The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Interlaken West Station. Interlaken itself mainly consists of one east-west street, so the distance from the hotel to Interlaken Ost (East) Station is just one bus stop, or about a 17-18 minute walk. Taking this walk basically allows you to see all of Interlaken. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and while I can't see your specific photos (Figure 3 for the bus stop, Figures 4 & 5 for the schedule board), it made getting around very convenient. Breakfast was rich and delicious, a proper Western-style buffet with good bread. The hotel was clean, hygienic, and comfortable, though the beds were quite soft, which was a bit unusual for me as I'm used to firmer mattresses. We booked a four-person family room. During our two-day stay, Interlaken was quite hot, and the room only had a standing fan instead of air conditioning, so it did get a little warm. This is likely due to it being an older building, where installing AC might not be feasible. Overall, the service level was satisfactory.

Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!

Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony

This hotel is absolutely stunning! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of town with tons of shopping and dining options nearby. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, even having a kettle, which is a huge plus for Chinese travelers. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The best part, though, was the breakfast. It had such a wide variety of options; I felt like the breakfast alone was worth 400 RMB in Switzerland, haha.

The hotel is decorated in a gorgeous style, with English Victorian style reflected in the corridor chandeliers, exquisite glass, and marble columns with elegant carvings. The garden and the greenhouse tropical plant elements in the lobby provide a sense of vacation. The location is within a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West Station and East Station. There is a large lawn in front of the gate for paragliders to land (paragliders can scan the QR code to make reservations). During the day, you can see the misty Eiger and Jungfrau mountain groups. If you want to go to Jungfrau, you can take the train from Interlaken East, but the recommended route is to go to Grindelwald terminal station (within 30 minutes), take the cable car up the mountain from there, and then take another route back to Interlaken East. The hotel is equipped with a 20m indoor swimming pool, several small soaking pools, outdoor soaking pools, and contact spa service facilities such as saunas. But the venue is not large. Indoor tennis courts need to be reserved in advance, and equipment can be rented. The internal environment is of medium level. Try to arrive on time. We arrived late at noon and no one opened the door for us. The breakfast is average, I feel that the breakfast in Swiss hotels is average, and the juice is not good. The interior design of the room is good, but the view outside the window depends on the room type and luck. The angle of the window outside the window of many rooms is not facing the mountain, but facing the hotel's internal garden. If you want to take pictures of the balcony scenery with the mountain view, some small hotels are more photogenic. It is worth mentioning that you must remember to choose the right number of guests. I chose a single person and wanted to stay in a double room, but they said they would charge 100 francs.

Very close to Interlaken West station, just a 5-10 minute walk. Interlaken's main commercial street is right by the train station. There's a large Coop supermarket right next to the hotel; if it happens to be Sunday and it's closed, you can head to the one on the main street. There's also a Cantonese restaurant nearby with good food. I noticed a highly-rated cheese fondue restaurant on Google Maps nearby, but didn't get a chance to try it this time. Although the bathroom and toilet were shared, it felt like I had them all to myself. My single room was in the attic, which got very hot during the day. Turning off the lights and opening the skylight at night helped a bit.

Going out to the left is the main street, where you can eat and shop; going out to the right for a few minutes is Interlaken East Station, which is very convenient to go to Jungfrau! This was the fourth hotel I stayed in during my two-night stay in Switzerland. The hotel isn't near Interlaken's main station, Interlaken Ost, but rather near West Station. This wasn't particularly convenient, as I expected frequent trains from West Station to Interlaken Ost, running every five minutes. However, the trains only run every half hour, and the buses every 20 minutes or so, making time management difficult. The room was very large and spacious, though the details weren't particularly sophisticated, considering it's a four-star hotel, not a five-star one. The bathtub and air conditioning were nice, but there was no refrigerator. Bottled water was provided upon check-out.

Carlton Hotel The room was over 20 square meters, decorated in an antique style, and well-equipped, though it lacked air conditioning and came with a small electric fan instead. My room was on the top floor, and unfortunately, the window right by the bed was next to a chimney, so smoke from the downstairs restaurant's grill wafted directly into the room. The breakfast was quite varied, but it was the same every day for several days. The staff were very friendly, and I had a comfortable stay during my time there. It's very close to the train station, and the boat pier is only a 3-minute walk away. You can also take local public transport from here.

Three of us stayed in this hotel in October. The triple room was large and well-equipped. The bathroom and toilet were separated into two rooms, which was very convenient when there were many people. On the day of check-in, we arrived later than the check-in time due to navigation errors. After contacting the front desk, we were informed of the check-in method by email. We checked in independently, which was very convenient. The hotel is in a good location. The main road of Shangjia Street is right outside the door. You can get souvenir spoons at the watch shop next to it. The balcony faces a large lawn with a great view. It is very convenient for us to park by car. We have our own parking lot. Parking fees are charged every day, which cannot be exempted even if you check in. The breakfast variety is average, and the dining environment is not bad.

We had low expectations with this hotel due to previous reviews. Upon arrival, we were a little disappointed that there wasn’t anyone in the reception until 3:01pm. Other than that, the room was a little dim, but clean and they do day cleaning and top up of room. There is a smart TV and water heater which were useful. Breakfast was average. We like that there is a pantry with free snacks for guests. The location was superb!

The location is a few tens of meters on the right hand side of Interlaken W. It is entered from the left-hand glass door of the Asian Garden Restaurant. The location is very convenient. Here is the E on the first floor, and the first floor is the upper floor. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, the station is outside the window, the glass is soundproof and not noisy at all. This apartment is self-service, the hotel will send you an email to tell you the room code. I like the small kitchen very much. I go to the nearby coop to buy some food and cook it myself. It is very suitable for families with children. It is delicious and cost-effective. The disadvantage is that there is basically no service, check out and knock on the door to remind you, it depends on personal preference.

The room was OK. The front desk service was good. They agreed to change the room quickly. The room was relatively small. I think it is the same in small towns. The same price in the city is larger. The transportation is very convenient. I stayed here in various small towns for four days. I recommend eating the oil-splashed noodles at Bao’s restaurant near the West Station. It is delicious.

Since the hotel's charging jack is a small hole, the large hole plug I brought cannot be used. The front desk of the hotel actively helped me find the adapter. All the staff at the hotel were warm and patient.

The hotel itself is quite large, and our room had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. There were also two TVs in the room, along with yukata and slippers. Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).

The room was very clean, a huge improvement from the hostels I stayed at in Iceland. Having a sink right in the room was super convenient for brushing teeth, washing my face, and cleaning fruit. The breakfast was truly amazing, with a rich buffet selection. Even locals brought their dogs in to enjoy the paid breakfast. The kitchen only had a kettle and a microwave, no utensils. Definitely do not buy groceries with the intention of cooking. Remember that, seriously. The location is superb, right next to the train station. Across from the station is a large supermarket, offering excellent value for money. A hairdryer can be rented by paying a small cash deposit. The town itself is beautiful, with stunning views of Jungfraujoch and the lake. You can also try paragliding or take a helicopter ride.
