I put my car for valet in a very good condition only to find out when i checked out at 2pm that the battery of my car was drained.iWe were asked to find our own repairman and felt insulted by the manager when she said my car’s fault and they have done everything and couldnt do more. Until honda repair guy came to check and he confirmed that it was the valet staff fault because he left the light on and that cause my battery to go flat. In 2 min my car came back to normal function when honda guy start it up by doing series of battery.
After 4 hours of waiting to resolve we had to persuade them to shoulder the expense of paying the honda guy since it was their fault . They didnt even offer us water, food or atleast treat us well. It was a hassle! My plan for that night was ruined because of it and i cant turn back the time wasted . We Were disappointed of how they treated us . Im quite a regular customer of grandhyatt in different countries but this event really scarred me as the treatment they gave us is not a good memory to remwmber. I thought grand hyatt manila cant compare to the same services other grand hyatt hotels offer. If i stay next time? Im not sure .
