Was served stale paneer in shaslik. But staff was kind to offer replacement dish (which I refused politely)
The moment you enter the hotel, the whole lobby area reeks of dampness and fungus smell in the air. Very dangerous for employees and guests who inhale this.
Thankfully, I was given a room without dampness and fungus issues.
The hotel needs to be closed down immediately for overhaul repairs.

I enjoy having the possibility of meeting lots of other visitors, either during breakfast or in the evening time on the terrace. A great opportunity to meet people from other cultures. Your room has a kettle and fridge which is handy. As I'm a girl on my own, I feel very safe at this home and would recommend this accommodation for travellers who are by themselves. Close by is a small market area and very easy to get a tuk tub and close to Green Park and Haaz village. Parking for visitor is tricky as its residential area. |This would always be my choice in Delhi..

The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff was very pleasant. The room they called junior suite but was just a bed with two chairs at the bottom of the bed. Still the room was nice, housekeeping did a good job. We were very happy the first day. From doormen to the reception and concierge, the staff members were pleasant. Concierge was very helpful.

The service, room, bedding, comfort and locaction all very good and the food from the buffet at the main restaurant restaurant was outstanding not to mention the service which also was fantastic. The outdoor pool and surrounding area was very clean as was the Gym and the Gym staff very helpful making sure that the Steam-room and/or Sauna were ready after my swim as I’d requested
My only (minor) complaints were the products that are supplied for showering and hand washing which are from the Dove brand which personally I don’t care for. The other being the lack of a FREE Shuttle to the airport
Regardless I will definitely stay there again on my next trip through Delhi should I again require lodging near the International Airport.

The quality and cleanliness of the room, as well as the breakfast, completely satisfied me. The hotel's location (close to Central Park and the Connaught Place shopping area) is ideal. Very attentive and good-natured staff, whose members kindly helped me with various questions on several occasions. Next time I come to New Delhi, I am not going to choose among hotels - I want to stay only at Hotel Palace Heights, but I need to book a room in advance - the hotel is deservedly popular.

|15.25km from city centerThe hotel is located about 11 km from the airport in a very quiet and clean area of Delhi. It is only 1.3 kilometers to the nearest metro station on the yellow line. Since the hotel is located next to an internationally known hospital, there are good cafes and small supermarkets within walking distance. The proximity to the hospital means you can always find a tuktuk quickly. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and English speaking. We’re with our own motorcycle in Delhi, which could be parked on the hotel compound. The rooms were very clean, functional furnitures with an excellent working WIFI. Waterboiler, fridge and a modern flatscreen was helpful for our stay. If you like a quiet and safe neighborhood, perfect service a a good connection to Delhi downtown (45 minutes by yellow line) this hotel is the best choice-away from the usual stresst touristic patches in Delhi! Most importantly, cleanliness was maintained and i hope the management continues to maintain it. Three choices for breakfast which is served at the dining space near the reception (all good. Location is great as well (as in good connectivity, just about a 2 minute walk from munirka metro station. There's a geyser in every room, so no problems for hot water. Wifi works well with routers on each floor.

|1.7km from city centerThis was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!

|1.25km from city centerI stayed here with my partner for three nights and it was the perfect place for our first few nights in India. The hostel feels very safe, the WiFi is excellent and there are the most adorable pugs!! The rooms are away from the streets so all of the noise from the Main Street is blocked out but you still have access to all the restaurants/ shops etc. Definitely get the airport transfer!!! We declined and ended up trapped in a travel agents for two hours while people tried to sell us tours. The taxi driver was all part of the scam and tried to scare us into leaving Delhi saying it was polluted and dangerous. He also told us he couldn’t drive in Paharganj due to Diwali traffic and someone from the hotel was coming to meet us. He even fake called ‘someone from the hotel’, so we trusted him. Obviously no one came to get us. We were taken to a place called the Tourist I centre near Connaught place- it had a blue front. Do not trust this place. A rep told us he was going to Kashmir the next day and that we should go with him. However, we saw the same *** outside the next day trying to scam someone else. When we realised there was no one coming to collect us we got in another taxi. On arrival at the hostel we saw the messages from the hostel ***ager who expressed lots of concern for our whereabouts and safety, which we really appreciated. This hotel is great as it helps people to report these scams! In a nutshell Kuldeeps is amazing and definitely get the transfer.

Forget about any Star Rating of this Hotel, I wonder how this dilapidated building even gets featured in site like ”MAKE MY TRIP” . This also raises a very serious question about the credentials of MAKE MY TRIP, that how without any physical scrutiny any so called Hotel gets featured in the website with so inflated prices. Absolutely disgusting. This so called Hotel is like ”Niche Dukan Upar Lala Ka Maakan”. Have a wonderful stay in Delhi but just avoid this so called Hotel. Thank you.

However, since I had to go myself, I was on a lookout for a place that is not a tower hotel! I came across this boutique luxury hotel called The ***or and felt it just perfect also it was just 16 mins away from Connaught Place, where my meeting was scheduled. The cobble paths for cars, 12 room property in a quiet neighbourhood of Friends Colony was more than I could have ever imagined, it was beyond bang on. It was everything I wanted it to be. I reached at dinner time and Camillo’s is where V and I had an Italian meal. The salmon linguine was one of the best I’ve had. Eating happily under some heat and in the outdoor garden with the slight Delhi chill in the air. Room 2 was nice and spacious with a little veranda, it was on the Ground floor,,this signature room was fine but the shower cubicle is too tiny and needs to be spacious! The next night after my meeting I ate at Inja, their Indian - Japanese restaurant on the property. It’s an experience like no other. I’m blown away and everyone I know in Delhi or travelling there should eat here! Taste, texture, guidance and flavours full of goodness made me a total fan of the food and the crazy yummm cocktails! I think I had 3! I cannot stop raving about this deliciousness called Inja! If someone says Delhi to me now, this will be my preferred place! The ***or is quaint, charming and is made for me. See you’ll in March 2024 for a longer stay! A special shout out to: Supradeep - the mixologist who took us through the cocktail adventure! Akashdeep- very helpful and attentive! With an addictive smile and laugh! Neeraj Sharma, see you soon you are such a gracious ***ager and handles everything at the restaurants immaculately! Thank you!
