The staff is welcoming and attentive to the first needs.. breakfast was good. They have a rooftop bar with magnificent river at night. All rooms have balconies, there’s 7/11 next to the lobby if you want to grab some snacks or something .
I highly recommend this property, we had an absolutely fun time at Kintex hotel .

It was nice to have a boiler.
But the room was too dry
I woke up the next morning, and my neck and nose were too dry, but I had a nose.
I think I need to pay more attention to humidity management. I hope there is a humidifier or rental service

The room was beautiful and you can see the Netflix. However, the window is only a little open, and the view is not good even if it opens. |4.24km from city centerHotel Cleopatra certainly has the potential to be a very good hotel. What I really appreciated was it location in the middle of a shopping district. Right across Costco and close to Home Plus, Lotte Outlet, and other major stores. Also close to the metro station. Kintex is not within walking distance, but only four metro stops away. What I do not appreciate is the room. I was told that they do not have a non-smoking room. The room had matches and an ashtray on the table. There was a funny odor in the bathroom. The shower handle was leaky. Tobacco smoke caused headache. I had to ventilate the room for the whole time by keeping windows open. I tried not to stay in the room for a long time. To be fair, free water bottles and drinks were a nice gesture. TV had many channels. The staffs, who appeared to be a family, were all very kind. Given the price, it is certainly a good value.

The location was good in the city and it was cleaner than I thought.
I thought it was small, but the room was big and there was no breakfast service, but instead it was coffee and unlimited!

|4.26km from city centerOur last stop was Seoul. Because it happened to be during the cherry blossom season, the housing prices in Seoul were super high and full. After comparing several websites, the bed prices for B&Bs and youth hostels were too high! So I chose a hotel in Gyeonggi-do. Not only are the rooms super large, but the room facilities are considerate and complete, the front desk service is also very good, and the price/performance ratio is super high!
Opposite is the American supermarket Costco, and there is a passenger terminal across the road. Of course, if you want to go to Seoul Station, it will definitely take some time, after all, you live in the suburbs!
There is a Lotte Duty Free Shop across the road from the hotel, and there is a food court on the first floor of the duty free shop. I think if you are just passing through Seoul like me and don't like to stay in a busy city, Gyeonggi-do is really quiet, comfortable and convenient.
oh! Also, the hotel is not far from the airport bus station and is within walking distance. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to Incheon Airport.
The jacuzzi was broken and couldn't be used. It would be better if it could be used!

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

But a very small bug came out of bed and set up ㅠㅠ sleep.
It's probably coming into the insect net while ventilating.
There's a squat nearby.
There's an already 10 minutes walk away.
The location seems really ok.
Because of the characteristics of youth hostels, the public kitchen facilities are also good, so it is convenient to use microwave tableware.

Usually, the pictures and the actual place are different, so I didn't have high expectations.
But the room was bigger than I thought when I saw it in the pictures.👍👍
There was a dressing table and a small table under the bed, so it was useful when ordering late-night snacks.
The bathroom was also big, so I had a good and comfortable stay.
I had a great trip at a low price!!

|7.17km from city centerLocation is pretty good if you need to head to the exhibition center. However be aware that there is no covered walkway if it rains which was my experience with muddy potholes. Breakfast was with great options from international and local delights.
One downside was the check in time which was strictly at 3pm and there was already a queue when I arrived at 230pm. How silly to let everyone just waiting around when you have the rooms available!!!! Extremely inefficient & really not the service level I expected. If you are willing to wait, then this hotel could be a choice for you. Distance to both Incheon & Gimpo airport is much nearer than city center. For the runners, good running route towards the park too!

There was an employee who could speak a little Japanese, and she was kind enough to keep my luggage with me even after I checked out. It's very convenient as it's right next to Fuba Station. There are drink stands, convenience stores, and fish set menus that are unique to Ilsan, so you won't have to worry about finding something to eat. However, the wifi is a little weak, but if only that area could be improved, it would be a perfect hotel.
