In terms of service, the receptionist is very kind and accomodating and the staff are very friendly. Before check in, you have to pay security department of P1,000 which was given back to us after check out. The room is only small, it's just bed, a small side table, a TV and a mirror. The floor beyond our bed has no tiles so we don't dare stepping there. You have to ask the receptionist for the TV remote because it's not readily available in the room. In terms of freebies, there's no bathroom supplies or free water or heater so manage your expectations. On our first night, the room smells paint so we had a struggle sleeping but this did not happen again in the succeeding nights. Overall, the experience is good for it's price which is very cheap btw. I'm still satisfied with the Hotel Experience.

Absolutely loved my stay here 🧡🩷❤️ the hotel lobby has a very luxurious interior and what really captured me was the arts and design. I also admire the hotel for supporting sustainability 🌳🌿💚 The room size is very ample for solo business travellers/or for solo travellers who wants to splurge for a comfortable stay. The hotel also adapted to a more easy check out by using a self check out kiosk.

The location is very good, just opposite the sm mall. The air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature. It is very cold. There is no hot water for bathing. But because I am just transitioning, the location is the most important. Everything is very convenient. The price is nothing to say.

They were worn-out, stained, and resembled those you might expect from a budget motel like Sogo, rather than a proper hotel. It was unhygienic and very unpleasant to use. Another concern was the lack of clarity regarding the food. We were under the impression that meals were included in the booking, but upon check-in, we were informed otherwise. This caused some inconvenience and would have been avoided with clearer communication in the listing or booking confirmation. Furthermore, parking and some of the elevators were not functioning properly during our stay. This led to longer wait times and difficulty accessing certain floors, especially for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. A major safety issue I noticed was the lack of proper window protection. For rooms on higher floors, there were no safety locks or barriers, which could pose a serious risk, especially for individuals with mental health concerns or young children. This should be urgently addressed to prevent any potential accidents. One of the more frustrating aspects of our stay was the housekeeping schedule. Cleaning services began around 6:00 PM and continued late into the evening. This was disruptive and poorly timed, as most guests are back in their rooms during that period and would prefer privacy and peace. That said, I would like to commend the staff for their courtesy and professionalism. They were accommodating and responsive to our requests. The overall facilities, while basic, were also acceptable for the price. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects of the stay, I believe there are several areas that need immediate attention—particularly in terms of cleanliness, safety, and guest convenience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the overall guest experience in the future.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hop Inn Alabang. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. My only minor issue was with the curtain in the room — it didn’t block out the sunlight very well in the morning. Hoping they consider installing thicker or blackout curtains for improved comfort. Overall, still a solid and convenient place to stay!
