The trip to New Zealand is a very good Motel. I feel that the Motel here is just like a small villa. It is better than a chain hotel. It is a family room. There are 4 rooms and 2 rooms. There are two beds in the two rooms. Enough family accommodation; the car stops at the entrance of the villa, there is a water spray gun at the door to wash the car; the towel is clean and tidy, there are two bathrooms and two bathrooms, that is, the toiletries are not best prepared by yourself; drive to the business center in a few minutes There are a lot of restaurants; the proprietress is very friendly and welcoming, and the milk, chocolate and cookies prepared for the guests are very delicious; each small villa is surrounded by various plants and flowers; NICESOLD OUT

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A lovely spacious studio unit with a newly refurbished bathroom in a quiet and peaceful rural area with great views over Motueka and out to the sea. Only 7km's to Motueka township and 20km's to Kaiteriteri beach.There is a full kitchen so you can cook your meals if you wish too. There is also a clothes washing machine in the bathroom so if you have been away from home for a while you can get your clothes all nice and clean again during your stay.In addition to the guest suite there is a deck for your personal use which can be accessed by going round the front side of the property and along the footpath in front of the unit. Welcome to the Motueka Getaway!Our funky three-bedroom suntrap offers cheerful open-plan living overlooking the large yard. This house is fresh and functional, with new carpet and paint throughout. An HRV system, built-in fire place and ceiling fan help to keep the temperature comfortable throughout the seasons. A brand new heatpump/ air conditioner has been recently installed. The bedrooms include a queen, a king single and two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the lounge for added flexibility.The modern kitchen includes a double oven, microwave and gas cooktop, as well as a brand-new dishwasher.The older-style bathroom (with shower, bath and separate toilet) is perfectly clean and functional, and the laundry is an asset for longer-term guests.The property is fully fenced, and is tucked down a quiet back section. Please feel free to enquire about bringing your pet - we are happy to discuss this with you. There is plenty of off-street parking for a caravan or boat.The landscaping is still an enthusiastic work-in-progress – watch this space! This brand new modern family home is situated in the heart of Motueka, walking distance to town, bars and cafes. It features an 82inch flat screen tv, soundbar, Google Home, Spa pool, sauna, outdoor entertainment area with a louvred pergola, washing machine and dryer, double door fridge/freezer with ice maker, weber BBQ, pizza oven, fully equipped kitchen, very confy couch and a double internal garage. The house is equipped with 20 solar panels on the roof which run the house during the day and feeds back to the grid unused power.
