      We were stay in the hotel for one night since we saw many review on location and room. First, when we entrance to the hotel the location very stunning and outstanding. Room was very nice big, comfortable bed and clean. However, staff is one of big thing that make our stay unpleasant. Briefly, in the morning before we check out we are planning to have a outdoor sit for breakfast since the weather is nice and cozy. Once we enter restaurant and we found table outdoor but, the table didn’t clear yet we have asked one of the staff to clear the table for us. What he reply to us is “ตอนนี้พนักงานไม่เพียงพอที่จะเคลียร์นะครับ ไปนั่งด้านในได้มั๊ย เพราะเราไม่มี ชุดอุปกรณ์ที่ set up” He speak with unfriendly tone of voice seems like we disturb him or what! When after we decided to sit somewhere else. Lady trainee was clearing that table with full set up. I come back to ask her can I sit this table she said yes. Trainee is full of service mind. I understand breakfast is quite busy during rush hour and long holiday however, the reason of short of manning is unacceptable especially in Five star hotel. Please consider to provide them more training and service foundation skill Regards,

      My trip ended since September 2021, at that time when i checked out of the hotel, i thought i would give them 1 star, or even 0 star if having, but i was convinced myself of being calm to go back later for unbiased reviews, and until today it's a pity to say that I can't still give them more than 2 stars after everything we had experienced in Toscana Hotel La Casetta. At the beginning I discussed so clearly with the booking staff that my husband and I wanted to book their room for 2 weeks for our anniversary vacation. They offered me a cheaper room under 50 square meters but I refused. I chose the ” nicer and larger ”, accepted to pay more with hope we would have a great trip. I sent some pictures of the room and they 100% confirmed that we would be accommodated in that kind of room. But finally, in reality we wouldn't. The very first night when we checked in, I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to unpack my stuffs because the room was different from what we saw in the photos. They claimed this room type was for 4 people but really for 2 of us it was not enough, 1 wardrobe was so old and small, my husband had to put his clothes on the extra bed. There was only 1 sink which was so small and dirty while in the picture it should be 2 separate sinks. Toilet, shower very old and extremely dirty. The mezzanine of the room was lack of sofa, completely not the same which what we wanted to book and pay for. We arrived at the hotel when their restaurant was closed, there was no microwave in the room and the surroundings were quiet. We were forced to eat cold food that we brought with and that night I had a stomach ache because of that. The next day I had to call the manager asking him to take us to the correct room that we booked, they cooperated, and it turned out to be an even worse room with a very bad air conditioner, noisy like a plow, I think I've read a few comments here from another guests about the noise of the AC also. They even knew that and arranged a fan just in case, but sorry we didnt spend money to use the fan, right? After discussing again, my husband said we couldnt get the money back anyway, then try to stay and make the room better. We decided to ” help them to help us ”, clean and rearrange the room with the aim of trying to enjoy our vacation together. We went to the supermarket to buy dishes, cutlery, napkins, garbage bags... Honestly I was not satisfied at all but tried to bear it. A few days later, I called their restaurant to order room service. I asked for pad Thai, and extra onion. It was so stupid that the restaurant staff who spoke English pretty well didn't understand what oinion was, she told me ” im sorry Madam i dont know what onion meant ”. I got angry and canceled the order. The last time was at noon when I had an urgent matter to contact the reception, I called the front desk 8 times, called the manager's number 3 times, both by the phone installed in the room and by the mobile phone, calling them contin

Each room is a single-family villa, with a big bed as soon as you enter the door. The room is very large, with a large open room, behind it is a dressing table and an operating table, and the toilet is also very large, but the facilities are relatively simple. I like the big grass of the hotel. There is also a container house in front of it. It has a sense of design.       Location was a little far from everywhere, but the staffs all are friendly and really nice. Breakfast it was worse than I expected not really much food to pick and the place for eating was too small so they made the outdoor table but it was too hot. And this is the thing that I would like to say is the pool is really diry many dust are inside it maybe because I came here in the first day that they are open after Covid19 epidemic but I was thinking that they should prepare it well before reopen. Now lets come to the room it was nice for the view but big problem about wifi for a business person it was too slow and the toilet was open door that you can small and hear everything when you defecate. Jacuzzi was in the middle of the room it’s nice but when you put all water in you will find a lot of dust too! Sorry but to be honest in the name of DUSIT they could make it better. Thanks

      ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve stayed in several other resorts in Khao Yai and Nhapha is our absolute favorite. I write reviews based upon several key factors of my experience. First key factor is the presentation and layout of the Resort Venue. Arriving and seeing the private artsy design blended with a perfect balance of luxury and nature of this location is very appealing. The setting is very clean and well kept with excellent staging for photos and escaping reality. The quality of the location, rooms and villas is of top quality as well. A lot of items and design I noticed were quality products. Architecture at its best! The bedding is a bit stiff but with the pillow top it provided a good nights rest. The bathroom and shower are set in natural quarry stone and have a unique style that is comfortable and relaxing. The lobby restaurant is a bit small but they provide many options. dining pool side was our favorite memory with breathtaking sunsets, soft music playing and total relaxation. NHAPHA has a wide selection of authentic dishes with delicious flavor. This was a full board booking which included Breakfast, Lunch and dinner and I must say every dish was simply amazing with presentation, selection and flavor. Hats off to the chef The staff were outstanding and always made us feel welcome. The owner treats you like family and you can feel how she really cares about the customer. She’s the nicest lady. Overall I think the pricing is very well balanced for what you receive and I highly recommend Nhapha to anyone looking for a peaceful stay while visiting Khao Yai. A Must Try!!! ❤️

      Suitable to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, stay here quietly to climb the mountain, read books (there is a great library), and there is also a children's activity room (the activities seem to need to be reserved in advance?) Climb halfway down the mountain from the hotel The viewpoint on the mountainside is beautiful. The hotel rooms are also very large and decorated quite artistically. I also specially left a greeting card for us to congratulate the Chinese New Year in the room, very hard and a little excited. There are not many varieties of buffet breakfast, but there are basically everything that should be available. Lunch and dinner need to be booked in advance (no self-driving children's shoes are recommended to consider)

      This hotel is made up of small “villas” located within a village so you will be able to see villagers and locals in close proximity. The property has a beautiful garden with wedding ballroom and stage, villas built in a circle surrounding the wedding garden, and I would imagine this could be quite romantic. The rooms however could do with some repairs and upgrading as there were broken wooden stairs and uneven steps etc. The bed came with mosquito net and each room had mosquito spray provided. Room slippers, shower gel and shampoo (from wall dispenser) were provided. The wardrobe was a miserable space above the fridge and tucked in a corner. The shelve to put your own toiletries was small and flimsy. The cafe served good food and was value for money and staff were friendly though speaking and understanding English was a problem. This is a property set in a village and would be suitable for those who like a rustic and no frills experience.

      I booked 3 adjacent rooms for our family vacation in Khao Yai. There were other guests but the place was so vast we feel as we had it to ourselves. Rooms were clean, though a little aged. Service was impeccable. Breakfast was good and though in the time of our, visit it was not buffet, but there were a mini buffet of breads and cereal and you can order as much of the hot breakfast menu as you want. There were free to use bicycles, which we enjoyed using as we explored. Roses and other flowers were abundant in the property, it will make you feel so relaxed. Location wise, it is far from the city and other places and it is where you go to truly relax. In our case it wasn’t a big problem as we hired a van while in Khao Yai (which I recommend, cause it is hard to take taxis there). I truly loved this place. I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves. Highly recommended, specially considering the price point of the rooms, 100% will return. ❤️

Which is late and the clinic probably closed Try to ask the receptionist where there is a toothpaste for sale because of the pain until insomnia. The staff said no, it's closed. Try to ask for a painkiller to staff. The staff asked if there was a common disease. If there is a permission, I don't want to give it, I'm afraid it will be dangerous. We said no.
