The bed was fine, the remote worked and the wifi was there. The coffee wasn't great out front, but for the money? I'd use them again.

|3.23km from city centerThe hotel is also ok from the airport. There are several restaurants and small convenience stores in the downstairs. The room on the third floor of our room is also OK. The carpet looks quite new. The breakfast is normal in the United States. Breakfast, location is in a small area of the hotel reception, breakfast with milk juice coffee yoghurt, as well as cereal, bread, you can also make waffles yourself, there is a microwave for hot milk, breakfast and hot water to provide perfect. Overall, the price is very high. When you check in, you will be charged a deposit of 50 US dollars. Upon check-out, you will confirm that it is returned to Cary 10 to 15 days after the end of the stay.

|1.64km from city centerHotel rooms and lobby recently remodeled and smells fresh too, accept when you have neighbors smoking right outside the door, I understand hotel cant control what other guests do but extremely annoying that I had ask all 4 of them to smoke across the parking lot. Check in manager very professional and accommodating. Room very large and spacious, with microwave and refrigerator. Only negative was after leaving my cold drinks in the refrigerator hours later when I returned was a hot box, also evening clerk is not the friendliest. Overall great price and would stay again.

Especially Meski when I went to eat breakfast. It was really nice to see her face again! She goes out of her way to make everyone feel at ease, and make sure they have everything they need. There were a couple of guys, I wish I had gotten their names. One worked the desk at night, and the other one supplied the breakfast food and kept it filled. He was there last year as well.

Just had a perfect room perfect b lend on the wall painting very clean perfect not creased sheets which was a huge plus for me .The Wi-Fi was highly reliable very fast and could really get my job done . I enjoyed the warm shower and fresh air from the balcony . The check-in and check-out are pretty fast. I loved how informed and efficient the receptionist was . Location is quite nice .Just walk out 3min have two 7-11 and family mart and mall .. and also near to the very nice places to eat Very close to the universities I was looking to scout and window shop which was my main concern so a very affordable smart choice from my end. A bit of city noise but very quiet and peaceful at night didn’t quite know if heard my neighbors but the sheets were comfortable and smelled really nice Would definitely come back soon.

We checked in late from flying all day and almost left and found somewhere else, but decided to stay because we were so tired. I asked the receptionist to give us a quiet room, he kept saying he would and it would be a high floor. The room was on floor 5 (not high), right in front of elevators. They had a family reunion and a conference going on and at 11 pm it was so loud! The room never got cool, and the bed was awful! Like I said before, I mostly stay in Marriott’s and typically love the mattress’s but this was not Marriotts normal mattress. It also looked like it had been updated but whoever did this remodel did shotty work.

|1.05km from city centerOur room was clean and comfortable. I reserved a non-smoking room, however, I still smelled cigarette smoke from in my room. A non-smoking room should not be within smelling distance of a smoking room. And when there are designated rooms, that doesn't mean I should smell smoke in the stairwell either. We tried to take the stairs b/c the elevator was SLOW, but couldn't even get up one flight due to the smell of cigarette smoke. So we waited on the SLOW elevator. Later, saw cigarette ashes and butts down the hallway to the staircase, and saw additional cigarette butts in the stairwell, then realizing the smell was too strong to enter again. I mentioned this to the person at the front desk and she advised she would report it. When we finally checked out, those same butts and ashes were there and we couldn't enter the stairwell for a third time. When we got off the elevator, the smoking ”area” outside had people smoking but they had the door propped open, so that smoke was entering the building. I once again told the front desk, and I was just told, ”Yeah that door is broke, and the cards don't work for that door.” Not very hospitable, and didn't offer anything for me. If you can't stand to be around cigarette smoke, don't stay here. I guess I will always find a complete smoke-free hotel from here on out.

|13.93km from city centerThe cleanliness was subpar. It looked as if it was going to be a nice hotel but it was dirt build up and all the corners. I would say they would benefit more by making sure that they take the time the thorough clean the corners and the surfaces it just felt really grimy but when we checked in it was late at night and I didn't feel up to just go to another hotel. I would say that based on the uncleanliness the hotel definitely wasn't worth $100 a night they never take a look at that reevaluate how they clean. Especially when you were doing a vacation away from home you prefer to living sleeping something that is decent. It has potential I like the pictures and the bedding appear to be clean but it's suspect for sure.

It could use a little updating; but, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great and convenient to spots in and out of the city, the I didn't have any issues with noise or anything else that others have mentioned. The only issue was parking which as others have noted is $6 a night even though (1) it's unusual for a Courtyard that's not in an urban/downtown area to charge for parking and (2) it's unnecessary given how large the parking area is at the hotel. When I checked in, I specifically told the front desk clerk that I was not parking a vehicle, yet the charge still appeared on my final bill. The hotel removed the charge, though there was a little harrumphing about it. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was fine, and it's a bit better than other reviewers have mentioned.

|1.7km from city centerThis is our second stay at this property and that's a great review by itself. This is not a five star hotel and shouldn't be compared to one. It is a property that delivers what is expected. You get a clean room, free parking, a good location, super friendly helpful staff and a fair price. Also a good breakfast. After we checked in we realized that my 4' 11” wife with a hip replacement could really benefit from a small stool or step to help with getting into bed. I called the front desk and Quenton said he would check. Literally within minutes he was knocking on our door with the needed item. We will be back.

The front desk, valets, housekeepers, and other staff are also outstanding. It was nice to be greeted upon my returns. It felt a little like home each time. The rooms are immaculate. The location is nice (there is a mall across the street). It was nice to have a home away from home. Well done , everyone and thank you.

After changing to a three-story room, the indoor air conditioner has a dehumidification function, and the refrigerator is basically no noise, which is quite good. The room is large and feels like a motel. Good location, across the road is EMORY University, there is a bus stop at the door to enter the city. There are many small restaurants walking nearby, which tastes good. The service is very good and responsive. Strongly recommend the aquarium, very good! Big and not many people. A certain treasure online shopping citypass pass, a lot cheaper. Breakfast is bread, milk, yogurt, cereal, coffee, fruit, very simple, no choice.

However, check in was terrible. The man at the desk was frustrated with checking us in. In the middle of checking my dad and I into our separate rooms, he decided to check in three other people. My dad and I looked at each other in disbelief that he would forget we were standing there after a crazy trip there. I had a flat tire and trying to locate somewhere close to get a tire for my car was difficult. The donut that was put on my car was flat also. So, my dad and I was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. So, for this man to check in three other people saying we got on his nerves, was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand the frustration when we had just got there. Maybe he needs a break. I do not know!!!😔

|3km from city centerI stayed here for a week in August 2019 and enjoyed my stay. Rooms have exterior doors to the outside which I prefer since I usually carry a lot of stuff with me when I travel and makes it much easier to unload my car. I got a king bed room and it was very spacious and the bathroom area had a wide counter so plenty of space to put toiletries and such. The shower always had very hot water in the morning. There is a mini-fridge that worked well. The cable TV selection is very good with some movie channels included. The WiFi was very fast at around 50 Mbps and reliable. There is free breakfast in the lobby every morning and you can enjoy your own self-made waffles. Also scrambled eggs and bacon, too. The pool looked clean and refreshing but I didnt have any time to take a dip, and I was surprised on hot days there were no people enjoying it. The front office staff is very helpful. I noticed at night there was no shady people walking around and the cops did patrol the place occasionally.

|1.32km from city centerThe hotel isn’t far from I-20 and is situated on the back side of a mall. There are several restaurants around the mall to have dinner. The hotel looks like it has been updated. The lobby and hallways were clean and sanitizer stations were available by the elevators and lobby. However, staff members were not wearing masks if that is important to you. The staff was friendly. I wasn’t welcomed as a Gold member or any perks explained like free high speed internet like at most hotels. When I asked if there were any upgrades available and they told me that they were out of King rooms and the high floor rooms were booked. The parking lot was pretty empty so I checked the app to see if I could reserve a king room and King rooms and studios were available to be booked so it seemed like they just didn’t want to do an upgrade. My room was clean I thought until i went to shower and found the last occupants wash rag hanging over the shower rod! Yuck! That makes you question how thoroughly the room was cleaned. The shower would only get lukewarm and the bathroom fan didn’t work. We went to get ice and the machine on our floor is unplugged. I expect more from a Marriott brand hotel.

|3.75km from city centerThe onsite manager was very non-chalant concerning my concerns after he was overpaid for the deplorable room. My complaint is that the rooms were dirty with foul odor, no toilet paper on roller; food crumbs/particles on the floor, old worn out furniture, no vent, dirty AC and missing vent cover, no ceiling vent cover, dusty and dirty throughout the room, stain tub with burns on the ceramic coating and stains. I changed rooms, and the other rooms was the same if not worst; and was told by the clerk that there were no other rooms available, when other rooms were visibly available and seem more clean. The charges I incurred for this filty room as as follows: $20.00 - early check in $98.20 - booking via reservations.com $$19.99 - reservations fee *Total: $138.19 At such cost, I could have booked a 5-star hotel oppose to a run down dirty and foul smelling 2-star Knights Inn motel. I paid more than what the room was worth and I'd like a refund on my stay (charged an extra $20.00 for an early check in).

|3.01km from city centerWe were only at this hotel 1 day and had multiple issues with a male member of housekeeping. At 9:00 am the hallway was completely blocked by housekeeping carts. Next the same staff member was in the hallway speaking loudly and playing music. The worst encounter with the same staff member was when he our door and proceeded to barge into our room at 12:07 PM. I had arranged a late checkout with the front desk staff, there was a do not disturb sign on our door and my wife and I were trying to take a nap before a long drive home. I would have given the hotel a 2.5 star rating if that was an option. The room was nice, it was clean and the front desk staff were professional. Another issue was two times in our short stay there was someone smoking week by the front door. Not a great place to bring kids.

|2.95km from city centerUpon arrival we discovered per a sign at the front desk the pool was closed for repairs. It being summer in GA and having 3 kids to entertain, we were dissappointed we couldn't take a refreshing swim to cool off during our downtime. The front desk did call another Hampton Inn 10 minutes down the road to make arrangements for us to use their pool. We never made it there due to bad weather, etc. Also our room smelled musty, there were areas where the carpet was falling apart (a reoccuring them throughout the hotel) and our room door kept sticking. You really had to give it a good push or pull to get it to open. Carpets and floors visibly dirty. On a good note, the beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. We also liked (and took advantage of) the full sized refrigerator in our room. There's a Publix across the street.
