Good and convenient location of a major intersection so you get some peace and quiet. The bed isn’t that comfortable though. The towels had a unusual smell throughout my stay even when they were changed. Everything else about the room is fine. I would stay there again but not for a long stay due to bed issue.

BTSもMRTも両方使えどちらも駅から5分以内です。ロビンソンデパートやターミナル21も近いです。道路を挟んでコンビニもありますので立地は最高です。玄関を入るとバーカウンターがあり、常時ここでドリンクのサービスがあります。その奥にレセプションがあります。部屋は広く、別途の幅も広いです。室内の冷蔵庫はの飲み物はサービスです。お風呂が変わっていてお湯が天井から手出来ます。浴槽にお湯がたまっても床に流れない工夫がしてあるのでのんびり疲れます。ただシャワーが固定式なのがマイナスです。あとトイレのガラスの引き戸がガラスなのでちょっと気恥ずかしいかな。あとこれだけの設備なのでウオッシュレットではなく、タイ式のシャワーでした。朝食はオーダー式です。選択の品数にデザートが含まれているので、これは別にしてほしいです。特機すべきはチェックインが午前8時からでチェックアウトが午後4時です。朝食は午後2時まで可なので、多少は宿泊費が高いとおもっても、イトチェックイン、レイト高久はありません。チェックアウト込みと思えば高いとは思いません。館内は、オリエンタル雰囲気満載で比較的地味な、夫婦で静かにのんびりできるホテルです。そういう意味でタイトルにもあるように子供ずれには向かないと思います。大人の夫婦向けのホテルです。

PROS: What an excellent hotel! It is modern, with new amenities, in a great location. It was a small room (Recharge) but perfect for me. It is not your traditional hotel, i.e. with a large hotel lobby and restaurant, etc, but it serves it's purpose, it is a CLEAN COMFORTABLE SAFE place to lay your head. Everything worked well - great shower (with seemingly endless hot water), excellent air conditioning (that you control), a giant TV, strong wi-fi, a super comfortable bed, and a solid door with a key card, deadbolt, and peephole. PLUS they even include basic toiletry articles and complementary water bottles, which was completely unexpected. There is 24hr coffee, tea, and snacks. The location is down a relatively quiet soi (street) right off of Sukhumvit, and just a short walk from the BTS Asok stop (you can take the train straight from the airport to the hotel). Other close attractions are the Terminal 21 mall and Soi Cowboy, and Nana Plaza is a comfortable walk away. Plenty of delicious street food, restaurants, and bars abound nearby! And as an added bonus there is a 24hr 7-11 less than a block away. It is now my GO-TO hotel in Bangkok. CONS: I was unfortunately initially greeted by a rude reception clerk (other staff were nice). If you plan on staying for an extended period of time the size of the room may present a problem. Likewise, if more than one person, the room can be pretty tight (there is no sitting area, such as a couch or table and chair - there is only the bed and a small desk right next to it). The shower uses refillable dispensers for the soap and shampoo, and while this may be more cost effective for the hotel, I believe it is less hygienic and allows for tampering. And while not an issue for me, the fridge is tiny (it is wall mounted and can only accommodate a handful of slender items). Finally, while I had the RECHARGE room (with a window), be warned that I believe the SNOOZE room has no window.

This hotel was recommended to us from a friend in Hong Kong whom recently stayed with a group of friends, with very positive comments. So we come with expectations. End up our experience is well exceeding expectations. Room size can't say spacious but reasonable. Service from staff team (Woody at reception, Rose at cafe, housekeeper lady), all are very friendly & professional. The hotel shall be proud to have them. Keep up the good work, shall come back again.

Stayed at Park Plaza Sukhumvit towards the end of November with some friends for a golf tour reunion. I can't recommend this place enough, great location, clean and spacious rooms and helpful attentive staff. The highlight for me though was the food, the room service was tasty and well prepared, but the breakfast, absolutely amazing, great variety, fresh and importantly hot food, it really satisfies all tastes. Can't wait to stay here again.

Within 5 minutes walk from Asok station on BTS. There is no escalator from the station to the sidewalk, but the person in the suitcase is also relieved because there is an elevator. There is no convenience store between the station and the hotel. For this reason, there is a vending machine for soft drinks and snacks on the lobby floor of the hotel. There are 2 washing machines, 1 dryer, and 10 baht coins are available for 40 baht once. The room is large and beautiful. There is a relatively large refrigerator, electric pot, desk, closet, safe. There is no toothbrush or shampoo, rinse, body soap. The shower will be acceptable. It was good to have a window and be able to see outside. There is no pool. The staff was also kind and polite and comfortable to check in.

We normally traveling in Bangkok and explore the business quite often a year, and hotels have been selected by myself. All of these are along the main river bank say, Anantara, Shangri-la and sometime in Peninsula but this time, I and my wife decided to stay around the town or maybe sukhumvit road. We found the coach hotel accidentally and we met the manager , kris on the road while we are searching some places and saw on the map, yes! We lost the way. He approached to us with offer an assistance immediately so everything went well then. On another day we decided to book his hotel without doubt and the hotel itself is super clean and too new but staffs themself are really well-trained like 5 stars hotels we stayed before. Of course we met kris again and told him that we are here because his super nice on that day. He and his staffs beyond us the expectation while we stayed here 3 nights, they always greet, say sawassdee kha all the time and offer any help with great knowledge of the local attractions, this is too amazing because they have no concierge here but all of them replace it well. Swimming pool are cute and functional. Bar underground is new born in town and superb entertain show. Totally is speechless, a real hidden new gem along the sukhumvit road indeed. We appreciated so much and the coach will be one of our list beside our fav 5 stars hotels. We will come back in October again.

Good room, air conditioning, fridge, air cleaner, very narrow scale, lack of TV and lift, so bringing the bags to hand up to 5 floor made me a buffaloid Veneto, The room costs not breakfast, it costs a little high for Bangkok standards but not for those in the area where it is located. Air conditioning fired on the bed, so you have to sleep covered by a mountain-like plump. Reception open from 10:00 to 19:00, to enter/exit using magnetic card, they do not deposit baggage.

Total it’s three families with 12 of us including kids, we had a wonderful time here, the staff is ultra friendly and supportive, they even help us cuts fruits as we try to get the kids to had a balance diet. Hotel is clean & located near to Asoke station. Just stone throw away from Terminal 21 shopping Center. Quiet & safe area as the hotel is located at affluent neighbourhood, so basically there’s guard around the villa nearby, even we all walks back from out 7-11 night snacks, we all feel safe & secure. Before we check out, the kids already asking when we be back again. Yup.. 👍 we be back. Tq Bangkok & Tq Red Planet.

I was really surprised about this hotel 🤩nothing accepted when I was booking , but …. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this hotel. Everything is clean and tidy, looks like the hotel is new , or open less than a one year. Next to hotel is 7/11 and the laundry is opposite. The room is spacious with a lot of necessary things, such as a wardrobe, hangers, safe, kettle, refrigerator. Very convenient for me a metro station , it’s just a 3-5 minutes by walking from the hotel. Will definitely come again for the next time.

Booked this place for my sister because it’s near my apartment, It could easily fit in 3 ppl in the room but felt that the service was a bit meh and thinking it might be because we were only staying one night. They gave us only one key for 2 ppl and when we tried to access the room at first, we realized they didn’t even unlock the key for us so we had to make another trip to the reception just to unlock the key. The bathroom had little to no amenities and it didn’t looked very clean for a newly built hotel, we didn’t have complimentary drinks like mentioned or if it was self served, no one told us about it. There were no slippers in the bedroom. It’s definitely pricey for the location but service and amenities are not up to par.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

The bed is not too soft not too hard, and i booked a room with window so it's perfect (not for the view though) just feeling better when you have window in a room. i stayed there for 4 night and my gf did a online purchase, the security can help you to pick up your package! The overall location is fantastic and just a 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 and the MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asok stations. The suits are massive with a lot of space, and full of all normal household amenities including a washing machine with a dryer, and an iron + ironing board. The kitchen is usable too, and the bathroom is nice and big. The WIFI connection was poor though, and the internet would randomly drop, especially at night. It was quite unstable. The carpet in the hallway and the bedroom looked unclean and should probably be removed because it’s obvious it is not maintained. I was lucky to get a corner room with all windows facing outside. In other rooms, however, the windows faced the hallway, and I could sometimes see other guests in their rooms with the curtains open. It’s a rather unfortunate layout and I personally wouldn’t want to stay in such rooms.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

The three people stayed in a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. The room was clean and hygienic. Convenient transit, 15 minutes walk to the airport. I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. They are all in the village next to the airport, and it is very convenient to eat.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. There's an elevator and it's very convenient to go upstairs with luggage. The smell of herbal tea in the elevator is very nostalgic and the air conditioner is very strong. Downstairs is 711. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. Although the night guard brother can’t speak English, there are twists and turns, but I can feel their enthusiasm. I really like the staff here Most importantly the store is super clean! ! ! ! I don't think my home is so spotless, this location, this environment, this price! So worth it! It may be that the boss didn’t spend much energy on online promotion, knowing that there are not many people in this hotel, but I really think it is a good choice, so I wrote such a long review to thank you for your care. This hotel is like a building There are a lot of apartment rooms and staff! In the end, if I have to say something wrong, my room has a balcony, but the view is not good, and the room size is not big, but the layout is reasonable. If I still go to Bangkok, I will consider staying here^•^

My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

The Avana has been around for a long time and looks 'very tired'. The staff try to grab as much money form you as possible (probably a result of no business during previous Covid lockdowns). Although we had booked extra beds for our grandchildren these were not provided and the staff tried their best to solicit as much money from us as possible for this 'extra privilege'. Pool towels were not available and were told they could give us that at an extra charge. I have stayed at Avana a few times because of its convenient location near the airport expressway and Bangna Centre. But it is getting very old and the staff are definitely turning me off now.

Check in is slow & took ＞10min staff was quite apologetic to collect THB2000 deposit as security. Overall the room is ok. Clean and spacious. There is no shower door so the floors pimply get wet after a shower. Sound-proofing is poor as you can hear the traffic noise (my room facing the main road). Do not need to set alarm as you can hear the traffic in the morning. Breakfast is excellent and staff are very friendly. Walking distance to the nearest BTS -10 mins. Overall a satisfactory stay 6/10.

I had a wonderful stay here with everything going well. The bed was comfortable, spotless and clean room, etc . This hotel is perfect for exploring the Thong lo area and still close enough to the BTS station. The other tip is that if you’re ordering a car, it works better if you set the destination to the Nikko hotel which is just facing the hotel. For some reason the grab app keeps routing the taxi and even food delivery to the back route of the hotel which is not open.
