again spoke with Nathan. He said he would make a call. I'm still not sure what that meant. The tv finally went off when the guest left the room around 5:30am. We know he left then because we could hear everything happening in his room. Next up - the bugs. We killed a bug on the wall (which was not cleaned off by housekeeping) and we shared our room with a few other bugs throughout our stay. Back to the air and noise issue. Next time we saw Nathan, there was another manager at the front desk. We again asked about the air, or lack there of. A different explanation came this time. We were told there was nothing they could do about it because the air is basically turned off for the season in early October, which actually makes some sense. Expect, Nathan had told us a couple times that the air would be fixed and turned back on. And then we asked about the noise from the television. In regards to the noise, there really wasn't much they could offer expect for an apology. Our point was that we called at 4:30am and nothing was done about it. We then told both Nathan and the other manager that their website clearly states: "adjustable heating and air conditioning in the rooms" and "double-glazed windows and sound proof walls". Their response more than surprised us. The other manager told us that the website has been up for many years and no one had ever pointed out these items like we were

The place is perhaps a bit dated, but that didn't bother me in the least. For the price and location, it is a real gem. Right in the heart of Montparnasse, within walking distance to more crepes than a person can handle, and easily accessible by Metro. The staff were very friendly and remembered my face and room number. The only thing I might caution is that there is a steep staircase to get up to the rooms that might be troublesome for those with mobility issues. All in all, a great stay.

Neighborhood is quite and safe. Within a short working distance, there are local shops and places we needs, such as bakery, fruits store, bank, desserts places. Hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. 1 bed room seems a bit small for 4 adults, but we spent most of times outside anyway. The room is very clean and serviced daily.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!
