|1.76km from city centerWe were really pleased with our choice of hotel for a four day break in Turin. Ideally located at the other side of the river it was quiet but easy to get to main tourist areas on foot or nearby bus/ trams etc. The staff were so helpful and friendly , giving us recommendations for local restaurants, phoning for taxis and even allowing us to charge our phones when we returned to collect our suitcases and use toilet etc before leaving for the airport. Rooms were really comfortable with air conditioning and mini fridges. ( would have been helpful to have had a note of cost of bottled water as we didn’t know if it was chargeable or not but it was only one euro so not really a problem) The breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty of choice including cereal, breads, fruit, yogurts, meats, cheese and cake! Although there was no cooked options there was more than enough to choose from. Communication with the hotel was excellent. They even had an electrical adaptor ready for me when I messaged to ask about sockets beforehand. Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly return if I come back to Turin.

The very educated and smiled receptionist explains where to go to eat around. The room(a four-fold) was very spacious and clean, air conditioning was working and noiseless, the room was also provided with balcony, the very large bathroom was supplied and clean in a perfectly clean way. Abundant and varied breakfast, very sweet and even very salty. In general, the hotel has been fully satisfied and if I should go back to the area I would certainly come back here. Thank you

Stopped in and immediately got a very well-priced room (under 60 euros), and was handed a room key and remote I thought went to a ceiling fan. Even better: It was for a strong, cool air conditioner! We needed it after trudging around with our luggage on a hot day. The location is excellent: A four minute walk to Porta Susa train station and a one-minute walk to the 56 bus that takes you into the central area of Turin. Luca at the front desk was helpful, friendly and professional (and spoke English). The pizza place next door is fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. It's not fancy, but it is very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator. We even had a small balcony in our room.

I must start with this - I have NEVER seen a hotel so keen on cleaning EVERYTHING so much, it’s like you leave a glass, 3 seconds later it is gone to be cleaned. The rooms absolutely sparkle as does the rest of the hotel - very impressed. The hotel staff and the restaurant staff are absolutely one of a kind (hotel wise) as they are so kind, polite, considerate (being that I don’t speak a word of Italian) and just downright superb human beings. The restaurant staff in particular (including the bar staff) were very attentive and just genuinely happy, smiley people - it was a pleasant, refreshing change. The food was to a very high standard, good quality, fresh produce was definitely used. And the chef(s) definitely knew how to prepare it! I did not go hungry on my visit, as I absolutely HAD to finish everything on my plate. All in all a very pleasant stay. The only criticism was that the ‘high speed Wi-Fi’ coverage was extremely poor - to get Wi-Fi in the room I had to press my device to the room door, and next to no coverage was found in the bar and restaurant. In the end I had no alternative but to use my very expensive roaming data. In the age when high speed Wi-Fi with good coverage is the norm, I found this to be very strange. But this is genuinely my only criticism, mainly because it was a slight inconvenience for the bonuses side of my stay.

Appena arrivata in Hotel alle ore 1030 solo per poter depositare i bagagli (perché mi era stato già comunicato che per il chek anticipato dovevo pagare ulteriore somma!!) dopo un timido buongiorno mi si dice “MA è UN PO PRESTO VENIRE ADESSO” ad ogni buon conto mi dicono che per fortuna possono darmi una camera appena pulita al sesto piano. Appena entrata noto la camera piccola con un solo comodino e nel bagno asciugamani e saponi solo per una persona ! Ho provveduto a chiamare la signora delle pulizie nel corridoio spiegando che era una matrimoniale per due e mi sono fatta dare il necessario. Questi giorni a Torino la temperatura era bassa ed anche con pioggia ed ho notato spifferi dalla finestra balcone. Ho lasciato la camera alle 1130 e sono rientrata alle ore 1630 notando che la camera era fredda ho riposato per mezzora ma mi sono svegliata per il freddo il riscaldamento era spento ho provveduto a chiamare la reception descrivendo il problema e mi hanno prima risposto provvediamo subito, poi mi hanno richiamato dicendo che la normativa dell’hotel prevedeva che l’accensione era dalle 1930 fino alle ore 00 !!! pertanto se avevo freddo potevano portarmi una stufa e delle coperte!!!! UN 4 STELLE!!!! E pertanto anche nel bagno il termosifone era spento quindi potevo fare la doccia solo dalle 1930!!!!!!!! LE NORMATIVE IN PIEMONTE CI SONO MA CI SI DEVE ASSICURARE MINIMO 13 ORE !! Ho spiegato anche che ho invalidità ma mi è stato risposto “non possiamo fare nulla non potevamo prevedere questo freddo!” Colazione scarsissima !!!!!! anche qui allego foto di un buffet scarso!!! Ho chiesto un cornetto vegano e mi hanno risposto che dovevo aspettare 15 minuti per averlo e che dovevo avvisare !!!!(si trovano in tutti i bar) e per una premuta di arancia o prendevo il SUCCO di arancia che fornivano loro o dovevo pagare 5 euro per la premuta!!!!!. Detto questo questo Hotel solo fumo tanta arte ma una delusione dormire con due coperte e stufa in un quattro stelle !!!!!!!!

It is situated near the city centre and near a bus/tram stop called Bertolo, with a good and fast connection to Porta Susa station. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance or can easily be reached by bus or tram. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful and they do their utmost to make your stay a wonderful experience. We loved the breakfast. It was very tasty and there was a great variety of food and drinks. We had two single rooms, which were very clean. My room had a balcony with a view of the inner courtyard (see picture). This hotel offers a wonderful stay in Turin at a reasonable price.

The room is decorated with old furniture, and I guess that each room is unique with various furniture. It gives me a feeling of visiting or staying in a guest room of an Italian family. A very different experience from staying at one of the big hotel chains which look exactly the same no matter where in the world you are. All of the staff are very friendly and supportive. To have breakfast in the room was no problem. I also got some excellent guidance on everything from counting in Italian, borrowing paper and pencil, safety around the football stadium, and so on. The place is located on a beautiful walking street with many good restaurants. All in all, I was pleased to stay here and recommend the place :)

Beside it is a convenience store that also closes late so that was very helpful. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Walls are thin so you can here the outside and other rooms quite a bit, it didnt bother me as much however. The bathroom size was just enough, with towels, soaps and plastic cups for you to use. It also has a fridge, bottle opener and a safe if youd like those. All in all, it was worth the price and was helpful during the trip. One more thing, the keys are the old style, so when you leave, you have to leave the keys at the front desk. When you come back, someone will give you back the keys.

After the Covid I became a little “fixed” but I have to say that in this hotel you feel that there is a real hygiene care in detail, and this made me feel quiet and relaxed and it is not very little! The only new thing is that there is no power take near the bed, but what I appreciated most was the attention to allergens given in breakfast. As shelly, it is never easy for me to have breakfast at the hotel, I take something home because cross-contamination is almost never taken into account. I don't want a 5-star buffet, but I could still enjoy a full buffet with a sugar and salt offer and a good-branded gluten-free basket. Perhaps somebody's food-coated and refrigerated plates may look ”brunt” but for those who suffer from allergies they are beautiful because they are the only guarantee that they can eat quietly. It was one of the rare times when I felt truly respected and not treated as a packed dryer! It was a good price-quality ratio for me.

|1.64km from city centerI'm a fan of NH collection group however this time was not impressed as usual. Staffs weren't really welcoming, maybe we were check-in quite late at around 10pm. The room wasn't as spacious as others hotels in the group and the view outside is awful. Also the sound proofing was terrible and we could hear a huge sound from the ceiling in the morning. However, the room is clean I will still choose the NH group but not this hotel when I travel to Turin next time.

The staff were all super friendly(speaking English) and helpful. The hotel is 100 meters from the very efficient subway system which we used to get to the historic centre and to and from dinner - as easiest to avoid trying to find a parking spot in town for the car (the hotel offers free parking). The hotel complex in the old FIAT factory includes a shopping mall, supermarket, the roof race track an art museum and a conference centre.

I just wanted to tell that in my case everything was perfect: I stayed in a clean and overall good room, receptionists were polite and helpful, breakfast in the morning was very good, just what I should expect from a 3 star hotel, and actually the croissants were warm and just fresh. |2.28km from city centerIo e mio marito volevamo trascorrere un week end a Torino, città a noi sconosciuta e ho prenotato due notti in questo hotel tramite il loro sito web, dopo aver confrontato le tariffe di Booking, al costo di €205 comprese di colazione, wi-fi e posto auto libero. La scelta è ricaduta su questo hotel per le recensioni lette e per le tariffe molto eque rispetto ad altri posti visionati, anche se lontano dal centro circa 10 km. A seguito del nostro soggiorno posso dire che è stata la scelta migliore per noi per visitare la città e godere della tranquillità del posto, perchè anche il poter avere il parcheggio davanti alla camera non è cosa da poco. Su consiglio di una persona abbiamo lasciato poi la macchina parcheggiata in Corso Francia e da lì preso la metro che a un costo irrisorio di €1.70 ti porta comodamente in centro senza dover pensare a ztl, problema di dove parcheggiare, il costo etc. L'hotel si trova all'ingresso di una stradina privata su una rotonda (infatti inizialmente avevamo anche sbagliato perchè non trovavamo l'ingresso, mancano cartelli per indicazioni). Una volta arrivati siamo rimasti un pò colpiti perchè era la prima volta che facevamo il check in in modalità drive in dalla macchina, ci è stata data la camera n°204 che si trova quasi nella parte finale dell'albergo e ogni camera ha il parcheggio proprio davanti alla porta della camera con tanto di separè a dx e sx e di tendina da tirar giù e coprire il retro della macchina per privacy. La camera grande con letto matrimoniale, tavolino con due sedie, finestra grande, specchio grande su una parete, tv schermo piatto, minibar. Il bagno dotato di lavabo, kit cortesia, phon, wc, bidet e una doccia grande, asciugamani. Tutto molto pulito e funzionale. Wi-fi gratis e funzionale semplicemente connettendosi alla rete senza uso di password. Avrei gradito trovare in camera ad esempio un foglio con esplicitate le regole dell'hotel esempio il wi-fi disponibile liberamente senza password, gli orari della colazione e gli orari di check out, i prezzi del minibar..Altra cosa avrei gradito in camera una coperta in più visto che la temperatura in camera non era delle più calde. La colazione viene servita accanto a quella che sarebbe la hall, a buffet con molta scelta tra dolce e salato, frutta fresca, merendine confezionate, succhi, macchinetta per caffè, thè etc. Insomma devo dire che nulla dire per la colazione, tutto molto curato e buono e complimenti al personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Hotel che abbiamo molto apprezzato e sicuramente dovessimo tornare a Torino non esiteremmo a prenotare nuovamente qui. Complimenti soprattutto per la cortesia e accoglienza del personale, cosa assai rara di questi tempi!
