We stayed at Forest Villa for 2 nights. Because it is an official hotel in house tenbos, I was given a lot of carefree service and I was satisfied! When you buy a pass on the first day, the pass after the next day comes for free, carry the souvenir bought in the park to the hotel, and book a bicycle in advance. The location is very good, and there is a room near the pool in the forest, so I can swim in the pool from the morning and go back to the room and change clothes, play in the flat park, play ... The hotel is right next to the Huis Ten Bosch Port. If you have large luggage, you can look to the left when you exit JR Huis Ten Bosch Station and there is a luggage trolley. Push it to the entrance, you can directly send your luggage, send it to the hotel, and start shopping right away. The night view and New Year's fireworks are really beautiful. After watching the fireworks, you can also ride the white Ferris wheel at 22 o'clock to overlook the entire park. Like Holland, especially the night view, the hotel is like Europe. The elevator hall is beautiful. I used this hotel for my first trip to Huis Ten Bosch. The point I chose was that there was a large hot spring bath in the hotel. After returning tired from sightseeing at night, it was very helpful to take a hot spring in the hotel. The hot water was just right and the fatigue was healed. The rooms were upgraded on the day and the balcony overlooked Huis Ten Bosch and was the best. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and comfortable. The good: + Spacious clean room with amazing view of the ocean and the 99 islands + Very nice breakfast (Ismir) and dinner ( 4/F Jp restaurant) all with excellent sea view which you don't normally get at a Jap hotel. + Nice onsen. + 5 mins away from the park at the peak. It's a look-out worth visiting. = I drove and enjoyed the ride up/down the slope to hotel as the traffic was not busy. However, do watch out if there is fog during certain time of the year. The not so good: - as mentioned by some other visitors that the bed/ pillows should be upgraded. - thanks to the reception lady who gave me a hand with my luggage unloads from car when I arrived. However, when I departed, was surprised that the lobby gentleman just stood at the front door and didn't bother to help. Overall, will use this hotel again in future.

禁煙シングルで１週間宿泊しました。室内の装備でベッド脇に照明関係のスイッチと昔は使えたであろうラジオ、空調のスイッチは調整不能（自動化？）。大画面テレビはいいのですがベッドと近すぎて使いにくい。アメニティはシンプル。冷蔵庫も普通に使えます。ユニットバスです。お湯と水の調整弁のしまりが悪くポタポタが気になるところ。ちょっと見えないところは黒ずみがあったりします。全体的に狭く窮屈ですが長く居ると慣れます。タオルなどはフロントに頼めば無料で余分の持ってきてくれます。修学旅行客がいてうるさいので、部屋を変えて欲しいと言ったら応じてくれました。フロントの人は総じて愛想がありません。夜勤の人はいい人がいました。外の音は窓でシャットアウトできますが、隣の音、廊下での話し声は結構よく聞こえます。モーニングはコロナのせいもあり和と洋の交互日替わりプレートでした。見てくれはきれいでしゃれていますが、量は少なくよそのホテルのモーニングバイキングや喫茶店のモーニングセットを食べに行きました。こんな感じなのでビジネスホテルとしては割高感がありますが、今回は全国旅割や長崎独自のクーポン券があって実質半額以下で宿泊ができたので、まぁ良しでした。

Room rate was cheap but our Japanese style room was very basic. The road to get into the carpark was narrow and hard to navigate, and you had to leave your car key with them everytime you go back to your room- even if you go up for 2 minutes to get something you forgot. Reception staff were not very friendly. Bathroom was small (even for japanese standards) and the ventilation fan was extremely noisy. Yet, the room was stuffy and hot and we went during winter. Ok if you just need a place to sleep as the room and hotel itself is still clean and has basic amenities but dont have much expectations.

Great location, wonderful staff, best breakfast I had my entire time in Japan. This hotel was perfect for having to work on base. It is a 20 minute walk and a $12 cab ride. The staff only speaks some English, but the conversations we did have we were able to communicate mostly because they were so kind and willing to understand me. It is a small Japanese hotel, but the room was the perfect size for a solo traveler. I would highly recommend this hotel to Navy travelers as well as regular travelers alike!

The triple room is very spacious, and both boxes can be unfolded. It is the most comfortable room I have ever stayed in in Japan, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

Very new apartment and everything is self serve. There is no reception but they will give you all the password to get into the apartment and your room after you booked the room. There is only 3 rooms in the whole apartment and 3 parking slot. However, 1 of the parking slot could only fit a small car. There is also a washing machine and kitchen in the room and clothes can be dried in the shower room. We drove to the closest Aeon (about 7mins drive) and bought the food to cook in the apartment. Highly recommended to stay.

Guests were able to enter Huis Ten Bosch from １ time earlier than usual the next morning ８, walk around the less popular park, and get an attraction numbered ticket. There was also a Huis Ten Bosch hot spring bathing ticket, and it was good to be able to take a bath before it was crowded. Breakfast is crowded and ２ with banquet hall. I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks during my business trip last August. The hotel is very good as it is very close to the American store in Mariner Town. I found a halal restaurant across the road. It is a restaurant for Indian/Pakistani food. This hotel is a typical Japanese hotel with rooms almost half the size of European hotel rooms. The internet speed is slow and there is only one restaurant in the hotel that only serves Japanese cuisine and there is no replaceable halal food. The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient, but their English communication skills were only basic based on my many experiences in Japan. In short, I had a good stay here and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Sasebo and has a limited budget.

I have used a lot from business hotels to city hotels for work and sightseeing, but it was the top class customer service. I forgot the name, but the female employee who came to the front desk was very caring anyway. Such a pleasant customer service is Ku 々. It was cold and I was happy to respond when I asked for a blanket. The response of the male employee at check-out was very normal, so I think the hospitality of the female employee was outstanding and wonderful. The bathroom was large and we prepared a room where you can smoke properly. We also made requests. Perhaps there are many foreign guests, the female employees at the front desk pronounced natively and spoke English. This is a hotel where foreign tourists can stay with peace of mind. I rarely give 5 stars by word of mouth, but this time I will give it a 5 star rating. It is one of the hotels I want to repeat.
