The front desk receptionist was very upset. Although I requested to arrange twin beds in two rooms more than two months in advance, Ctrip obviously did not do its job well. Three generations of grandparents and grandchildren came out for vacation, but they only arranged two large beds. How could people sleep? Finally, after communicating with the front desk receptionist again and again, the problem was solved! It was not Ctrip customer service who helped me solve the problem! Remind guests who book overseas hotels that if you have any requirements for the room, it is best to communicate with Ctrip customer service by phone to confirm it! ! !

Very nice hotel right on the beach but lots of rocks there therefore have to walk a bit to get to a part of the beach with no rocks. Strong waves and currents in winter so not good for young kids or beginners swimmers but good for surfing and boogie boarding. You can see turtles swimming near the beach and further afar lots of whales from December to March. Hotel have many swimming pools (and one fun slide) but only like 3ft deep so good for kids but a bit boring for adults. Only one restaurant, it's Duke. And one small shop selling Starbucks coffee. Our unit was on 10th floor in the main building and had a big balcony with a beautiful view on West Maui Mountain. We had a very pleasant stay in this location and would love to come back!

I really liked the spacious room with a classic feel. However, the floor was not cleaned at all, so I had to wear shoes.. The cleaning part was very disappointing. Still, the auxiliary facilities swimming pool and morning coffee bar were very impressive. Another advantage of this hotel is that there is a very beautiful beach nearby. I won't go there again... but next time I really want to go to a place right in front of the beach! Still, the view from the room was nice and nice.

Don’t get breakfast package, they don’t serve breakfasts anymore, but they still charge you in the reservation. Also, they don’t refund that portion. They also don’t clean up the rooms unless you get a week or more, and they only clean it once. Some staff aren’t very friendly, like the towel guy. Nice views though and nice pool.

This hotel in Maui is really wonderful. Except for a little later. There are too many advantages: the hotel upgraded my two-bedroom room. Surprise! The hotel is equipped with washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, hob, fridge. Just go buy some spices. You can make Wellington steaks. The hotel pool is large and has its own beach. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Lahaina. One hour a day! There is a barbecue outside the hotel and you can prepare your own ingredients for a barbecue. The air conditioning in the hotel aisle is super cold, super cold, super cold! Disadvantages: It may be because the room is on the first floor, and all the mosquitoes in my room! Super, more, more, more, more! ! ! However, the air conditioner is lower, and basically does not bite. It is very cautious to look at. Let's talk about Lahine's Ole, the discount is the same as Ouhu, but there is no superposition of UnionPay. If you need to buy something, go to Ouhu. It’s much cheaper. I stayed at Outrigger Kaanapali Beach Resort and booked the Signature Courtyard View with 1 King Bed. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient beachfront stay in Maui. The location is unbeatable and is right along Kaanapali Beach with direct beach access. You can literally walk from the resort straight onto the sand. Sunsets here are beautiful, and it is also within walking distance to Whalers Village for shopping and dining. My Signature Courtyard View room was spacious, clean, and peaceful. The king bed was comfortable, and the courtyard setting offered a calm, tropical greenery vibe. One thing I appreciated was the Activities & Experiences desk located in the lobby. You can conveniently book island tours, activities, dinner reservations, and even arrange transportation there. It is very helpful if you want everything sorted without searching around. The pool area is relaxed and family-friendly. There’s also a deli corner by the pool offering drinks, snacks, and quick bites, perfect for something light between beach time. Next to it is the Maui Breeze retail shop, where you can pick up souvenirs or essentials. Another practical feature is the self-service laundry located on the ground floor, which is very useful for longer stays or after beach days. The resort overall has a more classic, laid-back Hawaiian feel rather than ultra-modern luxury and that ispart of its charm.

The room provided by this hotel is very large, and the kitchen inside has everything you need. You can cook together as a family. There is no surcharge. You only need to submit a deposit of 150 yuan and a daily tax of 9.23 US dollars. The front desk service is very good and the stay is very comfortable. In the morning, a free breakfast is provided at the gate, explaining the main tourist attractions of the Big Island. The room is spacious, and the living room sofa can be converted into a large sofa bed, perfect for families with children. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. I think there's no need to opt for breakfast since buying groceries is very convenient, and you can even prepare all your meals yourself while staying at the hotel. Parking is also easily accessible to the hotel building. The beach is clean, and even though it's a public beach, it wasn't overly crowded, which actually added to its appeal. The hotel offers plenty of activities, but we spent most of our time exploring Maui by car (Road to Hana, Haleakala), so we didn't get to experience them much. Service-wise, it was not bad. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful condo and a great place to stay. If possible, I highly recommend booking a room with a garden view — it’s beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The grounds are well-maintained, lush, and perfect for enjoying the tropical atmosphere. A couple of things to keep in mind: there are some additional fees, and housekeeping during your stay is available only for an extra charge. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and I would happily stay here again.

Very nice hotel right on the beach but lots of rocks there therefore have to walk a bit to get to a part of the beach with no rocks. Strong waves and currents in winter so not good for young kids or beginners swimmers but good for surfing and boogie boarding. You can see turtles swimming near the beach and further afar lots of whales from December to March. Hotel have many swimming pools (and one fun slide) but only like 3ft deep so good for kids but a bit boring for adults. Only one restaurant, it's Duke. And one small shop selling Starbucks coffee. Our unit was on 10th floor in the main building and had a big balcony with a beautiful view on West Maui Mountain. We had a very pleasant stay in this location and would love to come back!

I stayed at Outrigger Kaanapali Beach Resort and booked the Signature Courtyard View with 1 King Bed. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient beachfront stay in Maui. The location is unbeatable and is right along Kaanapali Beach with direct beach access. You can literally walk from the resort straight onto the sand. Sunsets here are beautiful, and it is also within walking distance to Whalers Village for shopping and dining. My Signature Courtyard View room was spacious, clean, and peaceful. The king bed was comfortable, and the courtyard setting offered a calm, tropical greenery vibe. One thing I appreciated was the Activities & Experiences desk located in the lobby. You can conveniently book island tours, activities, dinner reservations, and even arrange transportation there. It is very helpful if you want everything sorted without searching around. The pool area is relaxed and family-friendly. There’s also a deli corner by the pool offering drinks, snacks, and quick bites, perfect for something light between beach time. Next to it is the Maui Breeze retail shop, where you can pick up souvenirs or essentials. Another practical feature is the self-service laundry located on the ground floor, which is very useful for longer stays or after beach days. The resort overall has a more classic, laid-back Hawaiian feel rather than ultra-modern luxury and that ispart of its charm.

The front desk receptionist was very upset. Although I requested to arrange twin beds in two rooms more than two months in advance, Ctrip obviously did not do its job well. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. I think there's no need to opt for breakfast since buying groceries is very convenient, and you can even prepare all your meals yourself while staying at the hotel. Parking is also easily accessible to the hotel building. The beach is clean, and even though it's a public beach, it wasn't overly crowded, which actually added to its appeal. The hotel offers plenty of activities, but we spent most of our time exploring Maui by car (Road to Hana, Haleakala), so we didn't get to experience them much. Service-wise, it was not bad. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I really liked the spacious room with a classic feel. However, the floor was not cleaned at all, so I had to wear shoes.. The cleaning part was very disappointing. Still, the auxiliary facilities swimming pool and morning coffee bar were very impressive. Another advantage of this hotel is that there is a very beautiful beach nearby.
