Compared with several other small hotels in the vicinity, this hotel is definitely above them all in terms of comfort - nice bed with good pillows, beautiful decor, good showers too. But the room with a large double bed does not leave much space to move about. Breakfast is very basic, provided in several sets, out of which you have to choose only one.

It cost me RM133.20 for a night in a deluxe king bed room. This including breakfast. It sound good, yet there are some points that I personally don't appreciate. 1. Location. The way to the hotel is quite misleading, even with the help of Google Map and waze. I miss a few important junction. No roadsign put in place. There are lots of construction projects around the hotel. 2.poor car park. The condition of the car park is similar to a old building. Dirty and dim light. 3.room. the bed is clean and comfortable. However, the facilities is old and some switches doesn't work well. Wi-Fi is slow, I can't stream YouTube smoothly. I have to turn on my own data plan to avoid frustration. 4. I request for a iron and ironning board. The ironning board seems dirty and old (chocolate coloring on the cover). 5. No safe box in the room. I can't have my important thing in the room when I was out. 6. Breakfast is poor for a hotel standard. The food is at street level. Plates are cold and few selection of food. Local food like fried rice, Nasi lemak, porridge, fruit. Coffee and tea. I can have better standard at mamak stall/restautant outside. Not worth to include breakfast with the room. In general, I would not recommend this hotel. I book this place because my friends are living nearby (15mims drive radius) and easy to access to hotel after a late night activities in the town.

A laundry machine is provided in the room. I used the laundry machine, but no one told me that the machine is faulty. I started the laundry as per normal, but once its done, the lock cannot be opened and my laundry is stuck inside the machine. Since I have to check out of the room the next day, i informed the office about it and they told me to contact the PIC of the room. However, the PIC of the room (Felcheer) is very uncooperative and refuse to reply my chat even after a week. While the room is clean and spacious enough with plenty of facility, do not even bother with the hotel since the staff will not help you at all if any problem comes up. I lost twice the amount of money from my laundry being stuck as compared to the price of the hotel.

The exhaust fan of toilet seem broken or install inversely, when open the toilet switch (light and exhaust fan), the 'incredible' smelly/odor coming from exhaust fan. I had called the service twice but they just spray fragrance only, they say will call the engineer come, 1030pm wait till 12am, and they say engineer not free/ still servicing other rooms. Imagine bath/ bath tubing and can't use exhaust fan, feel dizzy in there, I booked this hotel cuz I need relax and enjoy the bath tub but sadly I can't. Btw I also saw the staff's fragrance spray remain in the room from last guest when I check in (I self put at the walkway) and make me think, it not getting fixed. The room is clean, interior is very nice but the odor make us can't enjoy it.

Surrounding environment of the hotel is good, supporting facilities are also good! Not careful enough, no water and toiletries should be provided in advance! And different national conditions should reserve a few conversion plugs for guests to rent, or inform yourself in advance! The front desk service is not available. I can't be reached after work at 9:00 in the evening. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 that night and checked in almost at 3:00 in the morning! Ctrip's butler has been assisting me to get the job done. Thanks also to the hotel security, very helpful and responsible! Help me contact the cleaning aunt before staying! However, it may be temporarily arranged at the front desk. The room should be unoccupied for a long time. The quilt is covered with dust. It's too late to sleep. Hope the hotel improves

All went well … Except we had a neighbor in the next room (unfortunately it was a connecting room) smoking the whole night. The smell was so strong on our side of the room and it was terrible for us the whole night. We have a 7yo with us and I feel so sorry for him because he had to suffer 2nd hand smoke with us adult the whole night. We made complaint to the reception, they sent someone to look at the matter, but it wasn’t solving the problem. For a Smoke Free hotel, the hotel should take stern action against the guest who violated this rule. They did not came back to me after the complaint, and we were disappointed for needing to spend a rough night.

The staff at this small hotel were the nicest part of the place. However the condition of the room we got was unfortunately subpar. I was chasing two mosquitoes in our bathroom (where did they come from?) and with my headlamp I nailed one of them... the other got away. But in that fiasco, I could see the sheer amount of lack of maintenance by the room crew - the cobwebs on the toilet ceiling was baffling. If it’s an isolated place, with no one staying, sure... but it was a hotel! That aside, the mattress that I used was probably really old as I felt that I was going to slide off it... probably a sensation exacerbated by my sore neck. Room lighting was dim, and we were issued a Hitachi remote control for the Samsung LCD TV. The York aircon had this humming sound throughout the two nights we were there - but thankfully worked. I believe I also saw a massive water filtration filter outside of the hotel itself - so the water seems to be potable already. Nevertheless I also had my personal water filtration unit to do a second round, and we drank the tap water without ill effects.

The room was filthy full of hairs and stains on the bed even had cockroaches, they will ask you to top up money if you booked cheaper online, I checked out within 30 mins and they refused to refund me, and when you pay they don’t even give you receipt.. looks like some nonsense going on in that hotel, stay away don’t book this hotel go for the ones inside selayang capitol mall that hotels are way better..

My first time staying in a hotel where i couldnt sleep. The bed is too soft. The fridge blue light with transparent door shining on your face while u ry to sleep. Usually, for hotel aircon, i'll have it at 23 degrees and i can hide in the blanket. For my room, its at 16 degrees and i'm sweating throughout the night. The aircon isnt cold. Honestly, quite disappointed with the mercure brand this time. Penang mercure and singapore mercure are much better. I have to admit that some comments i read in the review are really as they said.

We stayed over on 15/03/2022.. It was a reasonably comfortable room.. The staff were very helpful but what beat all was when one family member left a wallet under the bed cover, we were terrified as we hd driven abt 30 mins away from hotel.. I called hotel staff Divi to check our room.. Almost certain she was not going respond as she was busy even when we checked out earlier.. But to our surprise, she answered the phone & listened to us calmly & promised to get back to us.. Abt 5 mins later, she called from our room & told she found the wallet.. The hotel owner is very fortunate to have a staff like Divi.. Lavana don't let Ms Divi go..
