The place is spacious, 3 bedrooms, plus kitchen, patio, and a foyer, and a yard! (in case you prefer to do some outdoor activities). It has several beds, can easily sleep 6 people, ideal for a family or a group traveling together. The appliances all worked well, as I travelled as a family of four we used the full kitchen features to cook meals, make coffee, and there is a dishwasher, which is super handy (especially to us lazy Americans, haha). I was there during December, and the heaters were working fine. The location is not really in the Athens city center, rather on the outskirt (hence quiet), but to me this is not a problem (rather a plus), because I had a car, liked to live outside of the city, and even better this place is on the north side of the city close to the mountains where I'd like to spend time. Most importantly, the host is of great hospitality and willing to make your stay comfortable. As this place appears as a regular residential house without any hotel signs, the host contacted in advance and greeted me when I arrived (thank goodness, as I was a bit confused when arrived at the address without seeing a hotel or Airbnb sign). The host explained clearly to me about staying in the place and how to check out during or outside normal hours. BTW, the host even offered for airport pickup and/or drop-off (but I didn't use because I had my own car). Overall, my stay was great.SOLD OUT

We were here for two nights. We took two rooms for two with our daughter. The hotel is not new, but everything is great. Friendly staff. They will prompt and tell you everything. Not noisy, cozy. The hotel is somewhere between child-free and family-run. On our visit, probably about 80-90% were French. The housing itself feels like the style is hello my 90s, but!!! The room is clean, tidy, it’s clear that renovation was done not so long ago. The food is absolutely great!!! In general, the hotel evoked only positive emotions. There were also 7* hotels, pretentious ones, but here you can really relax, without stress. Sea, silence, food - Turks relax with a similar hotel style. I hope that if the concept doesn’t change, then when I’m in Athens, I’ll definitely stay here.SOLD OUT

The hotel is somewhere between child-free and family-run. On our visit, probably about 80-90% were French. The housing itself feels like the style is hello my 90s, but!!! The room is clean, tidy, it’s clear that renovation was done not so long ago. The food is absolutely great!!! In general, the hotel evoked only positive emotions. There were also 7* hotels, pretentious ones, but here you can really relax, without stress. Sea, silence, food - Turks relax with a similar hotel style. I hope that if the concept doesn’t change, then when I’m in Athens, I’ll definitely stay here.SOLD OUT

The hotel staff super friendly but I guess the restaurant staff is different and independent, not same service. You can enjoy de view and recommend it for a break. The place is spacious, 3 bedrooms, plus kitchen, patio, and a foyer, and a yard! (in case you prefer to do some outdoor activities). It has several beds, can easily sleep 6 people, ideal for a family or a group traveling together. The appliances all worked well, as I travelled as a family of four we used the full kitchen features to cook meals, make coffee, and there is a dishwasher, which is super handy (especially to us lazy Americans, haha). I was there during December, and the heaters were working fine. The location is not really in the Athens city center, rather on the outskirt (hence quiet), but to me this is not a problem (rather a plus), because I had a car, liked to live outside of the city, and even better this place is on the north side of the city close to the mountains where I'd like to spend time. Most importantly, the host is of great hospitality and willing to make your stay comfortable. As this place appears as a regular residential house without any hotel signs, the host contacted in advance and greeted me when I arrived (thank goodness, as I was a bit confused when arrived at the address without seeing a hotel or Airbnb sign). The host explained clearly to me about staying in the place and how to check out during or outside normal hours. BTW, the host even offered for airport pickup and/or drop-off (but I didn't use because I had my own car). Overall, my stay was great.

My stay at Seafront Neighbourhood Lifestyle Hotel truly stood out because of the incredible location and warm hospitality. The hotel is right by the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and well cared for. The rooms were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—it was fresh, delicious, and featured local flavors. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall vibe of the hotel was stylish yet cozy. I’d definitely stay here again!
