Except for expensive, others are quite good. Breakfast is average, but this Western-style hotel, we are not used to eating is also normal. When I first arrived, I went to the restaurant in the hotel's atrium and ate a lunch. I didn't expect it to be quite pleasant. The price was real, the service attitude was good, and the taste was not bad. The only drawback is that I don't think there are a few chairs in the hotel entrance. It is not convenient to stand at the door when waiting for the car.

The overall is good, the price is considered cheap among hotels of the same level in Chicago, and the location is not bad. I will consider staying again next time. But I don't know what time is the breakfast? I haven't had it for more than a week. 😆

Experience: The receptionist was very formal and polite, he was also very straightforward! The place was spacious and decorated, and the room was better than almost all the previous hotels we went too! Also the hallways aren’t very loud or crowded, that’s a plus. Service: They tidied the bed and replace the towels, pretty nice of them to do! Food/Drinks: We didn’t eat there, but the coffee was good (kinda tastes like tea).

가족과 함께 트윈룸에 투숙했습니다. 객실이 비교적 넓어 쾌적했으나, 와이파이가 안정적이지 못했습니다. 아마 저희 객실이 건물 윙 끝에 위치해서 그랬던 것 같습니다. 조식은 시리얼, 빵, 요거트 등 가격에 적합한 수준이라고 생각합니다. 작은 피트니스 공간과 수영장도 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 전반적으로 만족 합니다.

When we got our room #130, it was terrible. We can smell **** everywhere. Then we requested to change our room told that room has **** smell. Then we got #303, that rooms smell was okay but old and AC noise was freaking loud. We turned the AC then we could sleep. Yeah, we booked only for 1 night and it was bad, sorry. But the receptionist lady she was supportive, helpful and nice.
