Well it was really a 3.5 star stay. But 3 was too low. Room was great, bed was huge and soft which is a refreshing change for Thailand. Main complete was the noise. Locals coming up and down the halls at all hours of the AM. And the housekeepers liked to what sounded like pushing a trolley down stairs at 6am each morning. I think it was just the location of my room right at the end of the hall way next to storage area but try book a room away from there if possible. Other than that top place to stay.

Wonderful stay, the room is cozy and clean. We will definitely come back again! Location wise need to walk about 10mins to reach the station, my suggestion is that if the hotel shuttle bus can pick up to and fro from the station is the best. Food wise is up to standard and we are grateful that they will allow us to consume our food even though the time is over. Overall the hotel staffs and restaurant staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks for giving us such a memorable stay. One more thing to note is that the machine for drinks are nice, my daughter love it 😍

I was here in October and really enjoyed my stay here. There were two free, complimentary bottles of water in front of a lovely mirror, I had a comfortable double bed, an air-con (no fan), little table and two chairs for my things and a bathroom that was certainly clean enough for use. No ants anywhere so the room had been properly cleaned. This place has friendly staff who are willing to help carry luggage up the stairs and this hotel is about a 5 minutes walk from Ekkamai’s BTS stop. For the price I paid (700THB/ night) and the location, I would definitely come here again. Would have given 5 stars for amenities if the place had little things like travel hair dryers, kettles, maybe a little fridge, but everything that was provided was absolutely useable and up to a great standard.

Stayed here for one night during our travels in Thailand and this place had everything we needed. As the name suggests it is a New Orleans themed small boutique hotel. Great location just a short 5 min walk from Ekkemei main bus station and BTS which makes it easy to get around in Bangkok! We had a room on the 5th floor which met our needs with a TV, hairdryer, fridge and complimentary bottled water. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the shower was pretty good. We arrived quite early in the mornjng and they were kind enough to allow us to check in to the room, although they only had twin beds we didn't mind as we had been travelling for about 18 hours at that point. The next morning we took breakfast in the restaurant which was really good! Service was great and the food delicious. I had Cajin eggs florentine. I'm not sure what they put in the hollandaise but it was one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning one day!

I write this here as I sit in the lobby/restaurant of this place, my family and I had a great time at Lodge 61 which is run by hardworking and warm people. If you are looking for a place to only sleep; without fancy landscape or chandelier, I would recommend this place. They provide a small yet decent room and located pretty close to bts and bus station (to Pattaya etc). Staffs also let us leave our luggages when we traveled to Pattaya that made our beach trip much lighter and relaxed. Many thanks! But check if heater in your shower is working properly!

The hotel is fine and located near the BTS train station. The staff were friendly, room service was quick and breakfast had a lot of variety. However, since we stayed in a smoking room as requested, it felt like a torture because there's no balcony, the windows can't be opened even a bit, there's not a single exhaust fan in the room or in the toilet. Would be great if they could install even a cheap exhaust fan in the window or at least an air purifier in each smoking room. Also the air conditioning on the lobby was not cold enough.

ihg members have given priority to this new InterContinental hotel. The hotel location is three kilometers away from the Emporium and is in Thonglor. So I need to take a taxi to the mall. Although the hotel is new, I feel it is more business-like. It's not big, the front desk is only three meters wide, and there's an elevator next to it. I arrived in the early morning on the first day, took the room and went to bed. When I woke up the next day, I felt it was different from the picture I booked. The bathtub was in the bathroom, not open. The room was also very small. Since I was staying for three days, I wanted to change rooms. After some communication, I was told that I could upgrade for 1,000 Zhu a day, so I thought I would just change. The room I was given was the same as the picture I booked. The swimming pool is also small and the water is very cold, so I can't go in. There are no relaxation facilities such as sauna. There is only one restaurant where breakfast can be ordered and there is a buffet. I ordered noodles on the first day and porridge on the second day. Neither tasted good, the porridge was just mushy. The self-service items are average. The attitude of the service staff is pretty good. All in all, this hotel is not suitable for vacation and I will not consider it again in the future.

Booked this place for my sister because it’s near my apartment, It could easily fit in 3 ppl in the room but felt that the service was a bit meh and thinking it might be because we were only staying one night. They gave us only one key for 2 ppl and when we tried to access the room at first, we realized they didn’t even unlock the key for us so we had to make another trip to the reception just to unlock the key. The bathroom had little to no amenities and it didn’t looked very clean for a newly built hotel, we didn’t have complimentary drinks like mentioned or if it was self served, no one told us about it. There were no slippers in the bedroom. It’s definitely pricey for the location but service and amenities are not up to par.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! The hotel staff is wellcoming and helpful .The hotel is located close to the night market and many massage parlors. There is also 7-11 next to hotel. We have booked room Club-10，This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ，the bed is huge and comfortable ，the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

The three people stayed in a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. The room was clean and hygienic. Convenient transit, 15 minutes walk to the airport. I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. They are all in the village next to the airport, and it is very convenient to eat.

The hotel is situated not far from BKK airport and good for early flight or late arrival. Lat Krabang is the nearest station on the airport express. For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Both are across the main road. Good value for money.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Location - nearby Phra Khanong BTS station (approx 5mins walking distance). But hotel do provide free transportation to this station, but u have to liaise with the receptionist. There is one 7-11 store nearby (approx 1mins walk). Mostly local street foods nearby this hotel. Transportation - I took DMK airport taxi to this hotel (40mins drive) and cost me THB370 (inclusive of THB50 airport surcharge and THB50 toll fee). It’s very convenient to take BTS to siam, pratunam or chilom area (about 20mins train ride. You may buy a one day BTS pass which offer unlimited ride in a day. Breakfast - good variety come with various fruits, drinks and dishes. Overall - highly recommended.
