Well, everything is clean, the service is very good, except that the car park is not convenient, it is a high hill. The iron came off, very difficult to park, the front and rear skirts were broken until they had to claim insurance.

Second time in this hotel. The first time I had a really bad experience and a big problem with our conditioning and I had to leave late at night for the nearby Méridien. I wanted to give it a second try . This time I had a great experience . Wonderful experience with airport shuttle . Check-in was nice. Apartment was very big , I had a two bedroom just for myself. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom with a shower and a bath. I had a Jacuzzi on the balcony , however, the water was very slow so I could only fill half the tube because it was taking too long, but the view was gorgeous from there, and it was very quiet. This time the air-conditioning was working perfectly . There is also a kitchen area with coffee, machine and water boiler . And of course there is a living area. I have to say that this time I had a really good stay and that makes me willing to come back .

Good location for connecting with Suvarnaphumi airport area and Mega Bangna. Hotel is just off frontage Road adjacent to the highway with a 7 -11 next door. Food available in the hotel and rooms spotlessly clean. New hotel. Toilet and shower in excellent condition. Speedy check in and out. We use it every time we need to visit the area. Plenty of parking and Grab taxi easy to find.

This is not my first review for Bangna Pride. I have often stayed here for work. The best hotels are always the ones with great management, who get things done quickly and know how to tolerate difficult customers like me, with a smile. Emmie and her staff always do their best no matter what, they will always help, quickly and effectively. They genuinely want you to have a great stay. My job has taken me to some of the world's best hotels over more than 30 years and Bangna Pride ranks amongst the best. On this trip I was stuck in Thailand because of Covid19 and travel restriction. I came for a few weeks and stayed for almost 5 months. I was completely safe and saw all the steps management took to ensure they were meeting the latest requirements. I made one suggestion for breakfast safety and it was implemented by the next morning. The rooms are big and comfortable, the food is very good and it's close to Mega Bangna Mall and there are good local and international restaurants (Italian, Japanese etc) in the area too but you may need a cab to get to them. Great place to stay.

This hotel is suitable for friends who drive with a car. I am coming by taxi. It is really not convenient to travel here. I need to take a taxi. I chose this because I thought it was close to mega bangna, but the distance is 1.1 kilometers. There is no walking. Although it is a hotel, it lacks common space and is expected to be mainly used as a serviced apartment for long-term stays. The interior of the guest room is modern and comfortable, with signs of some effort put into it, but it lacks originality and leaves an impression of lack of luxury and formality. The area around the hotel is a typical residential area and lacks tourist resources, but there are convenience stores and quite a few restaurants across the road, and the infrastructure for daily life is well-developed. Unfortunately, the parking lot does not have enough capacity, and once you leave your accommodation, you run the risk of being parked on the road.

I stayed for two nights here. The location is far from most things and you will definitely need to utilize a taxi. The subway is too far away and there are only a couple of street food vendors within walking distance. My room was on the third floor, air con kept up very well and kept my room nice and cool. I believe the hotel is fairly new, 5 years and is kept very clean. The lobby does not have air con but the eating area does and they do a barbecue in the pool area some days. The pool is very nice and long enough to do laps in, they even sell caps and goggles at the front counter. The room was pretty standard with a decently comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the pool. The shower head hook was broken so I had to hold the shower head while showering. They do host tour groups about every day so expect some large groups and all the fun that comes with them. Travel tip- take a business card from the front counter that has the address written in Thai. Since it is a newer hotel some taxi drivers will not know it by name.

The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the beds are very soft, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is cool, the noise from the outside is very little, the bathroom is clean, the water flows strong, there are amenities. The receptionist is smiling, cute. Help as well There is a shuttle bus to the airport every day Monday to Saturday except Sunday. But there is a taxi service that is inexpensive. Breakfast is served enough to start the first meal of the day.

Excellent -Islamic- hotel at a 20 minutes distance from Suvarnabhumi Airport and at 5 minutes walk from Hua Mak railway station. Very quiet airconditioning in the room, no ( working) airco in the corridors. Decent breakfast. The hotel consists of two towers. Only one elevator per tower is not handy, with 9 floors. Marvelous swimming pool at the 9th floor of tower 1 with view over Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked this place for my sister because it’s near my apartment, It could easily fit in 3 ppl in the room but felt that the service was a bit meh and thinking it might be because we were only staying one night. They gave us only one key for 2 ppl and when we tried to access the room at first, we realized they didn’t even unlock the key for us so we had to make another trip to the reception just to unlock the key. The bathroom had little to no amenities and it didn’t looked very clean for a newly built hotel, we didn’t have complimentary drinks like mentioned or if it was self served, no one told us about it. There were no slippers in the bedroom. It’s definitely pricey for the location but service and amenities are not up to par.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

The hotel staff is wellcoming and helpful .The hotel is located close to the night market and many massage parlors. There is also 7-11 next to hotel. We have booked room Club-10，This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ，the bed is huge and comfortable ，the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

The three people stayed in a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. The room was clean and hygienic. Convenient transit, 15 minutes walk to the airport. I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. They are all in the village next to the airport, and it is very convenient to eat.

The hotel is situated not far from BKK airport and good for early flight or late arrival. Lat Krabang is the nearest station on the airport express. For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Both are across the main road. Good value for money.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Location - nearby Phra Khanong BTS station (approx 5mins walking distance). But hotel do provide free transportation to this station, but u have to liaise with the receptionist. There is one 7-11 store nearby (approx 1mins walk). Mostly local street foods nearby this hotel. Transportation - I took DMK airport taxi to this hotel (40mins drive) and cost me THB370 (inclusive of THB50 airport surcharge and THB50 toll fee). It’s very convenient to take BTS to siam, pratunam or chilom area (about 20mins train ride. You may buy a one day BTS pass which offer unlimited ride in a day. Breakfast - good variety come with various fruits, drinks and dishes. Overall - highly recommended.
