Close and convenient connection to nearby shopping mall with abundant choices of food and free shuttle bus to nearby MRT station. Also, there is a large water park just next to the hotel with great water activity facilities. Excellent choice for family stay :)

Very close to Changi Beach which was the whole reason I chose this hotel. The facilities are great, they have 2 swimming pools and a 24/7 gym. They also have restaurants and buffets however the hawkers nearby are cheaper and tastier. There was also a snack cart near the front desk that let guests try local food for free. The amenities however were a little lacking. Bathrobes and combs are not provided. Slippers and cutlery are only provided upon request.

Malay lady at check in counter looks uninterested and was coughing at the check in counter without wearing a mask, which is dampener number 1. This risk spreading disease to hotel guests. Also, while fair game and platform-based, the non-refundable clause in trip.com for this hotel post booking resulted in me paying around $110 more than the lowest rate i could have booked, further dampening our experience at the hotel. Amenities at the hotel is sparse, with only a nominal-aesthetically pleasing looking swimming pool and a gym room and a breakfast cafe area in house. Proximity to hotel is a plus though.

It's a very good room , but I had consulted the people , the room within the transit area , all the AIRCOND is centralised and cannot be adjusted , although it is not their fault but the aircond is simply too loud and cool at times . Secondly , room without windows is a very special experience as well , make sure you think well about it .

Checking out hours not flexible coz our flight delayed we arrived late almost midnight n request to be out on or before 9am - we paid $18 for extra hour till 10 am to check out - we have elderly 70 plus on wheelchair needed rest - sent email to inform the hotel - got replied - the hotel will ONLY arrange when we check in - but didn’t extend the check out hours

We had a lovely stay at the bus. Beds are very comfortable but the sofa bed is kind of Not as expected. Still ok to sleep , lucky its only 1 night. Venue is just beside the hawker, super good and convenient. Planes landing few minutes apart. If you like planes and bus, pls try this, u will like it. Can also see alot of hornbills in the evening

It was an interesting experience staying here. The staff named Mike Chong, if I’m not mistaken, was very friendly and kind. Next door there’s a food place, so it’s not hard to find something to eat — it’s halal. The bus stop is also nearby. For the MRT you need to walk a bit, about 5 minutes. You can also leave your bags there for a while if you want to walk around before heading home. The room was extremely cold like a fridge; you just need to request at the counter to lower the aircond temperature. The room is comfortable

I had a wonderful stay at KINN Habitat Singapore. The hotel is exceptionally clean and has a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. Its location is excellent — close to many good restaurants, with a 7-Eleven just around the corner for added convenience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the shower head was one of the best I’ve experienced in this price range. The lounge is one of the highlights — it offers a lovely view, comfortable seating, and a great working space. They even have a small collection of books you can borrow, which adds a cozy touch. Breakfast is simple but nice, with pastries and coffee served each morning. I especially appreciated the coffee machine with a variety of hot drink options and the free drinking water available anytime at the pantry on each floor — very thoughtful amenities. The price isn’t the cheapest for a pod, but for the quality, comfort, and excellent service, it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore!

The service apartment was really good for a short stay. The room was fairly clean and offered everything we needed. The place is located in little Indira and literally across the road from the metro station which was super convenient. The space offered a gym, washing facilities, vending machines that you could use (pro tip you can use your eazy link card to purchase from some of the vending machines). We explored most of the time so this place serves our needs.

It's right smack in Little India! Probably the most vibrant area in SG! Colourful tirades of friendly people, eateries that offer savoury authentic Indian food and endless shophouses that offer almost every basic I need are all within walking distance. The Hostel itself is never a bad place. For the price I paid for my stay, it does offer the most basics that I need for those days I was there. The daytime staff are all friendly and approachable, always willing to offer assistance when I need one. The hostel could do much better if they have a staff on duty for the night, though.

Where to start? Maybe with the good. Good location, friendly staff. That's where the good ends. Yes, it's all new and looks clean, but this place will be a total disaster once guests have lived there for a few months. Already now many broken things, from flushes, to doorknobs, to faucets. etc. Yes it's a pod style hostel, yes it's 'cheap' for Singapore prices. But it's probably the worst thought out hostel I've ever been in. Tiny showers, no hangers, shelves. Even the larger toilet/showers. No hook to hang the towel, no shelf to put your things. Everything gets flooded. The toilet paper dispenser is constantly wet, your basically wasting 10-20 sheets of paper to get to the dry part because the architect or interior designer had the genius idea of placing it there. I mean literally, you build things for humans. This place was built in a computer. No one ever thought about - does this work, is it practical? There's lockers for your luggage. Problem is, not even an aircraft certified carry on piece will fit inside. Everyone is placing their luggage around the room. It's insane - for a place putting so much emphasis on design it's a complete failure. My recommendation: go somewhere else. This will only get worse as wear and tear continues.

This bohemian hostel has no lift, it’s a very small packed shop house, turned into backpackers hostel. Only stairs. My room was on the top floor which was the 3rd floor. Bathroom and were toilet 2nd floor. So lots of walking. There were locker we can keep but when taking our things from locker only the caretaker could take them for us, The bathroom is a toilet converted to be a toilet cum bathroom. The hostel has 4 rooms, each with 10 beds. 40 beds in 4 rooms but only two bath rooms for everybody. The bathroom floor slippery funno how long no cleaning service. Towels were given only upon request. No changing of bedsheets. pls dnt use my name or your name just write An Asians review. Breakfast first day only toast, coffee and tea. Very few people join breakfast.

You can see the sea from the upper floors, the rooms are larger, there is a washing machine, and you can make simple meals. It is very convenient for long-term stays. The front desk clerk doesn't seem to speak Chinese, but is very enthusiastic. There are 2 swimming pools, a large one on the first floor and a small one on the 7th floor. It's also relatively close to the National University.

Service: We arrived at the guesthouse at 11 PM that night. The hotel staff was a foreign guy, and since our English wasn't great, he thoughtfully used a translation app to tell us about the important details and even personally escorted us to get water. We were really touched by that. Overall, considering how expensive land is in Singapore, this room offers pretty good value for money. It's also quite close to the subway station, making it easy to find.

It's annual siblings trip and we decided to choose this hotel and it does not disappoint us. The hotel is quite good for travellers who want to go on a trip to Singapore. Hotel front lack of staff, only 1 staff available all the time. There was an indian girl at the counter, when i checked in, she was very courteous and helpful. Next day left hotel at 7.30am, came back at 9pm to find my door was opened. Thankfully my valuables were not in the room but still, i had 2 luggage bags in the room and even if it was taken by someone, the hotel staff wont even know. Upon highlighting this, hotel staff at the front desk, an Indian guy said he will give the feedback to the housekeeping. 🤷🏻♀️

Very clean facilities, complimentary breakfast despite what the website says (fruit and bread). A little bit inconvenient as it’s not amazingly close to an mrt zhan, but still centrally located. There is the issue of that guy who lives there and thinks he owns the place, but he didn’t bother me a whole lot. Think of him as a really quirky traveler, and you’ll be fine. Overall solid place would stay again.

Located in the very heart of Little India, surprisingly, it felt relatively safe, surrounded by Indians. The hotel is new and the price is quite cheap for Singapore. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but almost all of them serve Indian food. The room was tiny, and I felt like there were small insects on the bed; I got many small red bites all over my body, which were very itchy. The soundproofing was poor, and the front desk was very slow. Because of the poor soundproofing, I would be startled awake by people suddenly returning home in the middle of the night. If your budget allows, it's not worth the sacrifice.

Booked the hotel during a non peak period and it was one of the hotels that is conveniently located along Orchard Road with bathtubs available (the 2 criterias that I was looking out for). I was very lucky to get a corner room that is super spacious and comfy! The bed is large and soft and all basic amenities were provided. Hotel staffs are also really friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. Would be my top choice for my next staycay! :)

Enjoy my stay (one night only). Overall experience of my room is 8 / 10 for budget hotel. I had a good sleep: mattress, pillows and blanket are OK. Lucky to have a room away from lift lobby. However my room has no fridge, no hair dryer, no sandals, no locker safe, no hand towel. However I love the surrounding amenities, easy to find food, drinks and snacks from convenient store. Very good location, get to explore nearby tourist attraction like Sultan Mosque.

Before I arrived, I had high expectations. Overall was barely satisfactory as facilities were minimal and staff service was ok but clearly not well trained. The foul smell in the water dispenser was shocking. I bought Fiji water for entire one week stay. Deeply concerned the water dispenser was not hygienic.  Staff know their work but service is not in their DNA. If positioning is 3 star then it is fine.  If room rate is cheap, I will come again. Many choices in the vicinity.
