Right from front desk to housekeeping, everyone is highly attentive, polite and eager to help. We needed a mini fridge in our room (to store temp-controlled medicines, and it was promptly arranged for. Special shoutout to mohit from the restaurant, who took complete care of our meals throughout the entire stay. The food is tasty, fresh and in good quantities. Now for the bad part: the property has no view. We had booked standard rooms, which were tiny and in dilapidated condition. The windows faced the open restaurant area, so we couldn't open the windows at all. There was hardly any furniture in the room, the cupboards didn't close, and the tv and cable unit were precariously hanging from the wall. The walls had dampness. The rooms were so tiny that you open the room and directly jump onto the bed. Overall, do not expect anything in room or view experience from this place. This is a pet-friendly property. If you just need a quite place for a night, it might work for you. Room photos on the property page are kind of misleading (probably clicked when the property was new/freshly painted)

Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood hotel rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions well

The staff of the hotel are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, mr. Prasad, kritesh see & pad-ma from front desk, mr. Hemchandra kandpal from restaurant are doing outstanding job under the good mentorship of very professional mr. Raju wars e & mr. Amol. At last i want to give some suggestions for further improvement, based on my long experience of hotel stays. There should be a mini fridge in the rooms for keeping medicines, cold water etc. Food potions should be customizable for single occupant to avoid wastage of food and money. Overall my experience of staying in hotel was superb. I will give it 5 out 5. Ashok jugran

We should not expect such a service from hotel will not prefer to stay again here, for early check-in also they charged me half day price. Not recommended at all.
