The hotel was nice however I did have some problem with noise which was not really addressed I did it myself. There was a dog barking in the room above me which went on for 2.5 hours. The night desk person did the bare minimum to see what the matter was. Whether someone was hurt or just being selfish by awakening two floors of people. She wouldn't have known because all she did was make a phone call. Now as for the room, it was very nice and clean however housekeeping didn't do anything much. My bed was made, and my recyclables removed and towels. Although my bathroom was or the other room were not dirty, I know there wasn't any cleaning because I saw the same spots (bathroom) that were there before I left the room. I was there for 7 days. I know there is less cleaning due to Covid but once in 7 days? Now I arrived on a Saturday. Wednesday, my housekeeping person apparently made entry and made my bed. She knocks on the door on Thursday She saw I was in the room. I said I'm leaving soon. I left ten minutes later, and she saw me because she was next to my room lol. I came back hours later and nothing was done. So, what was the purpose of knocking in the first place. Now I know this review sound very negative. The place is really nice and roomy they just need to tighten up on staff a bit

Convenient location ... Some nice restaurants near and a Starbucks. Quietly Hidden among trees so good walking for doggie ... pet friendly hotel. Affordable pricing . I actually slept good, love the firmness of their pillows. Breakfast time is great ....stops at 10a.m. perfect for late risers. You can take it to your room. If for later a microwave and fridge in room .

I stay here while I was in town for a wedding. Nick at the front desk is extremely friendly and accommodating. Chad was extremely helpful too! The hotel wowed me as soon as I walked in. I did everything through mobile so I missed out on the happy hour special they were running. Once Gina at the bar explained it to us and we spoke to Nick & his manager they were able to give us the card we needed for happy hour. Overall it was a great experience that I had there. As a travel agent, I definitely will recommend it to my clients and will stay there again myself.

Good location. Staffs are friendly, clean rooms. 24 hours coffee, easy checkin. We love the outdoor pool. Waffles 🧇 in the breakfast are great. From housekeepers to the front desk they are all very welcoming. We will come back again with friends maybe for 2 days

I don't know if it is because the first floor, or Florida is too humid, anyway, there is a musty smell when entering the door. The room is quite big and the facilities are a bit old. The front desk is a bit indifferent compared to other hotels. Breakfast is similar, classic American. Stayed for two nights and slept the worst since coming to the United States. It's not noisy around, but the room doesn't feel very comfortable. There is a swimming pool, I haven't used it. I don't know how the score came from.

Last week I was booking a room in Brandon Fla. I mistakenly booked for the the 6th when my arrival was the 5th. When I arrived at the hotel on the 5th I was greeted with friendliness and smiles by the two front desk employees. I told them my name and that I had a reservation. They found it but for the next night. I told them I screwed up. Diana ,one of the two front desk employees took over and offered to assist me. She was amazing friendly and patient as I explained my mistake. It was Strawberry Festival time and available hotel rooms were hard to find. She explained that the night I booked was less because it was not as high demand as the night I showed up. She did find a room luckily and was able to get the price close to what I was going to pay. She also was able to cancel my reservation for the next night even though it was past the cancelation time. She really saved the day and did it with a smile, understanding and compassion. I really appreciated how she handle my situation.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Excellent staff; everyone was very pleasant and professional. Had a problem with our room lock so had to move to another room. Toilets are way too low (unless you are very short). Why would a hotel renovate and not update to high toilets? Water pressure was low. Nice feature was the shampoo, conditioner & gel attached to wall. No maid service unless requested ( did not realize this as not told when checked in) only a sign posted. Room very clean and updated. Free breakfast good but ran out of bacon both days that we ate there. Parking fine and always managed to find a space.
