|2.55km from city centerReservation of 3 bedrooms done through a hotel booking site: when travelers of 3rd room arrived, reception could not find the 3rd room and was not very friendly when guests arrived without me (while name of one guest was indicated in the booking). Overall, hotel standards do not meet classification and price; it is decent, but not corresponding to the category and luxury displayed on official pictures (done by a very good photographer and most probably retouched). We booked rooms with seaview and I must admit view was stunning - only issue is that at night there are many powerful public lights in front of the hotel (to allow late beach volley, tennis, walking and caring for safety), while curtains are not wide enough (and in one room, one was even partially torn, while in another room a handle was missing). Bedding was very good and cleaning service as well. Shower is Italian style (which is good), but taps are outdated, water temperature was not always the same, and pipes hardly can swallow shower water. Rooms are confortable, but would also require refreshing decoration. Wardrobe has no door: only option not to expose something is to rent the safe, though it is not very big. Rooftop area is not as beautiful as it looks on official pictures: tinted windows at sea front probably reduce the warmth in the summer, but they definitely reduce the view impact (on top of not being super clean). ”Continental” breakfast is very decent and mostly regional, with quite a large selection of products including bread, sweet (fresh fruits and juices, bread, cereals, jam, regional pastries and yogourts) and salty (croque-monsieur, ham, cheese, mixed eggs, local dishes including sausages and cassava), with some changes from one day to the next. Beware when checking out: they tempt to add some snacks you would have taken from the minibar and request local tax even when you have paid them with your booking. Fortunately, they did not insist when we identified errors.

|1.91km from city centeri stayed here with my family of 5. it was great. the Family rooms have bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 kids. the location of the hotel is beachfront and the breakfast was decent. I really liked the hotel as the room was built for families.. The only negative i could say is that the room has a weird bathroom configuration, where the shower is in a separate room from the toilet. This helped when the kids needed to take showers as they could do this and not be bothered by someone brushing their teeth, but it took some getting used to... overall i would really recommend this place for larger families as the Family suite is very well designed...

Here are a couple items that made this a location i would not recommend: - minimal signage: Having arrived at 7 on a Wednesday it was difficult to determine where to eat and little direction was provided. There was limited signage to know where to go or what time things opened. - Towel exchange at front desk: this must be difficult to manage during the high season and the desk struggled to do this while also tending to other guests. This might be better served out by the pool area. - Tissue squares for the toilet use: I have traveled quite a few countries and understand that restroom offerings vary from place to place, however the incredibly thin single ply individual squares from the dispenser to be used by the toilet did not make for a comfortable experience. I did not see this duplicated at other establishments in the area. - Paper to charge to room: walking around with a paper while hanging out at a pool vacation was difficult. It would be great to see a process where either this paper is a card or it can be linked to your room to assist with charging when ordering by the pool. - Location not ideal: if staying if the vicinity I suggest going closer to Ponte Verde. It is walkable with a bustling array of locations to eat at, however if you are looking for a more calm affair and don’t mind taking a ride share for your meals then you will be fine. - the pool is great: the pool was the best part of the hotel. Well shaded, large enough and well maintained.

A limpeza também muito boa, quarto cheiroso e arrumado. A única sugestão que tenho é que seja colocado suportes para pendurar biquínis pois ficamos em 3 pessoas e não tinha muito espaço para colocar roupas de banhos para secar.

La amabilidad, empatia y buena predisposición de todo el personal es destacable (aline, Layane, Bruno, Fracieli, Leonardo, seguro me olvido más personas) están en cada detalle y para ayudarte en todo momento, desde una guía hacia algún lugar o recomendaciones. El personal del área desayunos siempre te recibe con una sonrisa al comenzar el día (el desayuno completo, jugos, cafés, frutas, panes, proteínas, etc). La habitación muy cómoda (nos tocó 2do piso), a diario se realiza la limpieza completa, orden y reposición de productos de baño, toallas, etc. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y tv. El personal de limpieza super amable. La ubicación del Hotel es fantástica, justo enfrente a 3 minutos a pie de la Playa de Pajucara (en lo personal la más linda, es grande y extensa, limpia a diferencia de las más concurridas como Ponta Verde o Jatiuca, y hay oferta de comidas y bebidas, sombrilla y reposeras por 15-20 reales según el puesto). Se encuentra además a unos 700 mts de feria de artesanos, alrededor del hotel hay gastronomía, bares, farmacias, supermercados, etc, no falta nada. En fin, recomiendo plenamente el Hotel Praia Bonita Jangadeiros, sin dudarlo volvería a alojarme, Los Felicito!!! Además volveria a Maceió, es un paraíso!

Pontos negativos: ficamos no sexto andar, elevador só tem até o quinto andar então tivemos que subir com todas as malas pelas escadas; Muito barulho, visto que o quarto 601 fica em direção a rua e próximo a piscina do hotel, então vc escuta tudo que está acontecendo na área de lazer, sem contar que uma manhã ao sairmos tinha uma garrafa quebrada quase em frente a nossa porta; Tivemos um imprevisto no café da manhã, como a maioria dos hóspedes realizam passeios com horário marcado na parte da manhã e coincidem os horários, não tinha disponível xícaras, copos e nem local para se acomodar para tomar o café da manhã, e demorou para a reposição, tirando isso é razoável e modesto o café da manhã; Toalhas e lençóis amarelados, com aparência de sujo; Recepção do hotel: solicitamos o aquecimento de água na recepção, onde no primeiro dia fomos de imediato atendidos, no outro dia não sendo o mesmo funcionário, abruptamente negou-se aquecer uma térmica de água, então acredito se tiver com criança pequena será um grande problema.

I found the hostel in a Decolar package and I needed it to have a good wifi, besides to take me super well the wifi was very powerful. The service of the hostel is perfect. We were very well treated, all very sympathetic. The last day I was bad and everyone was very kind to me, worried and nice, and cleaning the rooms too, all very clean, I didn't need to worry about leaving money, phone or things in the room. The breakfast is not a five-star hotel coffee, the food is better than the food at home, if you ask, they make tapioca, everything is very tasty, but you don't have many options, it's not something you'll need. I loved Maceió and I would return thousand times to stay in the Aquarela of Brazil.

Well in front of the Artificial Fair of Pajussara, besides being close to various restaurants, bars, supermarket and pharmacy. The rooms are wide and well-organised, and breakfast is left to desire in its variety compared to previous years. I can only quote Luciene, from the restaurant sector, who always received me very well, very carefully and gentle. However, the new official in the tapioca sector does not do so well, and has not the same charisma as Luciene who was in office before the pandemic. Everton of the reception also a great professional, he received us very well, and always very careful to help us. The hotel is excellent, I come every year and the super indico!

|13.99km from city centerWe chose the hotel just now spending the night of arrival before we start our stay in a nearby hotel. We check in at the Supreme Villa on Monday morning (24/10), having been received at 02: 30h. The official who received us indicated our room (but, did not follow us until there), the way to hosting is long, confused and badly illuminadi. When we arrived there, we were surprised by a room without any structure. The bathroom was wet, the bed was without a headboard (unlike the photos of the site) and the air conditioning was not working, and the TV was not even working. The next day we were again surprised by the failure of the Office - we paid much for it. For communication with the reception, the interphone did not work. I asked for a message to call me through the WApp or send someone to the room - and that was not the case. We stayed in suite 2 of the Cockers block - which is super away from the reception, my husband was injured in his neck and so I asked for help to pick up the bags, and I didn't get it. We were told that we could stay up to 14:00 in the room, but at 12:00 the servant passed asking for his disoccupate and the official started the review of the Office. We were starting the honeymoon and it was the worst experience I've ever had with hotels.

The bad quality hygienic paper and vc must be asked at the pq reception do not put in the bathroom. Showers shocking. The breakfast is very weak, no options. If you need to use the microwave you need to ask for the kitchen of the hostel, where cheaps circulate on the top of the breakfast toast boxes. The guests have to leave the car on the street. You have no playroom. You can't relate here all we've seen wrong. We're very disappointed. I'm sorry not to have seen some of the comments here that show the truth before.
