A hotel literally on the sea, very nice, first class. The spa very good pool, massages, a wonderful outdoor hot tub on the roof. Excellent bar and restaurant. The outstanding attention of Eduardo at the Bar and Benjamin in the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the shrimp curry, the sorretinos with pesto and the Del Mar fruit gratin. Don't forget to have a complimentary sparkling wine on the terrace of the bar.

It’s a good idea to visit the Sheraton in Viña! Outside the window is Viña's famous Waffle Castle. The V balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, and the view is very good! The hotel's service is very good and responsive to all requests. Self-driving parking is also very convenient. The breakfast category is quite complete and the ingredients are relatively healthy. In addition, special praise should be given to the hotel's swimming pool. The water temperature and indoor temperature are very suitable. The hotel also provides everyone with heated towels. It can be seen that they are very attentive to the service!

From the moment we arrived at Casa Higueras we were made feel welcome. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful…..something we discovered is consistent with all Chileans we met. The boutique hotel is ideal located in the middle of the charming town with easy access to all the sites and attractions. The rooms are spacious, well appointed with views across the port and towards Viña del Mar and beyond. The facilities are excellent with a fabulous restaurant serving exquisite food for dinner and breakfast. The outdoor infinity pool and health spa are not to be missed at the end of a long day. We’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is in a good location, located by the river, surrounded by shopping, dining facilities, very convenient and safe. It is only a 10-minute walk from the beach of the sightseeing hotspot. The front desk service was very good and the breakfast was very good.

I finally know why it was more than 600 on Friday night, and the price of the previous day and the next day were more than 1,000. That night the swimming pool downstairs was closed and a big party was held, and then tossed until four or five o'clock. Of course, the next room could not sleep. The bedding is very good. Breakfast was crowded and very average.

It is an excellent place . Very central . Near the vineyard square of the bus terminal and flower watch. Very clean rooms as well as the bed and clothes of this. I recommend it 100% And the host cats that have are the best.

If I think they could invest more in building maintenance. The negative: bad odours (not always) because it is right in front of the sea wolfs. Also, the cars remain outside, the same hotel puts shafts on the wheels and gives you a barrier to put the driver's wheel and the same hotel staff make rounds to care for the vehicles. Hello, We are a couple wanted to go to Viña del mar. We made a nonrefundable reservation. When we are on the road because of COVID-19 restrictions, police turned us from the way to go back to home. We called to hotel and told our victimhood that we already made a nonrefundable reservation but because of the restrictions we can not come to there. And we already know that it is a nonrefundable reservation, but because of this unexpected affair, we kindly asked for changing the dates or take our money back. They did not help in any case even if changing the dates. At least they could change our dates, but they did not. In addition, They push us to cancel our reservation in website. we made a lot of phone call and canceling process on website for them, we have nothing in our side. At the end, They just took the money and thats all that they want. Customer satisfaction point is zero! We paid the reservation even if we told our affair because of Covid 19 restrictions. Many hotels are helping in that cases, they are helping if you have some issues caused by Covid 19 restrictions. Think before you make reservation!

We were to celebrate and we met with a hotel that still lives from its gloryful past. The rooms, staff service, views and excellent location. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I visited the hotel 10 years ago and clearly they haven't put any weight on it all these years. It's a pity because, despite all, it's still a great hotel. SAVE it.

I am a Captain with a global US airline and stay in a LOT of hotels. Every week. The Pullman in Viña is an absolute gem. I am ready to say this is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. For a few reasons. First of course are the rooms. As somebody commented recently they are a little on the small side but very clean, modern and the linens are deliciously comfortable!!! The A/C works beautifully as well. Next is the building in general. It’s new construction, has a very tasteful lobby and a wonderful bar/restaurant area. We stayed three nights. On two of those nights I had a wonderful nightcap of Chilean Carmenere wine (grape varietal) at the bar area. The bar has lots of very comfy couches and chairs to relax in! It’s a small detail, but the lobby has an incredible streaming music playlist. I used Shazam to identify and buy two or three songs that were good enough to be added to my collection! Another detail, but the art on the walls is just wonderful. It consists mainly of pencil and pen and ink drawings, all in black-and-white. Fits in perfectly with the decor and feel of the lobby. Very important: The staff is simply incredible!!! Every single interaction was wonderful, and the front desk speaks perfect English. They helped my travel companion in setting up tours, and even gave us her subway MetroCard so we wouldn’t have to spend two dollars buying the initial card at the station. They also helped my friend out with a friendly pharmacy that helped her out with a case of pinkeye. Pretty much everybody you encounter here is incredibly friendly and helpful. It DOES make a difference! The last item that makes Pullman super special is the location. It’s in the soft chewy center of Viña Del Mar, and it’s hard to describe how many world class restaurants there are within a quarter to a half mile walking distance of the hotel. Try Ilo Mapu (pronounced Eelō mah-poo) for a lesson in native Chilean anthropology and amazing food from the Mapuche people. (6 Norte No. 228 just west of 5 Poniente) The Pumay (under Williche in Main Courses) will make you feel like Antony Bourdain discovering something quite amazing. Also try the blueberry/blackberry Pisco Sour. Anthony would be proud of you. The area surrounding the hotel is upscale and heavily populated by the professional class. All the restaurants cater to this clientele. Think NYC upper west side, Marin County, North Scottsdale, West University in Houston, etc. There are some good wineries just to the west of Viña Del Mar, and of course you have to see Valparaiso and run up to the beaches just north of Viña as well. (Concón, etc.) The Pullman serves an absolutely perfect base of operations. 5 stars for sure.
