I had a fantastic experience staying at the Mercure Miri City Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, setting a great tone for my stay. While the check-in process was slightly slow, the staff remained courteous throughout. The room itself was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, offering a beautiful view of the city. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a laundry paper bag provided for my laundry small details like this truly make a difference. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.

We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Bibina with drinks and towels, a great first impression. The Bonzer Restaurant closed earlier than expected, so we tried room service breakfast instead. The mushroom soup was tasty, though the coffee latte was cold and the pasta too spicy for my like. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, that I can agree meeting good 3 star standards. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service.

The hotel annexed to shopping complex and location is in the centre of Miri old quarters. Parking at basement B2 with ample of parking lots. Those who love shopping is just walking distance away.

Pullman Miri Waterfront – Hotel Review The hotel is grand and impressive. I really like the overall design and layout. The room is spacious, and the city view from the hotel is very nice. I appreciate that the lifts are separated — one from the car park to the reception counter, and another from the reception to the guest rooms — which makes it feel more organised and private. The breakfast buffet is well-prepared with a wide variety of choices. I also like the design and facilities of the swimming pool and gym. Overall, staying here gives the feeling of being in a high-end hotel. However, the maintenance and room service need improvement. When I first checked into the room, there were used plates and dishes from previous guests placed right outside the room, which made me question whether I was entering the correct room. The toilet was not properly cleaned, and there were visible signs of use by previous guests. Handwash soap and hair wash were empty and not refilled. The refrigerator was not cold. There was also noticeable noise from the electrical box or air-conditioning system in the room.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was meticulously maintained. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for both leisure and business. All the staff were very friendly and professional, providing thoughtful and welcoming service. The overall environment was comfortable and quiet, highly recommend it, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was clean and the location was absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for my dad, who uses a wheelchair 🦽, to move around freely and access nearby restaurants.

Like in the case of most of the hotel staff, their knowledge on public transport is miserably poor, as this is irrelevant to them. Most if not all of them move in cars. And they could not provide any sightseeing information. Most likely they cater more for locals, rather than foreign travellers.

Arrived late night. Room was clean but only good to stay for a night. Very surprise, it do not provide Tooth brush😎, but towel.  Bathroom had no Curtain that makes bathroom flood after shower. Kettle was there but no cups, teabags nor coffee.  TV very old type and Remote difficult to make work😀. So, cost wise it is okay, for night stay but not for more than a night.

The location is good, with a mall right in front and several coffee shops nearby. It can get quite noisy outside the room from morning to night, but the room itself was clean and tidy.

We booked 3 rooms for 9 persons, but the hotel arranged for only 8. When we asked for one bed for the last person, they said they would make the extra bed at no charge. Actually, they should have arranged for 9 persons and didn't need to say one extra bed for FOC. Spacious room & good location, but they need to focus more on cleanliness, as there was hair & dust on the table.
