This was a totally awesome ryokan that I really liked!! I was worried that I paid too much, but the room had a bathroom and the large public bath was spacious, so my daughter and I had a great time. Although I couldn't use the hot springs with my husband and son, it was clean and really nice!! I was a little worried that breakfast and dinner weren't provided, but they were delicious and the quality was really high. The best~~ There was a tatami room, a public bath, and a garden, so it felt like taking a walk, which was nice!! My children and my husband were both satisfied♡

Excellent service at front desk and also in the area where free drinks and snacks were available. Room was spacious with a couch and comfortable. Art gallery in lower level very good. Didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Free safe storage for our bikes.👍 Only cons…bathroom needs updating and entrance to bathroom is a high step up. Could be dangerous.

I used it as an inn for business trips. The parking lot was large and the hotel was new, so the room was clean. There is a sofa and table for one person in the room, which is very helpful for working on a PC. There is an ion mall nearby, so I didn't have any trouble eating. I didn't go to the public bath on the first floor, so I would like to enter if I have to stay next time.

This is a traditional Japanese-style room and very clean. The location is about 5 minutes walk in front of Otaru Station. If you take the Shinkansen to Shin Ota, it is about 6 kilometers to the hotel. I live in the opposite restaurant, there is a separate bathroom, but the toilet is public. The store family is very good and gave us an extra room. Breakfast is OK. Nearby activities may have to rent a car or bicycle to go to Sanchi Port and other places. It is a good experience to come to this intellectual journey.
