I really love this hotel. I welcome cakes and bear candy on the first day. It is delicious, and the quality of the toiletries is very good. The hotel has a free mobile internet, a deposit of 200 Euros, and a refund. The breakfast area is small but it is really pleasant. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sun and tea, it is full of holiday. I will definitely stay again next time.

Excellent staff- everyone was so friendly and helpful. We arrived very early from international flight and they let us check in early. Great location to walk to museums and great restaurants. Rooftop bar and pool were very nice- again, super friendly service. Nice complimentary bottled water and chocolates brought to the room in the evening. Needed to get shoes shined and they got it done for me. Nice artwork throughout hotel. Didn’t charge for drinks in mini fridge- nice touch. Did I mention how friendly everyone is?

I stayed here for a total of 4 nights and 5 days. This hotel was a little far from tourist attractions, but I am grateful that I was able to stay in a 5-star hotel at a good price. Scales, facilities, breakfasts, and services distinguished this hotel from four-star hotels, and staffs were exceptionally friendly. In particular, artistic architects participated in hotel construction and showed artistic interiors. Staying in a room that is comparable as a work of art was a beautiful experience of travel. I changed the room once during my stay, and the second room was perfect for both artistry and practicality in feeling like boarding a spacecraft. In the second room, I was particularly satisfied with the bathroom facilities. Also, I am especially grateful to all the staff who helped my mother, who got hurt while traveling in Toledo.

Breakfast & complementary break room with coffee and snacks downstairs was fantastic. The desk ladies were super helpful & even helped me book a tour as well as helped me sort out the laundry form - bless them for letting me practice my Spanish with them😅😅. Personally, this was the perfect hotel at the perfect time for 2 reasons; 1) there's nothing on the walls, no paintings or pictures which was good for me as a kindergarten teacher on vacation, I appreciated the sensory deprivation 🙂 and 2) there was a lot of floor space to work out in the room since there was no gym. Plenty of room in all directions to do yoga, BJJ drills & floor workouts - I don't know if I just got lucky with the room. 😊

One of the best hostel in central Madrid. Everything is so near. Strategic location, very near to Plaza Mayor. All staff are friendly and helpful. The beds and Washrooms are clean too. They also have amazing roof top cafe with stunning views. The basement kitchen is cool. Kudos to The Hat Madrid team. Highly recommended and i will definitely come back for my next summer holidays. We decided to stay in the Hard Rock Madrid for our short stay because we knew there would be high standards of accomodation and service.  Everything was perfect in respect of the facilities, including the room but the best thing about our stay was the service provided by the staff. Location is superb! We spent 4 days in Madrid and literally just walked the whole time, that’s how convenient the location is! Both public areas and the room are very clean and well maintained. The room’s ambiance is nice and stylish. All amenities are new and functional. Absolutely love our room!! Breakfast is another highlight. There is a decent selection of food and all very yummy! Especially the assortment of hams and salamis. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Marcos who helped us with check-in on our first day. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Madrid!

The Barceló Tower Hotel in Madrid is quiet in the bustling city and close to everything. It is 50 meters away from the avenue and the room is spacious. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is not very varied, but this is also a common problem of European hotels. The chef who makes omelettes in the open breakfast counter has a good skill, which brings a lot of comfort to the Chinese stomach. Carrefour, the Chinese Super League and Chinese restaurants are not far from the hotel. Recommended.
