Employees of the hotel are what makes it a nice hotel. Unfortunately we booked a wrong room (house run), and ended up in a tiny room with tiny bed, albeit we are a 10+ years loyal guest, we were not offered a free upgrade. Must be a hotel policy to push for more money, however, we are certain that if it was up to the receptionists, we would have got an upgrade.
