We had a less than optimal experience this weekend with our stay.  The room was very dirty.  The walls and carpet were stained.  There were cigarette burns in the carpet.  There was a giant stain on our blanket.  I asked for a replacement and never received it.  There were liquids dripping down the wall.  There were candy wrappers on the floor when we arrived, and there was a clump of hair in the bathroom.  I discussed with a female attendant, but I was told no other room was available in the same category.  I asked for a refund.  The employee said that she would inform the manager, and ”that will not be a problem.”  I never heard back from the manager nor did I get a refund.  There were children screaming and running up and down the halls at all hours.  I called to complain, but nothing was fixed as it continued for several more hours.  I asked for towels two times with no response.  I finally had to go to the front desk and then got 2 towels as ”that is all they had available.”  The conditioner was empty in the shower.  We asked for a few little bottles.  2 of the 4 were half used.  I was also shocked and very upset that a child was able to go to the front desk and request a key for my room.  The key was given to a child who was not a part of my group nor invited into my room.  The child was given a key no questions asked and came into my room twice before I figured out that the front desk issued them a key.

Nice location and very near the place I needed to work. The area is nice and the hotel is easy to get to. The pool area is nice and open to just adults after 11pm. Happy Hour snacks were great and the breakfast very nice.

We had a cancelled flight at O'Hare and needed 12 rooms for our group. American Airlines put us up at the Comfort Inn in Hoffman Estates. Pedro R was the man behind the counter and did a terrific job making us feel welcome. At 5:30 in the morning he gave me all the toiletries they had and we put them at our travelers doors because we didn't have our bags. Great job Pedro!

The King's room was very spacious with a large and comfortable double bed. Nice hotel. Good location just outside of Chicago. Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Office has a cooler full of frozen food meals you can heat in your microwave. However next door in walking distance is a wonderful restaurant called the assembly American bar and Café. Friendly staff great happy hour tons of food bring a friend to share your meal with. Room could use a second trash can , And only working ice machine was on the third floor.

After a business trip, this type of hotel can be rented for a short period of time. There are simple cookers for cooking, but they are very simple. The room is not very big, it is still quiet, there is a shopping center around, except the hotel network is not very good, the other overall is good, the price is cheap.

Hyatt hotels are generally relatively large, with separate sofas and writing desks. These days, children choose to have writing desks in the nearby high school entrance examination SAT to facilitate their study, so they booked this hotel. Ctrip does not include breakfast, but generally such chain hotels in the United States will include breakfast. The hotel rooms are large and a bit old, but they are still clean. There are more blacks and Indians here on weekends. It seems to be on vacation. On the side of the road, there are cinemas, Chinese food, and Japanese food nearby, which is quite convenient. Such a price cannot be too high!

Chastity is a very friendly face to see when my friend and I come to visit. Morning, noon, night, middle of the night, I swear she is always here and wears all the hats at the Courtyard! We had our reservation transferred to the hotel next door and she works at the Residence Inn too. I really haven’t seen other people working. I’ve had issues from basic maintenance, housekeeping or even just a rough stay, she always resolves the hardest problems. When traveling as frequently as we do, it’s nice to know she is someone we will always see. After the first time I saw her, she always greeted me by my name and thanks my friend for being a loyal guest to the brand. I think we are a titanium now after staying there so much. You don’t see that anymore and it put a smile on my face. I’ve tried to tell her manager about how great she is, but I haven’t seen another manager since I’ve been staying here. I look forward to staying here again soon!

The location is very good. Although it is not in the city, the surrounding shopping malls, restaurants, and supermarkets are very full. If you want to go to the city, it will only take 40 minutes and 20 minutes from the airport. The environment is very good. You can add a baby cot and have free parking.

I stayed here with my family during our travels to Schaumburg couple of weeks. The location of the hotel is great, next room a huge mall. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. We enjoy our stay here and will definitely stay again in the future and I recommend my all friends and family.

We have stayed at this Marriott several times over the last 18 months, and have consistently had a great experience. The staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. Umberto, one of the bartenders, always remembers our names, and our preferred cocktail! On out most recent stay, I need to mention Jeremiah who checked us in at the front desk. My reservation was was for a standard room, but as a Gold Elite member, I was entitled to a complimentary upgrade on a space available basis. When I initially inquired about the upgrade, Jeremiah was concerned they were full, but he cheerfully checked the system and found us an upgrade on the Club Level and even gave us access to the M Lounge, all included along with our original reservation. Jeremiah did a phenomenal job taking care of us, and he is one of the several reasons we’ll continue to stay at this property.

The best of all the hotels in this trip. In comparison, the feeling is worth the money. In addition to the failure of the room card, let us go up and down the stairs four times, the other is awesome. Stayed here on the last day of a business trip, catching a plane the next day, and returning the car, so I lived here. It is also very convenient to eat nearby, there is a mall not far from driving, and there are many choices. Stayed here over New Years Eve because I needed to be in town for work. I specifically chose this hotel because I noticed the outdoor grills and firepit. I called the hotel prior to booking to confirm that at least one of the grills would be available. They were typically closed for the winter but one was available. Rates were a little higher on NYE than the following night but, overall, the prices I thought were quite reasonable. I had 316 and it was great. Spacious, good lighting coverage, comfortable and modern. Very large television so I could plug in my computer and watch movies. Refrigerator and microwave but no stovetop, and the room also had an assortment of dishes, glassware, mugs and utensils - and a dishwasher. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and when I wanted to use the grill to cook up my steak, the manager came out to light the fire and even provided me with a grilling utensil kit. Very Nice. Breakfast on the morning after New Years Eve was a madhouse. The hotel was quite booked. The food was decent. Certainly not a gourmet meal, most of it was commercially prepared items (like the preformed omelettes, which were kinda tasty), I think there was a waffle maker but that was overrun by families. I had the oatmeal with some dried fruit and orange juice. Nice.

This hotel is very fancy. It's clean and modern. The room was stocked with plenty of towels, and the bedding was very comfortable, but there was only one lonely coffee cup - nothing in the bathroom for a glass of water for example. The room had a very small mini fridge, safe, and coffeemaker, but no microwave. There was a microwave in the ice/vending area. The lobby, which is open to the first 6 floors, was playing a subtle beat music nonstop, and this could be heard just inside the room as well. It felt like I couldn't get away from the hustle and bustle and just retreat into a quiet place, because opposite the noise from the hallway was constant highway noise coming from I-90! The hotel fitness room was top notch, and the pool was very clean and extra large - both excellent! I would stay here again because I was attending a convention that will likely be here next year as well, and it would be inconvenient to stay elsewhere and then have to drive to the convention each day, but otherwise would not choose this hotel.

We visit Schaumburg several times a year for mini-vacations. We have stayed at many of the hotels in the area, and this was our first time staying at a Fairfield Inn. We will definitely be coming here again. The kids voted this our new favorite. They really liked the pool. The breakfast buffet was really well put together and fully stocked (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc...). The last two times we were in Schaumburg we stayed at the Holiday Inn near Medieval Times (used to be a Radisson), since that is one of the main things we come to do (and the kids like being able to see it out their window). For the same price point though (technically Fairfield was cheaper), I'd prefer this hotel over almost all others in the area we've stayed at. I personally appreciated some of the ”little” things, such as actually having a shower curtain (many hotels seem to be going to the open glass concept, which is ridiculous). The beds were very comfortable, and I love that they actually use fitted sheets (even some higher-end hotels we've stayed at used flat sheets all around). The television was great and we were able to connect our Netflix account without a problem, and they also had free Showtime. The free wi-fi was free, but next time we'll probably try the paid wi-fi since it was very slow compared to other hotels' free service (we were unable to play even the most basic online games on our laptop or tablet, or even download small updates). Other than that, highly recommend this place and we will be returning soon.

Aside from the noisy garbage truck early on a Monday morning, it was great! Comfy beds, clean rooms and a bartender willing to use his phone to google drinks! Lobby was well kept. We used our daily Hilton my way perks to have a drink at the bar at the end of the day. Nice added perk, I always try to stay at Hilton properties. Only complaint was the cable tv sucked, the guide didn’t work and channels were labeled HBO were actually Showtime…so not a real big deal.

I was unimpressed with this overpriced hotel. There was no daily housekeeping ~ the room is only tidied once per four nights. As I was there on business it would have been nice to come back to a tidied room for this price. Breakfast was poor and lacking imagination. If you are planning to use this hotel on vacation don't! It is a business hotel on a business park, miles from the city & stores.
