We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it truly special. We were welcomed into a beautifully prepared room adorned with fresh flowers, a bottle of fine wine, and delicious snacks – an incredibly thoughtful surprise that made us feel genuinely valued. The service throughout our stay was impeccable – warm, professional, and consistently attentive. Every detail, from the ambiance to the personalized touches, reflected a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. Solaire QC has set a new gold standard in luxury hospitality for us. This was my second or third time staying at this hotel. I chose this location because it's attached to the Robinson's mall. I can easily find food at night, and wander around in case I get bored during my free time. It's also walking distance to the SM mall, although you might have to walk through some smaller streets. You can pretty much walk around the hotel as well. The room is clean. Love the big bed. Aircond is very cold. Bathroom lighting is perfect. The only thing I did not like was the shower area. Water spills easily onto the toilet/ sink area. Love the breakfast place and selections too. I have never used the pool before, but the gym is basically Anytime Fitness, which you can access as hotel guests.

We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel,. The food is good. The location is Accessible to the mall. My daughter enjoy the swimming pool. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends. Thanks for the warm welcome

We had a pleasant stay overall — the staff were warm and the environment was relaxing. I truly appreciated the hospitality. There are just a few small areas I believe could be improved to elevate the experience even further, especially for a 5-star standard: 1. Hair Dryer Quality The current hair dryer is quite difficult to use due to its size and the open button. A more modern and slightly larger model would make getting ready much more convenient for guests. 2. Breakfast Queue Management During breakfast, the waiting line was quite long. However, once seated, I noticed many empty tables inside. Perhaps the seating process could be coordinated more efficiently so guests don’t have to wait unnecessarily. 3. A La Carte Dinner Quality I ordered the salmon steak, which was fine but felt quite neutral in flavor. Improving the rice quality or seasoning slightly could make the dish more memorable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return. I’m sharing these suggestions in hopes they help enhance the already great service you provide.

Location is perfect if you need to be in Eastwood area, right beside Eastwood Mal Very responsive and attentive

We had a very relaxing 3D/2N staycation at Citadines QC. The hotel ambiance is so serene. Our room is very spacious and has a microwave oven, bread toaster, full size ref, kettle, plates, cutlery and drinking water. The pool is clean and inviting but hope water is not that cold. Staff are all very courteous and attentive to requests. We also love their very friendly yellow Labrador Daisy... 😊

My new favorite hotel! I’m glad I chanced upon this hotel on Trip.com. It’s a great choice for families. Beds are big, and the amenities are really good. They have a game room, a gym, and a pool at the rooftop. I especially loved their pool (heated) since it was warm, which made swimming very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the staff were very accommodating, they packed food for our companions who couldn’t come down to eat. Service overall was excellent. This hotel is perfect for a staycation, and we definitely plan to come back. The only downside was the extra bed. It felt really hard, almost like plywood without a mattress. My nephew didn’t mention or complain about it, so I only discovered it shortly before we were about to check out. Had I known earlier, I would have asked the staff to replace it.

Place is good. Pool was not maintained properly. We hope management can replace the water at least twice a week.

I would definitely recommend booking jn this hotel. The staff are friendly, courteous, and approachable. I had a surprise with my girlfriend in this hotel and it was successful enough to make our stay memorable. All thank to the stfaff who assisted me setting up my surprise. Thank you! Definitely going back to this hotel sometime soon.
