Many thanks to Lyudmila from the reception desk for the earlier and free settlement. We lived on the third floor in a superior room. Very comfortable, quiet, decent breakfasts. The hotel, although Soviet-built, but declares three stars, without pathos. In my opinion, fully answers them and even more. Thank! If you can return to Kamchatka, then only to you!

Of the plus: Cleanness and order is quite at the level. Clean every day. Welcome polite staff. When the tourist season was urgently changed the dates of the arrival, the staff quickly responded and picked up the most acceptable option at price and quality, for which the great thanks to the administrators of Madine and Sarune. The hotel has a cafe, a souvenir stand, a turbine where it will help to find a tour of any price category. The economic room is quite spacious, resembles the rooms in the Soviet sanatorium, but it does not prevent a comfortable stay, as all necessary is: a shower with a small bathroom, TV, wi-fi, decent in size refrigerator. Near the hotel is a 24-hour Shams supermarket. To the center, of course, is far away, but there are no problems with taxi. Bus stops are also close. From the inconveniences you can note the daily reconnection of the wi-fi. In the future, of course, I would like to see more modern rooms and elevators. But overall, the hotel left only positive impressions.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The fact is that the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky stretches from the coast of Avacha Bay several kilometers deep into the mainland of the peninsula. And the hotel is located so conveniently that you can walk to the coast of the bay, where the administrative center of the city is also located, including the must-see Nikolskaya Sopka, the central square, the museum, and monuments (or just a couple of stops by bus). If you need to get deeper into the city, where shopping centers, restaurants, and markets are located (including a wonderful fish market), then you will go by bus in the opposite direction (the bus stop is next to the hotel). The hotel is modern and cozy, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room also had a kitchenette with dishes, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator and even a washing machine. On the ground floor there is a cafe where breakfast is served for guests. The breakfasts should be especially noted: they serve scrambled eggs with delicious scallops and sandwiches with red caviar. We have never eaten such tender, tasty and juicy red caviar anywhere in the world! By the way, the coffee from the coffee machine is also of very high quality. The entire hotel staff, from the cleaning ladies to the hotel owner Anton Igorevich, are simply wonderful people: friendly and sincere, sincere, caring. Another advantage of the hotel is the ability to book the excursions and tours you need before checking in at prices quite affordable for Kamchatka. Well, another significant bonus is that the hotel has an excellent guide, local historian, great expert on Kamchatka, a wonderful interlocutor - Elena Sabanina! Having visited this hotel and talked with these people, you will already learn a lot about this amazing region!

Very surprising hotel, giving guests a warm service at home, from the front desk clerk to the aunt in the hall, from the cleaning aunt to the little sister in the tourist center, they are meticulous and patient to provide help. Plus: fast and positive response by electronics, clean room, bathroom for such room spacious, excellent heating towels, soap ingredients, super view from window to sea and volcano, breakfast type furchet or coffee break; near the car station(which was for me the most important in choosing a housing, apart from breakfast) supermarket and shopping mall. MINUSES: They were a little - the maid used chlorinated solutions when living! OK after leaving, but I haven't left yet! The furniture in such a small room is heavy; and the most important thing is - because of what I put the three - for the deception of the girls at the reception. I had a trip to 6-50 in the morning to get a bus to the airport, in advance 2 days and the day before, warned about lunch boxing, on which the answer was positive, I was assured that everything would be ready.
