The room is large. The balcony has a beautiful view. Half an hour drive from the ski resort.
There is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage upstairs.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room. There is more dust in the dryer.
No one cleaned the room for me on the first day. On the second and third days, I changed towels and dumped garbage for me, and I didn't do anything else.

Very satisfied hotel, because we decided to come here a few days before Christmas, we temporarily chose the hotel, but Jindy Hotel is really unexpectedly good, we stayed on the first floor, the terrace in the house is directly connected to the small garden, whether it is to go to the main entrance of the room or go to the back door is very square The room is large and the decoration is very atmospheric. What I am most satisfied with is that the hotel includes breakfast for two. This is the first time I have encountered breakfast in Australia. The restaurant has a beautiful environment and a lake view outside the window. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are very warm and thoughtful. Come stay at bush grove for a unique accommodation experience, situated high on a ridge above the Snowy River, close to Jindabyne and the Snowy Mountains, Bush Grove is a true 'Man from Snowy River' experience. The stunning studio is a private fully self contained hut, exquisitely hand built out of bush rock and mountain ash, situated high on a ridge above the "Snowy" looking out at exclusive, absolute panoramic views. The interior has a rustic character with a spirit of colonial past that is belied by all the luxuries and mod cons. This comprises of the fully equipped kitchen containing all new and modern appliances, including espresso machine. The heritage style bathroom is heated and features elegant claw foot bath and shower, for those on a longer stay: washer and dryer. Pros: The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was good for anyone exploring the surrounding walks and for a morning or afternoon out hiking, with eateries and grocery shop nearby for feeding the family afterwards. Good option of staying in Jindabyne is important.
Improvement Suggestions: The kitchen had food stuck to the cutlery and sticky stains outside and inside the fridge which we had to try to clean before using it for our own supplies. The rubbish was not taken out daily as stated on the sign. There was very little soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for the number of guests - we didn’t mind buying some at the supermarket but it would have been nice to be told of this in advance.

Improvement Suggestions: The kitchen had food stuck to the cutlery and sticky stains outside and inside the fridge which we had to try to clean before using it for our own supplies. The rubbish was not taken out daily as stated on the sign. There was very little soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for the number of guests - we didn’t mind buying some at the supermarket but it would have been nice to be told of this in advance.

Spacious, scenic, and excellent service. Had a brilliant time at Oaks Crackenback this summer. The apartments are very roomy and the location is ideal for local activities. A huge shout-out to the staff—the service has definitely improved lately and made our stay even better. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

The room is large. The balcony has a beautiful view. Half an hour drive from the ski resort.
There is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage upstairs.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room. There is more dust in the dryer.
No one cleaned the room for me on the first day. On the second and third days, I changed towels and dumped garbage for me, and I didn't do anything else.
The front desk is very enthusiastic.

Very nice location, just opposite the lake. Easy to take a morning walk along the river. The carbin is well equipped, the water is hot and stable, there is the air conditioner as well to keep night warm in the winter.

The hotel has a good view by the lake, the building is relatively old but it is clean and the bathroom has been refurbished. The price is good. The service is very good. The morning buffet is also ok. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is very good. We are very enthusiastic and family travel is very good
