Tuy nhiên khâu vệ sinh bên ngoài KS vẫn còn phải cải thiện rất nhiều (ks sửa chửa nhưng đồ đạt nên xếp ngăn nắp ko thể ngổn ngang). Khâu thanh toán cũng có 1 chút vấn đề. Những chi phí phát sinh KS tính tương đối cao và cũng ko ưu đãi cho KH, đoàn tôi dùng dịch vụ ăn uống và tour lên đến gần 20 triệu. Ví dụ chúng tôi có yêu cầu 2 nồi thắng cố trong buổi tiệc, nồi đầu tính 600k, nồi sau tính 800k... Tour book đi thăm đỉnh Fansipan 750k 1 vé có bao gồm ăn trưa cuối cùng cũng không ăn đc, KS làm đại lý cũng ko hỗ trợ đc cho chúng tôi, bù lại chúng tôi còn ăn ở nhà hàng của KS tốn thêm gần 3 triệu. Hy vọng KS sẽ khắc phục những lỗi này. Tất cả nằm ở khâu quản lý, tôi hiểu mùa covid khó khăn nhưng nên ưu tiên KH, đặc biệt đoàn chúng tôi ủng hộ KS tối đa.

|4.36km from city centerThis is a great place to stay if you want to get away and enjoy the natural surroundings of Sapa. It is located deep in the mountains, about a 15 minute taxi ride from downtown. The rooms are well spaced out so it's very quiet and relaxing. You don't encounter other guests very often. The cleanliness of the rooms is very good, especially the gorgeous wooden bathrooms. There is a fireplace where you can roast sweet potatoes. There is also an infinity pool, although it is not large, and an outdoor cafe where you can see the mountains of Sapa from the cliff. At the on-site restaurant, you can get a meal for two people with two dishes, rice, and tea for about $35. It's not expensive considering it's a resort. Staff were not familiar with English, which was inconvenient, but they were friendly. I don't recommend the massages - the therapist who worked on me wasn't very friendly and wasn't very good. Other than being a bit far from downtown, it's a perfect place to stay. I was happy throughout my stay.

|4.71km from city centerWe really enjoyed our stay in Eco Palms House. The food is delicious, the cocktails too, the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for. We stayed in a bungalow with views to the rice fields. The bungalow inside was very well decorated and well maintained. This can be the perfect accommodation for a honeymoon. Unfortunately both my husband and me noticed a bit of a pain in the back due to the mattress resting on wooden logs on the floor. I have however decided to give it five stars because the accommodation is certainly outstanding and perhaps this is just that we are used to our foam mattress at home. I would also recommend reviewing the price of the massages as it’s considerably more expensive that anywhere else we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Great location to do activities and hotel has their own transport to take you to Sapa town centre. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

|1.95km from city centerLoved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

She gave me recommendations for food (even made my vegetarian dinner for me when it was late and near by restaurants had already closed) - it was cold but she warm me up :)) ! She booked tour - bus for me and helped me plan my trip. Location is really good, lots of places to eats and good coffee. Bed was very comfortable, the view from your bed is amazing, I could hear birds songs when I opened the balcony door and really enjoy the scene with tranquil white cloud covered mountains from my bed. Clean big toilet and shower too. There is a nice vibe at the hotel, I joined other guests for the trekking tour and made good friends there. There is also a book exchange too with a really good collection of books. The vibe There are two dogs named Snow and Ice-cream and two cats named Pumpkins 🎃 and Watermelon 🍉 which are absolutely adorable! Thank you Van for everything and I had really good time! I can’t recommend this hotel enough :(( Nothing. Everything was great 👍

All the stories about the place are true, we went on a trip for a few days, and the hotel kept our luggage for us when we returned, and the manager arranged a room for us so that we could take a shower. From there we went to a Sleeper bus, and the manager took care of sandwiches for us to-go. Apart from that, the hotel is beautiful and luxurious. If we had time, we would be happy to stay longer. The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

|2.04km from city centerWe were really pleased with our decision to stay at Saparis Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was modern with plentiful hot water. The staff was really the highlight, though. They were so flexible and helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Right now, there's some road construction on the way to the hotel but that doesn't impact getting there. The location is excellent because you can just walk down a set of stairs and emerge right at the lake in the center of town. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again.

As the name suggests, the whole homestay is like a small resort with a green garden. The view of the mountain from the bed is extremely beautiful. Breakfast is simple but very good value for money. Clean vegetables are available from the garden, there is an infinity pool and a very chill scenery. The butler is very gentle and friendly like the people here. Hope to have the opportunity to visit catcat garden again. Highly Recommend!!!

|2.32km from city centerWe came about this lovely hotel with beautiful staff because of a tour we booked, taking us into Sapa. They have been so wonderful, helping out with our tour and assisting us with a shower between drop offs and pick ups during the tour. Their English is fantastic, it has quite a homely feeling. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Mountain View room was breath taking. Hot shower with soap, shower gel, shampoo, dental kit and shaving kit included. Breakfast was included and was delicious. A set menu a choice of 2 from a selection of 10-12 choices. Set in the heart of Sapa, close to other restaurants, the main square, church and a mountainous walk to Cat Cat Village. It is close to the Cable car station.

After getting the key, I got up in the morning and asked for breakfast time, and it was already past. I asked for tourist attractions, and they were so kind that they planned all the schedules, including prices and routes on the map. All the people in Sapa seem to be kind. (Chili, Su, Huchi and the lovely ladies who prepared our means) Absolutely a great hotel with amazing staff who speak good English, they are very kind and helpful with any of your requests. The hotel is situated 20mins away from sapa town and it wasn’t a disadvantage at all. The place is so beautiful, I love the nature, beautiful garden with flowers, lots of butterflies and you’ll also see chickens and ducks.. it’s so peaceful to listen to the sound of nature, the fresh air .. we took a motorbike for the days we wanted to travel around and it was provided by the hotel. The motorbike ride was so convenient. The hotel has great food, have a mix of western cuisines and Vietnamese cuisine and their kitchen opeaters from 7.30am till 9.30pm. All their food is fresh, even the juices! You should try their coconut coffee, cinnamon tea, ginger tea and lemon grass tea!! We also had bbq and it was so good! We tried the massage, herbal bath, sauna too and it was blissful! We also got a guide from the hotel that took us along a beautiful trek! This was a complete experience of the best ACCOMMODATION! we will surely come again!

It is very convenient to go to various attractions. The buffet breakfast is simple. The hotel has tickets and travel itineraries for purchase. Sun World tickets can be purchased from the hotel, and the price is the same as if you bought it on site. It’s the same, but you can save time in queuing for on-site tickets. If you go for a day hiking trip to LAO CHAI &amp; TA VAN, it will save money to find a local Black Miao or Red Niu guide in the square (the hotel price is 400,000 VND / person, the square is looking for less than 200,000 VND (usually 150,000 VND). SAPA’s specialties are salmon hot pot and sturgeon hot pot, which are delicious and cheap. The side dishes of the hot pot are local alpine vegetables. You must try them when you come here.

Aber was richtig ekelig ist, ist der Geruch in den Zimmern und der Schimmel der sich überall befindet. Alles feucht in den Zimmern. Die Decken, die Kissen, die Vorhänge. Es ist sowas von widerlich, dass ich niemanden empfehlen kann hier zu übernachten. Wenn jemanden seine Gesundheit wichtig ist, dann bitte gebt etwas mehr Geld aus und spart nicht am falschen Ende!!! Es ist einfach so ekelhaft hier. Das ist wirklich schade. Die Bilder von den Zimmern, wurden definitiv bearbeitet oder nach der Fertigstellung des Hotels gemacht! Ich kann nur abraten!

The trek was beautiful, guide was lively & homestay was safe and clean. The food at the Saigonese Trekking House was delicious. After arriving back from the trek, the gave me a beverage if my choice, pancakes for free and a lovely foot soak. The dorms are clean and have ample storage room. The bathroom is located downstairs & outside however, sandals are provided. There is shampoo & shower gel provided in showers also. Overall, I was happy with my stay here. It was as advertised and more :)

|6.56km from city centerWe had a blissful stay at this highly regarded lodging. You couldn’t ask for a better location in the picturesque Ta Van Valley away from the frenzy and bright lights of Sapa. Rose and Rex (the proprietors) are two of the most genuine and adorable people you could hope to meet. They have developed a homely, quirky and comfortable residence with cosy rooms, intricate soft furnishings, and elegant bathrooms. Rose more than lives up to her reputation as a legendary cook. We enjoyed all our food but her spicy eggplant and the family banquet she prepared for us were real highlights of our trip. As a result, we had practically all our meals there. The portions and prices were far too generous for the prices charged. In addition to satisfying our stomachs, Rose took care of many other aspects of our trip (pick up and drop off at Sapa, day trek and lunch with a fantastic local guide Mimi - highly recommended) and even accommodated us in a room for an extra half day after check out without charge so we could relax and freshen up before our night bus. She was full of helpful tips and advice which helped us to make the most of our time in Sapa. The staff (and Bailey her dog) were all very sweet, fun and welcoming. Even though we were only there for 3 days, by the end we felt like part of the family and were sad to leave. We would love to return one day.

We arrived early at 6am from Hanoi but the hotel wasn't open. We waited till around 7am and the hotel front desk staff - Chau Thi Hong Lien got us checked in early. I think also because the hotel wasn't buzzing with guests. This little touch made our day as we have been travelling 12 hours straight.
Lien not only welcomed us warmly but also gave us fantastic recommendations for our Fansipan trek and finding a local private guide to explore the Hmong village. The price we paid for the private tour was really reasonable too.
Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were all so polite and nice. Served ala carte I'll recommend to try the porridge, pumpkin soup, carrot soup, and scrambled eggs.
Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town, but that's a good thing. It's still within walking distance, and being close to the Mgallery Metropole Hotel and Sun Plaza is a bonus for exploring the area.Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. And that balcony view was downright breathtaking.
To sum it up, Aliana Sapa Hotel - with its excellent service, friendly staff, incredible restaurant, and comfy rooms, it's a hidden gem in Sapa.

The location was close to downtown Sapa, so it was easy to walk around, and it was worth walking to Cat Cat Village. When you come back.. Ride a motorcycle hehe
The accommodation was large and clean, but there was no hot water in the accommodation. The person who repaired it came and fixed it, but lukewarm water instead of warm water came out, making it uncomfortable to wash.
It was annoying to go out in the evening, so I used the restaurant inside the resort, but it was fine, and the breakfast was delicious.
