We stayed here during the 2018 snow festival and it was perfect. It’s close to the centre (2 stations) has a direct connection to the airport (45 mins). Has enough amenities in the surrounding area (convenience stores, restaurants- there’s even a full sized supermarket) and you can walk to it under cover all the way from the (JR) station. Understand this is a business style hotel. It’s reasonably basic but still perfectly decent. Our room was clean, there’s a fridge, WiFi (which is a bit weak) and a kettle. We bought tea, milk and coffee from the 7/11 across the street. There’s plenty of hot water and good pressure on the shower. There’s no ironing board or iron that I could find. The price was around ¥10,000 ($90) per night for the room. So, for the price and the convenience it was perfect. Any negatives? The room was too hot for my taste but we could have opened a window. There’s a one foot (12 inches) step up to the bathroom. Not good if you are elderly or physically impaired. There’s a clock in the bed side cabinet that ticks and can’t be silenced. I’m a light sleeper and it didn’t really bother me.. So all-in-all perfect for our short stay.

This is a Sapporo hotel where I stayed for two days on a two-day, three-day trip to Hokkaido. I remember it was the best value for money. Free breakfast, a Korean-speaking reception desk, a tidy single room, and a 10 minute walk from Sapporo Station helped me make my trip in Sapporo unforgettable. Of course, if you spend more money, you can go to a good hotel near the station or just in front of the attraction, but I hope it will help you a bit.

Pros: if you have business at Hokkaido U, the location is unbeatable. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Station within walking distance. Price is reasonable. Breakfast is healthy and good. Rooms are probably slightly larger than average Japan business hotel, staff OK. Cons: outdated and molded bathroom and walls, only a small pillow on the bed, amenities are poor, no lobby or public seating at the entrance, humble furniture. I dropped one star from 4-star because of bathroom mold and lack of hotel character.

Originally only planned to live for two days, because the feeling of living is very good, and extended for two days. The most commendable is the service. The two receptionists at the front desk are particularly good, because I am traveling alone, I will introduce the recommended places to go with me, and then recommend me to the Chinese version of the travel guide. Very happy time to travel alone. The quality of the girls in the same room is very good. At night, everyone is very polite and keeps quiet activities. On the first floor is a small family restaurant, fried spring rolls are very delicious, homemade wine is also very good, but closed every Tuesday, need to pay attention. Although the public event space on the second floor is not very big, I have met good friends from South Korea and Taiwan. If you go to Hokkaido, you will plan to live again. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Hokkaido University. It is very convenient to get a traffic light from the subway.

Very good, the front desk service is very good, very patient, don't know how to use the card to go upstairs, ran over and said in detail, there are free drinks and internet on the first floor, I feel good. Hokkaido is still good, more sincere than people in Tokyo

Located near Hokkaido university, at around 10 minutes walk from the JR Sapporo station. Quiet street. There's a small supermarket (Aeon) at one minute walk opened until 23:00. There's a free breakfast until 9:30, but you'll only find toasts at 9, take your breakfast early for a chance to grab a mini croissant or two. Coffee was ok, but avoid the orange juice (served not cold, and industrial made taste). The staff didn't seem to speak much English. The room is simple, small but big enough for one person. There's no view from the window, not even the street or a parking, just a wall. I had a problem with the TV in my room that didn't seem to work. I called the reception to explain the situation (in Japanese), the staff apologized very politely, hung the phone... But no one came to check the TV. I decided to try to fix it by myself and unplugged all cables in the back, and replugged all properly. It worked, but found dust and a used cotton swab between the desk and the TV set... gross. The first night was terrible, I heard the person staying at the next room going to the toilet several times, and even the alarm clock at 6am and when this person took a shower. I didn't have any neighbor the second night and could sleep better. I had a note placed in my bathroom on the second day, I honestly didn't understand a word of it (check the photo). I paid around 7000 yen a night, and for this price I expected much better. The overall experience was below the average.

Walk 5 to 10 minutes from Jr Station and Daimaru. The hotel is very clean, there is a massage chair quite pleasant, the TV is a little small, but there is no time to watch TV, it is very late to go back! The size of the room is also suitable, the price is good!

It's our first time to spend a night at this hotel. We had several experiences staying in other Toyoko Inn hotels. The staff saw the four pieces of luggage we carried and gave us the barrier-free room, which was spacious and clean. We were thankful for the staff’s thoughtfulness. We took a stroll in the Hokkaido University campus in the afternoon before we checked in. There's a Yodobashi Camera nearby. The free breakfast was good, a few kinds of choices-- bread, scrambled eggs, rice and miso soup. We will surely recommend and come back again!

Go to Japan for the Spring Festival and go straight to Hokkaido. This is the first hotel where I stayed. After the new Chitose Airport came out, it snowed. So we chose the bus to get off. The place to get off is the hotel entrance. It seems to be the 20th stop. , Specifically forgotten, the site reminder is actually very clear, don't worry. However, it may be because of snow that it usually takes less than two hours to complete the journey. If you want to go faster, you can choose the subway. It is also convenient to go to the hotel by exit 21, just carry the suitcase up the stairs. The hotel service was great and friendly, with a Chinese speaking front desk. The next shuttle bus to Date Hot Springs was bothering them to book for me, and the service was in place. However, the space of the hotel is really small. It is the 28-inch suitcases of ours. It takes a little wisdom to put them down. But the sparrows are small and have all the internal organs. The fresh air in the room is very good in all aspects, no taste, and no heating. It will be stuffy. I ordered the hotel's breakfast. Two options, set meals and buffets, can be tried, but I prefer buffets ~ The location of the hotel is very convenient. Turn right and walk straight along the main entrance, which is the Tanukikoji (also the direction of the TV tower), basically walking from the beginning to the end ~ In fact, it will reach the two markets, but we really do n’t feel anything at all, it feels like Specially targeted at Chinese tourists ... There are many tanuki road drug stores, and the more prosperous ones are relatively concentrated. Go straight to the hotel's side door and you can see the crab family (reservations are needed in advance, we can't make an appointment. It is recommended to line up early in the morning, open at 11:30, we were in the second row at eleven), walk to the crab family and turn right Walking straight is JR Sapporo Station, and it is from here to JR Otaru. The mall is located above JR Sapporo Station. Major shopping malls are also concentrated here. You can walk slowly. Liuhua Pavilion is also nearby. If you have good eyesight, you can see it. If you can't find it, you can navigate (I use Baidu very well). The store is relatively large. It seems that the overall size is larger than that of Otaru, and there are more varieties. Some commodity airports can't buy it. It is recommended to buy it directly at this store. Haha ~ But pay attention to the short shelf life. Generally speaking, this store is very good except for the small space ~

This is a very decent hotel. Location is just right next to the JR station. It’s easy to get around the city with the nearby bus stop / tram stop. Just a short walk to Aeon Supermarket as well. Room size is not too small. I like the public onsen the most. It’s really relaxing after walking for a day and soaking inside the hot onsen. Breakfast is very nice and lots of varieties of food. Don’t skip it!

Situated within easy walking distance to Odori Park, Ramen Alley and shopping street. Two subway stations and the airport bus stop steps away. Modern design, great shower. Staff could have been more welcoming, especially for an Accor club member, but did not detract from efficient service anyway.

Superb location where a tunnel is connected straight from Sapporo station to hotel , about a 3 minutes walk . A lot of shops along the tunnel (great during winter as no need walk through cold weather & slippery floor). Hotel check in & out is fast . Small room but very functional .
