Highly, highly recommended. It's very convenient for catching shows. The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and the room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The minibar area came equipped with a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, and the fridge was well-stocked with drinks and alcohol. The bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub, and the facilities were superb. All toiletries were from Byredo, and the shampoo and conditioner were particularly good. The room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the beautiful River Thames. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, day or night, and perfect for photos. The hotel offers express check-out. The £100 deposit taken at check-in will be refunded to your card after any room charges have been deducted.

We had a concert at the O2 and so booked due to its location. Unfortunately it is a good 20 minutes walk from Canary Wharf tube and you can’t get a straightforward train/tube to the O2, it involves DLR and tube. We ended up ordering an uber. Hotel room was lovely, bathroom are extremely spacious. Beds were very comfy. Although there was air conditioning the system kept on just turning itself up to 22 and in some cases 24! Made the room really hot and so we had to turn it off. Steam room was broken, didn’t use any of the other facilities. Nice to have a free bottle of water and there were things like nail files, makeup wipes etc, as well as the normal shower gel and shampoo.

The listing advertises a reception desk. There isn’t one. Instead a phone number you have to call to arrange checkin. While in itself this is ok- I tried calling this number for two days to organise checkin and it kept going to voicemail which left me worried that on the day when I actually needed to check in I was going to be able to. In the end it all turned out ok but bit a great service and could have been avoided

For the cleaning of the room you have to notify every morning if you stay more than one day; the room is large with a view of the Thames, but the upholstery of the chair is worn and unpleasantly stained; the staff is very helpful and kind; the breakfast good and varied. Nice and quiet area, close to the train station, Tesco Express across the main road. Breakfast is lovely great varieties. Room is a bit small but manageable, had kettle and small fridge beside the wardrobe which was great. Air conditioning and table fan in the room. The shower itself is small with a sliding door, you really have to slide yourself in to shower. The warm cookies you get from reception at the time of check in is great. Had to pay £50 deposit on arrival which i got back after 3 working days.

I stayed at the Premier Inn Greenwich for two nights, though unfortunately, I was unwell for the entire duration and didn’t get a chance to explore or travel around. I spent my time in the hotel room resting and sleeping. The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet – perfect for someone needing rest. The bed was supportive, the room was clean, and the environment was peaceful, which made it easier to recover. I didn’t interact much with the staff due to my condition, but check-in was smooth and everything I needed was already in the room. One thing to note is that the hotel is quite far from central London. To get around, you'd typically need to rely on the DLR (Docklands Light Railway), which is convenient but does add some travel time compared to staying more centrally. While this wasn’t an issue for me personally on this trip, it’s something worth considering for future stays. Overall, while I can’t speak much to the sightseeing or amenities, the hotel provided a calm and restful environment when I needed it most.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable beds, the shower and bathroom is very nice. Me and my wife had a lovely time staying for one night. Much nicer than the Travel Lodge. For us the hotel was quite good. We were there 3 nights. Greenwich station is less than 2 minutes away and takes you to the centre. Overall the hotel was clean. The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast does not offer a large selection. I was missing more vegetables and more cold cuts like cheese or similar. My son was happy with the pancakes. When an adult pays for breakfast, a child eats free ( £8.99 ). The area wasn't so special now. 10 min walk and you will arrive at Cutty Sark. Unfortunately everything was completely closed on Christmas Day, including public transport. That's why we only went for a walk near the hotel that day. The rooms aren't that big, but you only sleep in them and don't stay in them for too long. Unfortunately, the pillows were too hard for us. We are stomach sleepers and our heads were too high. We didn't feel comfortable without it, so we slept with it and this led to back pain. But that's complaining on a high level, because everyone likes pillows, blankets and mattresses differently and in their own way. There are supermarkets nearby. We always go to the Tesco which is 10 minutes away and bought water and snacks for the evening. We would book the hotel again, in contrast to other hotels, it was inexpensive and yet clean and safe.

Great experience staying at this place, easy, smooth and fuss free. The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the train and DLR stations and a short stroll to the vibrant Greenwich with all its attractions. We particularly appreciated the little kitchenette as we cook all our own meals. The bathroom was nice, spacious and warm. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and would stay here again. Great value compared to what's available in London.

We were gifted this night away by our daughter as we were off to the 02. The location is ok but it's a half hour walk. (ignore Google Maps, it will take you around the back of the 02). We are regular customers of Premier Inn & I must say, for the price, our room, disappointing. It was small & had seen better days decor wise. It was also very brown! The bed was very comfortable (a little hard for husband's liking, but I loved it). The shower room was excellent although the loo seat was a little off centre. Brilliant shower & nice touches with the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash. We asked for a couple of things from reception (sugar and instructions for the safe but they did not materialise). We had chips with blue cheese sauce in the restaurant and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Recommended. Check in and check out was easy. Parking spaces are designed for normal cars and with so many SUVs, the ability to find a space was halved. We parked further down the street, no charge.

A great place with plenty of space. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave. It was also very clean. However, the curtains were not blackout at all, and both had some issues, making it even harder to block out light. It was very easy to be woken up by the sunlight in the morning. But other than that, this place was really nice!
