There is a jogging course and a flower path nearby, so it is quite pleasing to the eye, and the breakfast is also really delicious. These are the results of the staff's individual sincerity. If you stay around here, you will be able to get better service than any other accommodation hotel near Hilton. The lake view is also great, and there are many indoor facilities for my wife. Because it is an old hotel, it has an inevitable old feel.
I stayed in an ondol room because I had a baby, but it was disappointing that I couldn't control the temperature myself. It was warm and there was no draft.
The parking space in front of the front gate was small and a bit inconvenient.
All night long, I could hear the baby crying in the room next door...
The price is not cheap, but it was disappointing than I expected...

However, it is a bit far from Hwangridan-gil, but it takes about 20 minutes. There is no problem if you take a taxi or drive.
Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, so it was convenient.

I had a great time in GridT hotel.
I read the review and some claim that the central market is far but it's actually just 2 mins walk from the hotel if you know the way. You should walk past the carpark and cut across and you reach the market almost immediately (instead of walking on the car road out and U-turn back to the market from the other side).
I am satisfied with the breakfast in GridT hotel and they offered me free upgrade and the facilities was excellent.

This is my second visit. The location is good for visiting nearby Bomun Complex, and there are Lotteria and other restaurants nearby, so it was convenient. The difference between the standard and deluxe rooms is that the bathrooms are a little different, and the deluxe room has a bathtub. Other than that, the room conditions were almost the same. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but if you are someone who doesn't usually eat breakfast like me, it should be fine. The price was reasonable, so it was good. The toilet paper is a large roll, so there are no replacements. Is it at your own risk? So, check. I was surprised when the supply suddenly ran out. If you expect the same level of service as a Japanese hotel, you'll be surprised. Since the hotel is on a hill, being able to go up and down the hill is important. The best advantage is that all tourist spots are close.
There was a yard in the private house, so I played soccer with the kids :)
It was so nice that we could only use it alone because it was a private accommodation.
There were three rooms, so it would be great for several people to stay.
There is a water purifier in the kitchen and a microwave induction, so you can cook it simply.

Other places were too expensive, it was difficult to find a twin room, but I rested well at a low price.
It's in the Bomun Tourist Complex, close to Gyeongju World.
You can think of it as a motel, and there is a bus, but there was a little inconvenience because the bus didn't come often and it was remote.
Next time, I will find the accommodation in advance and stay in the city.

Be aware the check in is 10pm - much later than others.
The room itself was fine, very happy and wanted to extend, but the staff member insisted checking out, then coming back at 10pm, even with extension.
When I asked him, he said “it’s not my business”. Terrible attitude. He then tried to charge 20,000 cash for keeping the “free upgrade” I was given. No idea why you give with one hand and take with the other.
Had to complain and argue and even still they refused refund for second day. Took me 3 hours or messaging to get money back. Just avoid. Sadly a great place, location so so but the staff member we dealt with was the worst person I’ve met in Korea.

수건이나 어매니티도 넉넉하게 제공해주셔서 좋았어요 그런데 면도기가 없어요 참고하세요 칫솔치약,비누, 샴푸,트리트먼트,바디워시가 있고, 스킨,로션, 바디로션은 없습니다
들어갔을때 커튼이 쫙 열리며 바다가 보여서 감탄했어요
수건이 너무 많이 준비되어있어 좋았는데 바디타올에 길고 짧은 머리카락 몇개가 보여 좀 그래서 그냥 떼고 발수건으로 썼어요 세탁에만 좀 신경써주시면 좋을것 같아요
그리고 저흰 부부라 괜찮았지만 샤워실과 화장실이 다 보이는 유리문입니다 참고하셔야 할거 같아요
요즘 어디가나 그렇던데 수건걸이가 없어 불편했고 비누받침이 없습니다 그리고 넓은 룸에 화장거울이나 전신거울이 없어 화장실에서 화장해야합니다 그리고 화장실에만 쓰레기통이 있어서 제공해주는 비닐에 넣어 버려야합니다 이부분은 개선되었으면 합니다 팬션도 아니고 쓰레기도 얼마 없는데 불편했습니다 그리고 샤워실 물이 잘 안 빠져서 한사람 씻고 오래 기다려서 씻어야합니다
장점은 전자렌지가 룸안에 있어서 조식 없는 호텔이라 유용하게 사용했습니다 냉장고도 소음없이 조용한 편입니다 그리고 2인룸인데 더블크기 이상의 침대가 두개라 너무 편하게 잤습니다 침대 컨디션도 만족합니다

And I liked the atmosphere and lighting of the hostel, and the healing point is that there is a Bluetooth speaker where you can listen to music without TV.

The room was kept clean, very warm with floor heating, and it was okay without air conditioning. There is a little difficulty in the shower, it is not like a shower curtain, and the toilet, washbasin and shower are the same room, so the toilet is soaked. The drainage of the floor was unexpectedly fast. It feels like a hotel after renovating a former motel, the room was on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator. However, it is a bit far from Hwangridan-gil, but it takes about 20 minutes. There is no problem if you take a taxi or drive.
Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, so it was convenient.
The elevator came almost right away~
The parking lot is also spacious and convenient

The room floor was carpeted, so it didn't feel clean ㅠ
