My favorite is The Cellar that serves excellent Spanish tapas and wines. The buffet breakfast is as described by the hotel: lavish. We had an amazing time here, it was 5 stars! It was immaculately clean and designed. I was at peace because there was a Quran and prayer mat in our room, there's a Qatari vibe to the hotel; architecture, smell (smells gorgeous), staff. The staff are very attentive and theres a quick service. Breakfast was perfect, we had dinner and in room dining service which was perfect and special. We used the gym ( excellent exercise machines) , rooftop pool was perfect with private shower rooms. The spa was amazing, we had a couples hammam. The only thing I'm not sure about is, wether guests can use the sauna and steam rooms as they are in the spa, we got to use it because we were clients there. We also loved the segregation in the spa. It was perfect, we wish we stayed longer, it felt like home, we will visit again in sha Allah. We booked 2 hotels; after we moved to St Regis and missed Steinberger so much, out of both hotels we loved Steinberger and wanted to return. Steinberger scored way better than a well-known hotel resort. Thankyou for taking care of us.

Arrived at the hotel and staff looked miserable and were very blunt. We were told that there would be fire alarm testing only when we arrived there, at 8am in the morning. This went on all day!! There was only 1 towel in the whole room. No hand towels or even a bath mat for getting out. We requested towels at roughly 12pm and had to ask again at 6pm as they still didn’t arrive. After requesting the second time it still took them another 2 hours to bring the towels up. The staff were really rude to my partner, not listening to his requests or questions and dismissing him. I had to leave earlier to catch a flight at 12am that night and my partner was staying on in the hotel. There was no need to check out. As we were leaving they chased us out the door asking us to check out and we had to explain to them that we aren’t checking out a day early I’m just leaving. After my partner dropped me at the airport and went back to the hotel they were questioning him about why he was staying and were overall very unprofessional. They made him feel uncomfortable and angry with the way they treated him. Honestly the most rude hotel staff I have ever had to deal with. I have stayed in 2 star hotels better than this so called 5 star one. If you want to be treated like a guest and a human, avoid this hotel at all costs. In addition, the room was dirty, walls had holes in it and bathroom door has make up all over it. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. I will never make the same mistake twice by staying here.

The pillows, mattress, comforter are the most marshmallowishy feel I had with Wonder Palace Hotel. Superb cleanliness of the room is truly remarkable and I was surprised by their delectable breakfast buffet spread. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing they were responsive of my needs and what was interesting during my stay was that they extended my check out time because the pool was not yet ready as it was under treatment and I would like to experience the summer swimming in their pool that time. Also, the dry and wet sauna were clean as well the gym. Towels provided were smelling fresh and clean. Thank you so much!

Just a short ride from Hamad International Airport ($5 Uber) and another short ride to the Al Corniche Street area to see many sites ($3 Uber) is this incredible Holiday Inn, I have never experienced a Holiday Inn like this before. Very reasonably priced that includes breakfast , a breakfast that you would see in high end restaurants, the staff is spot on and easy to communicate with, taking the time to talk and explain in detail your every concerns. The conversation always ends in a “ no problem sir” for example: I have a late flight leaving Doha today, asked for a late check out “no problem sir” asked at breakfast if I may return for breakfast after sitting for coffee “no problem sir” I was going to jot down names of the people who helped me….. everyone that I spoke with helped me! No need to look for any other hotels, this place is it. Many options for food and drinks on site, exercise facilities are immaculate, pool is inviting and the rooms are spacious.

I stayed at the Kempinski Hotel for three nights and experienced a roller coaster ride from anger to comfort. Before going, I booked a twin room with pearl view with longing. I hope to enjoy the true beauty of Pearl Island. When I entered the room, I found that I spent a lot of money on the balcony, and the balcony turned into a wall-view room. After arguing with the front desk reasonably, I changed a room for me. Before going to bed, I found that the bathroom lights were broken and the door was broken. So I was completely disappointed, I didn't dare to trust Kempinski anymore, I just wanted to check out and change to a hotel. I happened to meet the manager of the hotel Omar during another fight with the front desk at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, he changed a suite for me, and the result was quite gratifying. But thinking about the previous experience, I was tossing and changing rooms with my child dragging a suitcase. This hotel's attitude towards Chinese guests is obvious. Never see me, Kempinski!

Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. We (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. That said, on the day we were leaving I found one in the wardrobe (near the safe), one ‘hiding’ behind the luggage stand and one ‘hiding’ beneath the curtains. My fault for not looking properly, lol! I celebrated my birthday here last January. Good service from the ones who received my luggage, reception, security and their fitness and swimming pool staff. The rooms were spacious, with relaxing vibes and clean. The amenities were complete. The pool in the 52nd flood is inviting you to swim and child friendly. Good view from above. You can also enjoy their sauna. We enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the whole team❤️

The hotel lobby has a high ceiling, which is great for waiting and meeting friends. Breakfast is not expensive, about 60 yuan. It's not much but it's filling. The flavor is traditional Middle Eastern rice. The hotel provides very good slippers. The soles and uppers are very thick, which kept my feet from getting cold when I got on the plane. This is better than many hotels of the same level. The room is relatively large and the lighting is sufficient. The overall feeling is very atmospheric. The only drawback is that their electrical sockets are not the same as in Europe, but the front desk can lend you plugs, which is very nice. The location is great. There is the National Museum across the street downstairs, and there is a street of restaurants nearby. great. The hotel is totally worth the room price. And when I had a fever and felt unwell, Ctrip housekeepers helped me contact many hotels. Early check-in required additional fees, but they didn't require it! Especially humane. Tip, you can just come to the airport and take a taxi, take a taxi, there is no Uber next to the airport. And Uber is not expensive to go from the hotel to the airport, only about 18-20 Qatari riyals, which is about 30 to 50 or 60 RMB. (When consulting, some other hotels, not this one, said they could pick you up from the airport for RMB 200, which was not a good deal). This hotel is very good. I will stay here again.
