At breakfast, there was also a delay before we were approached for menu orders, and we had already helped ourselves while waiting. That said, I would like to emphasise that the staff themselves were genuinely lovely, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. If you want, I can tighten it further for TripAdvisor/Google length or make it more formal depending on where you're posting it.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed at this hotel. Whenever there’s a room available, it’s always my first choice in Coventry. The location is perfect — right inside the University of Warwick, just a 10-minute drive from the city centre. It offers free parking

This hotel was beautiful. I came for my graduation and this was the perfect spot for us. The receptionists were so nice and welcoming. Each room had a view into the stadium which was amazing for my parents who hadn’t seen this before! I would definitely recommend!

It was a good stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The website says they offer free parking for members, but because they have given it to a third party, they couldn't provide the benefit to us.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient. The hotel is close to the train station, making it very convenient to get to the city center, though you do need to be careful crossing the road outside. The room was clean and tidy.

Lovely staffs, It felt warm when a staff greeted me in the morning with a bright smile, the room was tidy in the morning when I got back. Room very clean, toilet and bath was clean as well. Had no concerns felt very safe. I would definitely recommend to use. Rooms are big and convenient.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff would definitely stay again. Only drawback is parking as the ncp car park which is the closest we had to pay twice as were going out after check in. Cost over 20 quid just for the parking !

Best swimming pool in Conventry, extra £5 per day per visitor, so I didn’t join. Self-check in, no service. Pub and Starbucks downstairs, Friday 4pm onwards free car park until Sunday. Weekday parking fee applies.

I arrived on Saturday afternoon and spent the evening, then left on the Sunday morning. The weather is hot in May due to the heatwave but thankfully there is a fan in the room to keep the room cool at nighttime. The bed is large (for two people) and the room is spacious. The bathroom is a bit dated but the facilities are working just fine. The WiFi was only partially working which is unfortunate. You can see some buildings and the rooftop of the Pool Meadow Bus Station outside of the window and the scenery is nothing to write home to. However, the hotel is very close to the main tourist attractions in Coventry City Centre.
