The picture is the picture in the official website. The hotel has only eight rooms in total and the elevator can only accommodate two people. My breakfast is not included, so the breakfast is not clear. There are large closets, desks, chairs, single looking sofas, shelves, bedside tables, refrigerators. No slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste. Other washes have. Someone will clean the room every day.

I really can't fault Camplus. Actually there were two minor faults: the shower cubicle was a little small and it had a runner missing from the top of the shower door so care was required when opening and closing; and the freezer compartment drawer of the mini-bar was broken so that it iced over. Our room was under the eaves on the third floor and it was very well proportioned, clean, modern and with a good wifi signal. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful; the complimentary breakfast was much better than adequate, held in a clean, communal area that gave the impression that due to the clientele the hotel was a no-longer youth hostel. The property could not be better situated - not only was it two minutes walk to Palermo Palazzo Reale station, with a direct 47 minute link to the airport and no need to travel via Palermo Centrale, it just happens to be opposite the Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, a UNESCO world heritage site (an important, stunning Arab-Norman building set in peaceful grounds), and also two minutes away from a very nice restaurant, Villa San Giovanni degli Eremiti, serving excellent, great value typical Sicilian fare

1, the location is very good, out of the train station 50 meters (when the error station is going to go around, go 200 meters more), the bottom is a large mobile phone shop, the hotel is in the building where the mobile phone shop. Opposite the building is the airport bus stop, which is 100 meters away. The bus is standing in the train station. 2, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, and the night is quiet. However, the owner of the house lives next door, and the children are occasionally a little noisy when they are at home. 3, breakfast is very simple, is bread yogurt and orange juice. 4, the waiter and small boss Alfonso is very enthusiastic 6. There is a Turkish Kabbah store downstairs, which was opened by Moroccans. There are many restaurants and small shops nearby. 7. Going down the stairs for 100 meters is the main street and commercial street VIA ROMA in Palermo. The hotel is not far from the Teatro Massimo and the main church. Cost-effective, worth living.

I spent my birthday weekend in the gorgeous Deluxe Junior suite! Communication prior and during the stay was amazing, Davide and Francesco were great hosts! This is not a hotel or B&B in a traditional sense, most things are managed remotely and hosts give you a lot of privacy! The room was excellent, free bottle of Prosecco upon arrival! My favourite thing was the bed! SUPER COMFY! The shower and hot tub were incredible, especially after a long day of exploring the city! Be mindful of the water levels and side pumps, if over-flowing, the water will spill onto the floor and set off the flood alarm system!!! Lesson learned lol. Breakfast was average but worth it for the price of the suite! The area is so close to the main train station, all attractions are within 15min walk, the area might be questionable for some but I liked the vibe - filled with working-class locals :) I even received a gift as I checked out! Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation!

For the hotel set by cruise ship, the location is just opposite the pier, and there is also its own free parking lot, which is super convenient. The room is a budget hotel, which is quite satisfactory. The most unexpected thing was the hotel's breakfast, which was hearty, and overlooked the harbour. It's not far from the scenic area, if you can, you can walk along the beach to Sijiaochang and the Royal Palace. We walked slowly for about 45 minutes. Overall very satisfied.

Because it is the last stop of the journey, and considering the hotel chain, our vigilance is reduced. When I went to breakfast, I didn't lock the suitcase. When I returned to China, I found that one thousand yuan in the suitcase was gone. I suspect it was stolen in this hotel, because there are lock boxes in other places, and staying here. The RMB in front of the hotel has always been there. I have seen the experience of other people before I traveled. I know that Italy has such a theft incident. I didn’t expect it to happen to myself. I can only blame myself for being too big.

Location : In Central Palermo close to the shopping area Reception : now they miss a star for not helping me bring my luggage into the hotel which is up some stairs . Reception and check in : can be slow but straight forward , I can't speak Italian but was made to feel welcome Hotel rooms : lovely and classical , I stayed in a double room and a classical room.... I would recommend anyone to stay in the double room as the single is too small . Now the WiFi was great in the double room but hit and miss in the single . The double room was on the same floor as the reception ( ask for a room on this floor) whilst the single was on the first floor . Breakfast - great with plenty of choices including eggs cooked any way you want fresh cappuccino delivered to your table on demand as well as great expresso. Hotel services - the hotel has a health centre where massages are available - this is easily booked through the reception. THE BAR - this is where the hotel excels Most of the staff in the hotel work in multiple roles both serving breakfast and helping in the bar. But the bar staff are absolutely awesome Here goes : Ferdinando Buccheri - Cocktail legend simply amazing ... I've had great drinks around the world but this Bartender is awesome... he loves his job and delivers with passion Bovi Davide - Also a great Bartender whose warmth and welcome makes him an ambassador for this hotel Alyce Coletti - always makes an effort to make you feel at home in the hotel, both at breakfast and in the bar Federyka Gambino - another great member of the hotel team , always warm and helpful. The above staff all got together to take a picture with me on my last day which really touched my heart. Ladies and Gentleman you are amazing and I will definitely miss you all. I will definitely stay at this hotel again due to the amazing staff

The hotel is lovely, we spent 14 nights at the hotel and can honestly say all the staff are kind friendly and most helpful, all talked our language as well as a variety of others. They were just kind polite and most of all welcoming. The hotel was okay with the only massive downside was the main road but wouldn’t be an issue with a sea view, but nether the less the people here make up for that. Would recommend for most people. 10/10 on friendliness 10/10 cleanliness.

I was in this small bb in February with my companion. The hotel is really nice, the perfect cleaning, the cost in line with our needs. There was no great variety of breakfast, which was not particularly disturbing, as I went on holiday more than anything to see the beauty of the land; the thing I appreciated above all was in any way the position. Perfect to see all the attractions of the Sicilian chief at foot.

Good location - though the street/alley on which the hotel is located is a bit off-putting. Comfortable room, OK AC. Not noise-proofed from the street which means you get an early wake-up call. Friendly staff - especially the restaurant staff Nice rooftop restaurant - we ate there the night we arrived. It was very good. (thereafter we ate at Cagliostro -highly recommended) Good breakfast - though the coffee is not up to the standard of the food. One niggle: When I paid the bill the night before we left, the hotel's machine would not process my card. Luckily, I only had the dinner and city tax to pay, so I had enough cash to cover it and to pay the taxi to the airport in the morning. My card had worked fine at Cagliostro restaurant about 15 minutes earlier and worked fine at the airport.

The location of the hotel is not bad, if you don't have much luggage, you can walk from the train station. You can also walk to the main attractions. Palermo’s attractions are open, including churches. For self-driving, the front entrance of the hotel is very concealed. In a small alley, it is still a one-way street. A police car squats on the other side all day. If you follow the navigation, you will be led to the square behind. You must make a big circle before you can drive in. . If you leave the hotel and go to the airport to take the Taxi, the hotel asks a taxi for 35 Euros, which is much cheaper than the meter. Breakfast and facilities are really average, so you can live. There are electric kettles and slippers, which are not bad for Chinese tourists. There is a big Carrefour nearby, it is very convenient to buy fruits and so on.

We had a great stay in this hotel which represented excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and well equipped, the staff were always helpful, polite and courteous. The location was great as it was easy to walk into the historic centre, yet on a quiet enough street that there was not major noise to keep us awake. I was a little disappointed to not have a window in my room (despite a specific request for one at booking). However, the reception staff were immediately apologetic and changed my room to one with a balcony onto the street. In all we booked 4 separate rooms and left as 4 highly satisfied customers. An excellent hotel.

Last minute decision to go away for The New Year. Hotel Posta was the perfect choice as we were we felt safe from all the Pandemic worries. Hotel Posta is a family owned and run hotel where you get personal, professional attention with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we had a lovely, spacious room. Very good breakfast with a great choice of Sicilian pastries, very good Cappuccino!! We were given precise, detailed advice on where to eat, shop and visit historical attractions. So central! The hotel is in the heart of all the main attractions! Literally a few minutes walk to any place we decided to visit! Will definitely return!

We arrived at 1:30pm but weren’t able to check in until 3pm, we wandered around the city before getting back in a hot and sweaty state only to find that the central air conditioning did not cool the room and the room stank like a sewer. The gentleman at the reception said they were full so they couldn’t move us. Luckily our noses grew accustomed to the stench but our moods did not improve when we discovered that the fridge took hours to cool items and we could hear guests in the other rooms dragging furniture and flushing toilets very clearly through the walls. Two nights later the window blinds rolled up and would not come down. Our room faced a building on the opposite side of the road. This meant that with the light on the evening anyone in the building could see straight into the room. I reported this to the reception and was told it could not be fixed until the next day so we had no privacy that night. Breakfast is between 7-10am and offered buffet style. Rolls, croissants, pastries, ham, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juice and coffee. No toaster and water for tea is lukewarm. Also if you go after 9 most of the pastries will be gone. The perks are that it’s close the central station, close to an airport shuttle bus stop and a short walk from the city centre.

We had a fab weeks holiday in beautiful Palermo at Hotel Tonic. Rooms are very clean and have a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was very good, with scrambled egg and bacon every morning. Breakfast staff are lovely! A lovely gesture by the hotel on my partners birthday to leave a bottle of wine, wine glasses and corkscrew in our room with their best wishes! Such a lovely touch. This hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the main part, left out the hotel, up and turn left on to via Maqueda. There you will find the Teatro Massimo. Walk on to the Quattro Canti and take a right and you will find the beautiful Palermo Cathedral. The fab markets are all a walk away and well worth a visit too. We would highly recommend a bus ride (806) to the stunning Mondello Beach. Also a train ride to Cefalu is recommended, where the beach bar Lido Poseidon sells amazing food! For a filling good value meal in Palermo you have to try Galloways chicken! Just to the right of Teatro. 11 euros for a full chicken with chips and corn....delish! And Ke Palle on via Maqueda for an Arancini 2.50 euros, chicken curry or bbq ribs were our fave. Airport shuttle is just 6 euros each to/from Piazza Politeama, which is a ten minute walk away. We highly recommend Hotel Tonic for a fabulous holiday!

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center. The quality of facilities and services are average. Breakfast is good. The parking lot is on the road and open space in front of the door. There are unmanaged public parking spaces. Outside the ZTL restricted area, our car was found the next day. Lovely modern clean hotel set in a fantastic location just minutes from the marina and the historical sites. One great plus is that it’s set in a pedestrianised street which comes to life with such vibrant restaurants and bars. This isn’t loud, it’s a subtle street party feel and was great to be amongst it. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Due to covid the breakfast slots need to be booked for times and you make your selections from an extensive list of options. There are previous comments about the rooms being dark? This is purely down to low lighting in the rooms by lamps which shouldn’t really be criticised it’s just the decor and style. All in all a great hotel, excellent value, no complaints at all and I would certainly recommend and return
