Clean room and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly—chatting with them was genuinely enjoyable, and they gave great recommendations and helpful local tips. Breakfast was good overall, although the selection felt quite similar each morning. The bathtub was a comfortable size. Little balcony I also appreciated that there is an elevator serving every floor, which made getting around easy with luggage. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel in Interlaken.

Stayed at twin deluxe room which is newly renovated and on the higher floors. Chose this specific twin room because of its size. Pros: 1. Hotel staff were friendly both at reception and breakfast 2. Rooms were fairly large and modern, views were incredibly (ask for mountain facing room) 3. They will give you an Interlaken guest card. 4. Location is about 7-10 mins walk from Interlaken West Station and surrounded by high-end shops. 5. There's free self-service coffee and tea making area at one of the floors and its helpful if you have a jug/bottle to fill cold/hot water Cons: 1. Same breakfast everyday and it lacked variety 2. No kettle nor cups to make hot drinks (notice this is the case with hotels in Switzerland 3. TV channels were mostly in German language

Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast and service were excellent. The hotel is right in front of the bus stop, a 10-minute walk from Interlaken Ost Station. We visited during a heat wave, and while the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, fans were provided. It was still a bit stuffy, though. We used the hot tub and sauna, which were quite pleasant. I would stay at this hotel again.

I have stayed at this hotel for 2 days.   I liked the heating in the room because it was very cold and dark outside after 5 p.m. The heating was great for cold weather. Also, the breakfast was good, with a variety of tasty dishes. The staff serving breakfast were very kind and attentive, especially Frank, who was professional in serving the guests.   However, the single room’s amenities were not very good. The bedsheet had dark spots near the charging station located at the head of the bed. There was a clog in the sink’s pipe, and water didn’t drain properly. The view was not pleasant as it faced a building under refurbishment. Additionally, the staff at check-in were unable to provide sufficient information about local sightseeing and dining options; they only recommended one restaurant.

The location near the train station is excellent, but for the price, I felt quite disappointed! It felt more like a countryside guesthouse. Maybe this is the standard in Swiss scenic areas? They claim you can see Jungfraujoch, but it's really just a very distant view.

I decided to go to Interlaken temporarily. When I booked the room, there were not many listings. I chose this hotel casually. The overall experience exceeded expectations. Since the hotel's charging jack is a small hole, the large hole plug I brought cannot be used. The front desk of the hotel actively helped me find the adapter. All the staff at the hotel were warm and patient.

The hotel is located near Interlaken West train station, about a 10-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket on the way, which is very convenient. Overall, the location is quite good. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was a simple continental-style breakfast, but still nice and satisfying. The room was clean and well maintained. However, my room was located in the back section of the building. I chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as having a mountain view. From the balcony, you can see the mountain… but only the edge of it 😂 Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and location, but the mountain view was a bit limited compared to expectations.

Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
