The hotel's location is superb, offering excellent transport links and a wealth of dining and entertainment options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Highly recommended! The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a high-quality sleep and making you feel right at home. The hotel service is thoughtful, with staff who are warm, professional, and always smiling, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is rich and varied, with delicious options to try every day, making for a very pleasant experience. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, with stylish decor and attention to detail everywhere, making every corner feel comfortable and relaxing. Facilities such as the gym, pool, and meeting rooms are all well-equipped, catering to both business and leisure needs, and are very convenient to use. Wi-Fi speed is fast, air conditioning works great, and the toiletries and snacks are of excellent quality, making for a very satisfying stay. Every stay consistently highlights the hotel's professionalism and dedication. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a wonderful hotel worth returning to.

The location is good as there is 3 big shopping store like Tesco and Home bargain very close to the hotel. There is a big car park outside and you can drive to city center around 15mins

The room was spacious, much more than I thought that it would be. It was also very clean. As we were out most of the time, we couldn't really get to use any of the facilities, if any in the hotel. As it's right smacked within the Coventry Club Football Arena, I can imagine it being a good accomodation for football fans whenever there's a match. The downside is that it's a little out of the way from the city centre. Unless you have a car, it might not be convenient to go to the city centre from this hotel.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed at this hotel. Whenever there’s a room available, it’s always my first choice in Coventry. The location is perfect — right inside the University of Warwick, just a 10-minute drive from the city centre. It offers free parking

The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient. The hotel is close to the train station, making it very convenient to get to the city center, though you do need to be careful crossing the road outside. The room was clean and tidy.

I usually book this hotel like every 2-3 months whenever I come to coventry but this time it felt like a bit awkward due to staff behaviour. I just wanna clear ‘The lady’ who checked me in was really nice, sweet and professional with what she’s doing, however the morning staff wasn’t very polite as I had already paid for a late checkout because I wasn’t well that night and couldn’t rest properly, yet the staff still called me without first double-checking with their team which shows there’s no communication. I was unwell and asleep when they called, and instead of apologising for the mistake, the lady hung up abruptly.  On top of that, the housekeeping staff opened my room door without knocking first and again there’s no apology. They opened the door and only then said “hello,” which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.  Overall, the lack of communication, manners, and respect for guest privacy really affected our experience and I’m I won’t come back here again.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff would definitely stay again. Only drawback is parking as the ncp car park which is the closest we had to pay twice as were going out after check in. Cost over 20 quid just for the parking !

Lovely staffs, It felt warm when a staff greeted me in the morning with a bright smile, the room was tidy in the morning when I got back. Room very clean, toilet and bath was clean as well. Had no concerns felt very safe. I would definitely recommend to use. Rooms are big and convenient.

Best swimming pool in Conventry, extra £5 per day per visitor, so I didn’t join. Self-check in, no service. Pub and Starbucks downstairs, Friday 4pm onwards free car park until Sunday. Weekday parking fee applies.

The hotel’s central location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city centre, shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. I also appreciated the good value for money and the convenience of having all the city’s amenities within walking distance. I would happily recommend Britannia Hotel Coventry to anyone visiting Coventry for business or leisure and would certainly consider staying here again in the future.
