Employees of the hotel are what makes it a nice hotel. Unfortunately we booked a wrong room (house run), and ended up in a tiny room with tiny bed, albeit we are a 10+ years loyal guest, we were not offered a free upgrade. Must be a hotel policy to push for more money, however, we are certain that if it was up to the receptionists, we would have got an upgrade. At the end of the day, it was our fault, not the hotels fault.FromVND 3,021,113
