It was really awesome stay at thekkady keys prima, very nice and professional staff at reception, well maintained and cleaned rooms, amenities were so perfect, all requests has been fulfilled, it was best stay in hole trip

It’s 10 mins walk to city centre and you can plenty of shops to eat. If you are pure vegetarian, go to many of the amazing and affordable Pure Veg restaurants nearby. Also, you can find plenty of monkeys within the resort which is nice because you can’t find any on the way. In general, it’s a decent hotel but I booked late, so, I had to pay a premium.

The location and stay was really nice. The room is very clean, spacious and all facilities are in working condition. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Nice experience, good room facilities, very tasty breakfast. Easy access-able at the center of town. Car parking is large. Beautiful swimming pool with nice ambiance. Nice service. Need more bathroom matetials for a family.

The stay is really good, the staff were too good and very accomodative. The rooms are clean and neat and it has a restaurant combined to the hotel which has decent food too

This place is neat and tidy, we booked the jungle view suit and the room is big and spacious, morning breakfast is average with normal South Indian dishes with bread and butter. All cutleries and arrangements are fine. Average place to stay. Car parking is available. Swimming pool is available too and is good. Near to tiger reserve, bus station, Katak, kalari and elephant park. If you plan to book please ensure going there with proper towel, tissues, mineral water, tooth paste & brush. Also if you book Jungle view room, elders wanted to be cautious as you will have to climb one more floor on stairs as the lift facility is until 4th floor. This is more than a decade old building and equipment’s here are neat but not brand new. I experienced power cut in room but that’s manageable

Hi team makemytrip, thank you for following up. My stay at hotel white portico, thekkady, was an average experience. The facilities were poor, with several lights and switches not working properly. Additionally, there were mosquitoes in the room, and the bed was quite uncomfortable, which made the stay unpleasant overall. I hope these issues can be addressed for a better experience for future guests. Thank you, sankar

We booked a room for two nights. Unfortunately it's nothing like what they have advertised. Don't be fooled by the name. It is literally in the middle of the town. Rooms: spacious & comfortable with a good view. But it looks old. Bathrooms: flush wasn't working multiple times. They fixed it though. Wifi: didn't get wifi 90% of the time. Food: decent breakfast and dinner. The dinner we had on the first night was horrible. In my opinion stick to the basics. Don't order anything fancy. Parking: decent parking space. Animal spotting: none. Overall experience: quite average.

We stayed in deluxe, forest view room. Nice homely foodbeautiful interiorsvery spacious roomvibe is peacefuldon't expect facilities like phone in room, room service for food, pool, gym, a lot in breakfast buffet, etc. They claim that they make food after receiving order, which seems justified, since the food is tasty. The location of resort is pretty interior, but that's what is giving it a forest view from room. The parking seems limited, but cars and bikes can be parked if space is available. It was a pretty hospitable staff. It seemed they have good location and looks of the resort, both outside and inside, but adding more services within will make it a competitive resort. But then of course, the price will also shoot up.
