The place was amazing. Good for families. We booked a king size with the attached living area. It also comes with a mini kitchen and a washing area. The shower rooms is big and comes with a tab. Although the tv in the living has bad reception, there was another tv inside the bedroom to use. The service technician also came to check on the tv and also offered to change it with a new one.

Best part is location and staff can’t fault. Breakfast is good otherwise restaurant is very disappointing I think they expect you to eat across the road at shopping mall.
Room had faults you wouldn’t expect for the price lose toilet seat dirty stained shower screens and aircon that had thermostat problems just kept getting colder .

I am not sure if the hot and cold showers are functioning properly on the lower floors, but for us who are on the 4th and 8th floors, there is no hot shower available. The showers need to be replaced, as only three holes are functioning. The shower area on the 4th floor is clogged and literally flooded outside the shower room.From$24

The room is very small, only a 1.5-meter bed, an extra bed? Where did the bed come from? Ask who wants to go to bed? You can buy a bed yourself. The landlord probably doesn't mind an extra piece of furniture.

The hotel has a very beautiful small courtyard with an antique interior. There are several breakfast sets to choose from. It is very nice to sit at the dining table in the courtyard in the morning and enjoy breakfast😊 It is clean and the service staff is also very good. Because my flight was leaving at night, I applied for late check-out and added 500 pesos.

Unfortunately the staff in the reception is rude and unhelpful. I politely request for a additional pillows since my husband has a medical condition. He needs to have 2-3 pillows for him to elevate his head while sleeping. However the front desk staff strongly informed me that they are fully booked and she cannot provide an additional pillows since the pillows are all consumed.
So I just kept quiet and proceed to our room. So I ask one of the staff who help us in our luggage if he can spare me 2 more pillows. Good thing he provided us with 2 more pillows when he came back to our room. I understand if they are fully booked but that is not the problem of the client. Hotel Management should prepare extra pillows incase client will have their request. Management people in Hop Inn Hotel kindly conduct a seminar on your staff how to handle customer service. Since your staff in front desk is unprofessional, rude and no customer service at all. Attitude is everything....😡😠😣☹️😟

I only stayed for a night and checkout on the following morning. There's no free breakfast for online booking so i look for a carenderia outside the compound of the subdivision. I stayed in 4 hotels in davao and this is one of the best hotel I stayed in even just for one night, It has a shower with a functioning heater and also the aircon is cool too, I also want to include the items that I left they even kept it and informed me( will book there soon).
