Good location, walking distance from Wangfujing. Excellent stay. Smooth check-in for my prepaid booking (1,000 RMB deposit required). The hotel features beautiful classic decor and spacious rooms. The shower pressure was impressive and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Highly recommended.

I booked a suite, and the room was spacious with decent bedding, and the service was good. However, the lobby, the breakfast restaurant on the basement floor, and the dinner restaurant on the second floor were all incredibly cold. I had to eat wearing a coat! Are they that stingy with the air conditioning? Also, the colorful lights on the bedroom TV wall and headboard made it look like a KTV, it was quite startling at night. What kind of design is this? Is there no sense of aesthetics? I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've seen such a gaudy headboard – it was really creepy. The electric curtain switches were broken, so one large curtain couldn't close. I couldn't even close it manually because the sofa was right against the window… Speechless. The afternoon tea looked nice but tasted terrible. The lion and turret were made into big chocolate lumps, there wasn't a single slice of cake, and there were four rock-hard scones. Apart from the fruit, nothing was good. It was so subpar and didn't match the price. In summary, aside from the large room and good hygiene, the hotel lacked character and felt very dated. I wouldn't recommend it for the price. I strongly suggest immediately removing the red and blue background wall and fixing the electric curtains!

This time, I brought my child to the hotel. I'd inquired beforehand and knew they couldn't provide a crib, so I made do by pushing the sofa and bed together to create a safe sleeping space. The hotel's service attitude was good, and the room was very spacious. I tried out the pool in the morning; it's connected to the gym. There weren't any staff around, so no towels were provided, but the water temperature was lovely and warm. The pool itself is small but very quiet.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside a shopping district and subway station. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was incredibly fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and it was so quiet at night that I slept soundly until morning. The breakfast had a great variety of Chinese and Western options, and tasted delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

We drove from Shanghai to Beijing, and this hotel is conveniently located right by the Second Ring Road. Compared to many other hotels in this area that charge for parking, the Chang Fu Gong offers free parking when booking through Trip.com, which is fantastic value for money. The Jianguomen subway station is directly opposite the hotel, just a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get anywhere. Across the street are several consulates. Despite the elevated highway nearby, the soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The rooms feature a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) and disposable exfoliating mitts for showering. The hotel staff are incredibly responsive and helpful with any requests. The doormen at the entrance are very observant; they open the car door and help with luggage as soon as a car arrives. Downstairs, there are various dining options like Ziguan Garden, Lawson, and McDonald's, catering to different tastes. Overall, the hotel boasts an excellent location, great value, and superb service. It's a place I would definitely choose again. I'm very grateful to have had such a wonderful hotel experience during my Beijing trip.

Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area Beijing|0.86km from city center
1️⃣ The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Subway Line 2 is right at the entrance, and Tiananmen Square is only about 1.5 km away by bike, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Although it's a bit far from the Summer Palace, the location itself is genuinely great. 2️⃣ Now, about the service. On the night of the 30th, perhaps because the hotel is older, the soundproofing was exceptionally poor. Why do I say exceptionally poor? It was to the point where you could hear conversations from the next room crystal clear. This wasn't a huge issue until a man checked into the room next to us on the night of the 30th. His snoring was so incredibly loud that it was impossible to sleep. It was already past midnight, so I called the front desk. It seemed to be an intern who answered, and they very pleasantly moved us to another room, which was an upgraded room with an outer window. However, after the switch, the upgraded room was actually a bit smaller than the original one we were in. Since I had a 30-inch suitcase, it was quite cramped and difficult to move around once opened. Also, the room lacked an air purifier. All in all, the upgraded room was significantly less comfortable than the original one. I asked the intern at the front desk if they could offer a complimentary breakfast as compensation, but perhaps the intern didn't have the authority, so they didn't agree. A few minutes later, the lobby manager called, explained the differences in the upgraded room, apologized, offered a complimentary breakfast, and arranged for housekeeping to deliver an air purifier and a humidifier (they initially sent the wrong item, so comrade Jianjun from housekeeping had to make two trips at such a late hour, which I felt very bad about, but comrade Jianjun's attitude was consistently good and not impatient at all, and I really want to praise him for that). (The room was a bit warm, and I asked the front desk several times if there was a way to alleviate it. One reason was the central air conditioning, and the other was the in-room AC. Even after turning off the in-room AC, it was still very stuffy, and no other solutions were offered. However, the lobby manager on duty on the night of the 30th suggested bringing a humidifier, which felt very thoughtful. Overall, the solutions were very comforting). The room is a bit old, given its age, but most of the staff are very enthusiastic, and transportation is convenient. I would still choose this hotel next time I visit Beijing.

We booked a family room and it was incredibly spacious, essentially two standard rooms joined together. Having two bathrooms was a huge convenience; both adults and children could get ready without any hassle. The water heated up quickly and the pressure was consistently strong. The location is perfect for sightseeing – it's super easy to get to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the National Museum. Wangfujing Pedestrian Street is right next door, there's a 7-Eleven across the street, and a Qingfeng Steamed Bun shop. Diagonally opposite is Zigongyuan Roast Duck, which always has a huge line because it's so popular. There are countless things to praise about this place! We stayed for 5 days and were very satisfied. The only minor drawback was the limited TV channels; there were only about 30 local stations available.

The location is super convenient, with a large mall right next door so you'll never run out of dining options. The streetlights create a beautiful ambiance, and it's very close to Siji Minfu (a famous Peking duck restaurant). After getting my makeup done, I walked straight to the Forbidden City, which was incredibly smooth. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly, and they even gave me some Daoxiangcun pastries when I checked out.

Whenever I'm in Beijing, I usually book at Communal. The location is excellent, and getting around by subway is super convenient. They even upgraded my room to a suite with a living room, fully equipped with everything I needed. The humidifier and air purifier were a really thoughtful touch. The soft drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary too. No need to worry about dry skin either, as they provide a large bottle of body lotion. The gym is on the 16th floor; you can get a good half-hour strength workout in. The hotel breakfast is also great. Although the space isn't huge, it's very refined. This time, I discovered the cold chicken breast salad was really delicious. I hope the quality remains consistent. I'll definitely return if I have the chance.

Exceptional hospitality and the best stay in Beijing! I stayed at the Kerry Hotel for two nights from January 26th to 28th, 2026, and it was a truly heartwarming experience. From the moment I entered the room, the manager’s welcome message and cookies made me feel genuinely valued. Since I had to check out at 5:00 AM on the 28th, the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast box for us. I was so touched by this thoughtful gesture. I also want to mention the concierge staff—their English was excellent, and they were incredibly helpful not only in calling a taxi but also in explaining how to get back, which made our trip to Sanlitun very enjoyable. 'A special thank you' goes to the doorman on duty(Jan 27th around 5pm) when I returned from Sanlitun. I encountered a sudden internet issue and couldn't use Alipay. I only had a 100 RMB note, but he quickly sensed the situation and exchanged it for smaller bills so I could pay the taxi driver without any conflict. His quick thinking and flexibility saved the day, and I really hope he receives the recognition he deserves. The hotel’s Adventure Zone (kids' club) was also fantastic. The staff members positioned throughout the area kept my 7-year-old son safe, and the facility was clean and not overcrowded. It was definitely a highlight of the trip for him! The location is perfect as well. I could see all the major CBD buildings at a glance, and the view of the CCTV headquarters from my room was breathtaking. I will definitely choose Kerry Hotel again for my next trip to Beijing. It felt like every staff member was doing their absolute best to take care of the guests. I highly recommend this hotel and wish them continued success! From SUJIN LIM, South Korea

Coming to Beijing for Chinese New Year? Staying here is a great choice! This is likely the only Regent in Beijing, and its location is prime, right near the Wangfujing commercial district. It's super convenient for exploring Wangfujing or the Forbidden City, and there's a direct subway connection nearby. Regent's service has always been excellent. First, a big thanks to Bianca Hong for handling my check-in, and Amelia Song, who I met during check-out. Both were incredibly nice and professional staff members. The junior suite offers quite spacious accommodations, with a sitting area that's also suitable for working on a laptop. The bed is very comfortable~ The bathroom is well-designed with wet and dry separation, a bathtub, and double sinks, so two people can stay without any hassle. There's even a half-bath by the entrance, which is very convenient. Regent's most famous feature is probably the 17th-floor lounge breakfast. If you have lounge access, definitely don't miss it. It's a mix of à la carte and buffet options, with plenty of delicious choices. The gym space is also excellent, and there's a 25-meter swimming pool. The facilities for exercise and relaxation are top-notch.

This hotel truly lives up to its 'Capital' name! The entrance immediately impresses with its pavilion and intricate architecture, giving off an air of luxury and sophistication right from the moment you step inside. 😄 We even got a free upgrade to a higher floor room. The room was equipped with a high-end air purifier, and from our window, we could see several museums. The bus stop right outside is incredibly convenient. It's just two stops directly to Qianmen Street, three stops to Wangfujing Street, and five direct stops to the Temple of Heaven. Our visit coincided with the hotel's Chinese New Year event, where you could experience six Beijing intangible cultural heritage activities and receive a special New Year gift. It was definitely a worthwhile experience.

Stayed at the Commune by the Great Wall's Bamboo House with the kids, and it was a pretty good experience! The Bamboo House has a unique and quiet design, making it especially family-friendly. With several rooms, it's also perfect for gatherings with friends and their families. It's only a five-minute drive to the Shuiguan Great Wall, which is a less crowded and more challenging section, almost like having the whole place to yourself. I do hope the activities and dining options within the resort could be a bit more diverse next time. 👍 A big thank you to Olivier and Sunny for their thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay – they were warm, meticulous, and always ready to help. Stayed for two nights over the weekend with my parents, and the whole family was very satisfied. To be honest, none of us really did much research for the trip. We owe it all to our wonderful butler, Ada. From before check-in, to the check-in process itself, booking hotel restaurants, arranging a birthday surprise, recommending local attractions, and check-out – she provided high-quality information, suggestions, and arrangements every step of the way. She saved us from any detours or wasted time. Ada was truly instrumental in making our family trip so enjoyable these past two days. The breakfast was another highlight. Not because of the whole lamb ribs, beef short ribs, and ham, but because even with a large number of diners and a queue, the overall replenishment of food, clearing of dirty tables, seating, and even the coordination by the management team were all incredibly well-organized. It's clear that the restaurant's management level is on par with any major brand resort hotel. We plan to visit again when the weather gets warmer. The only minor complaints: the room was too cold, and the Chinese restaurant was too hot. 🥵

Having spent considerable time in the vicinity of the International Club, International Building, Japanese Embassy, Associated Press, and Ritan Park, I'm very familiar with this area. The hotel is strategically located just off Chang'an Avenue, at No. 21 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It's situated in the heart of the CBD, adjacent to Chang'an Avenue and the Embassy District. Jianguomen subway station is a mere 7-minute walk away, and iconic landmarks like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are just a few blocks from the hotel. It also offers convenient access to vibrant shopping and entertainment hubs such as Guomao, Wangfujing, and Sanlitun. I myself spent nearly a decade working in the International Building. Upon entering the lobby, its high ceilings and grand, pillarless design create a truly magnificent impression. The suites are thoughtfully laid out and exude an elegant, classic charm. A serene garden with a gentle flowing fountain enhances the overall sophisticated ambiance. Despite opening in 1997, the facilities are comprehensive, and the environment, cleanliness, and service all maintain a first-class standard. The standout feature is the unforgettable butler service; the personalized, one-on-one attention makes you feel right at home. The 24-hour comprehensive butler team provides exceptional service, anticipating and fulfilling every guest's need. Our butlers, Jasmine, Parker, Alex, and Bradley, orchestrated a series of unique experiences, including the St. Regis's classic traditional ritual of champagne sabrage. This spectacular event took place in the gallery of the Danielli Italian Restaurant on the hotel's second floor, where guests collectively raised their glasses, savored exquisite champagne, and celebrated. The sabered champagne cork was then presented as a cherished keepsake. Dylan Zhao and Candie (灿灿) went above and beyond, waiting for our return even after we came back late from a football match at Workers' Stadium. As we opened the door, they were already there, ready to welcome us home with comforting warm honey-lemon water and hot peppermint Earl Grey tea, perfectly prepared for optimal flavor. Their handwritten cards were also a thoughtful touch, now treasured keepsakes. They truly made our St. Regis night wonderful, cozy, and unforgettable. While there's so much more I wish to express, my feelings at this moment are truly beyond words, deeply etched in my heart. This unforgettable St. Regis experience will forever be etched in my memory. I look forward to returning on August 25, 2025. My sincerest thanks once again to The St. Regis Hotel for everything.

Xishan Hot Springs is truly perfect for the whole family, from the elderly to children. The seniors felt comfortable, the kids had a blast, and we felt at ease throughout our entire stay. The environment was clean and warm, and there were many hot spring pools with just the right water temperature. The elderly found it relaxing and rejuvenating, and there wasn't much walking involved, with plenty of rest areas available to sit down whenever tired. Kids have their own dedicated water play area with shallow pools that are safe and fun. There's also a children's playground, slides, and go-karts – enough to keep them entertained all day long. Plus, there's a childcare service so parents can relax for a while, which is a very thoughtful touch. The service was excellent, staff were friendly, and attention to detail was evident, taking great care of both seniors and children. Also, their Four Seasons Restaurant really knows how to cater to foodies! Our overall experience this Chinese New Year was fantastic, and I must commend it. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety; it was more for a quick bite to fill you up, suitable for those who wake up early and just want something light. However, the dinner buffet was truly outstanding. They had everything: seafood, BBQ, hot dishes, cold dishes, desserts, and fruits. You could grab salmon, oysters, roasted lamb leg, grilled durian, and crayfish to your heart's content, with each person limited to half a lobster. The taste was on point, and they refilled dishes quickly. There were so many options we couldn't even try them all – we left feeling incredibly satisfied. The late-night supper was an even bigger surprise! It was perfect for when we were tired from playing all day and got hungry at night. They had steaming hot xiaolongbao and various noodle dishes, all with great flavor and generous portions. Having hot food late at night felt incredibly comforting. Service was also attentive, with quick plate clearing and a clean, comfortable environment. Overall, breakfast was simple, dinner was lavish and enjoyable, and the late-night supper was heartwarming and just right. It's an all-in-one place for dining and entertainment where everyone in the family can find something to enjoy. It's not tiring or troublesome, and the value for money is pretty good. If you're traveling with elderly family members and children, this is the place to choose – hassle-free and comfortable. A highly recommended spot! 😎😎😎

I originally booked for one night, but due to unfinished business, I extended my stay by four more days, which allowed me to further experience the features of Kempinski. Facilities: Very comprehensive, especially having two gyms! The gym on the 18th floor is relatively 'basic'; the one in the basement has two levels. B-1 has treadmills and light equipment like pull-up bars, while B-2 has a full range of barbells and dumbbells, and surprisingly, even two squash courts. What's even more delightful is that there's an indoor golf practice area where you can simulate playing a full round. The weekday charge is 150 yuan per hour, which includes free club rental (both men's and women's sets are available). I just didn't like the men's Dunlop carbon fiber set, so I didn't play. If you're in Beijing for golf and bring your own clubs, it's definitely worth a try. The swimming pool on the 18th floor is quite short; you reach the end in just a few strokes. However, it's still good for relaxation. Both gyms have saunas and Turkish baths. The breakfast buffet is very rich, with smoked salmon 🍣, plain yogurt, five types of honey, and four or five kinds of cheese – excellent value for money. Also, soft drinks in the Mini-Bar are complimentary... The room has amenities like bathrobes and an umbrella. Hygene: No need to worry; it's impeccable. Environment: Although Yansha Shopping Mall isn't as vibrant as it used to be, it's very convenient to enjoy the various dining options in the Liangma River business district. Service: Very attentive. Two deliveries (express and errand runner services) were brought directly to my room by the concierge.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Although there was a notice in the room about hotel maintenance, it didn't actually cause any inconvenience. There were two things I wasn't too happy about. First, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. Either that, or the kid next door was just incredibly loud. They were shouting in the afternoon, still shouting when I got back to the hotel after 11 PM, and then started again around 8 AM on Sunday – better than an alarm clock! The other thing was that after finishing my meal in the room in the afternoon, I wanted to call for someone to pick up the trays. The call went to an automated customer service. I explained my request, and the AI said it understood. However, no one came to collect them until I was about to leave around 6 PM. Luckily, a staff member came to do the turndown service and took them away for me.

1. Overall comfort was high. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft, and the facilities were well-maintained. The front desk and room service were prompt and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. 2. Excellent location. It's close to the subway station and business district, making transportation convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. 3. Decent value for money. Compared to hotels in the same area, the price is reasonable, making it especially suitable for business travelers or families. One minor point is that the doors are quite heavy, so the sound of doors closing next door can be loud.

I've stayed here twice now, and the room's floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent light, making it very comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic, with direct access to the China World Mall, and it's home to Nanmen Hotpot and Ma Liu Ji. The basement connects directly to Metro Lines 1 and 10, which is super convenient. Line 1 goes straight to attractions like Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, and the Military Museum. Beijing traffic can be bad, so having easy subway access is a huge plus. This time, I also noticed a significant improvement in the hotel's service. We're a family of three, and we pushed the two twin beds together to sleep. When the staff cleaned the room, they thoughtfully put a thick bed sheet over them, so the person in the middle didn't feel the uncomfortable gap between the two beds, and we slept really well. Plus, every day they'd provide extra bottles of mineral water and tissues based on our habits, and when I asked for a band-aid, they proactively offered iodine swabs, which was very thoughtful. 👍

Another consistently excellent stay! The design aesthetic perfectly matches our taste, and the service is attentive and comfortable. Celebrating important occasions at Rosewood truly is the right choice. The hotel staff even proactively added us on WeChat to discuss some room setup needs beforehand, asking about our preferences. A special thanks to Lucas and Lynne for their thoughtful and detailed service throughout, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The Xiang Wei Kitchen on the third floor offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, the gym meets daily needs, and the pool is beautiful. The hotel's overall understated yet high-quality feel makes it our top choice for a staycation in the east!

1: The front desk staff who checked me in, wearing teal eyeshadow, kept a straight face and emphasized three times that I needed to keep the executive lounge schedule and adhere to its times. Excuse me, is this my first time visiting an executive lounge? And second, I'm not blind or deaf, so I would have understood after you said it once. Also, please fix your makeup. 2: After being in the room for a while, I noticed a yellow stain on a pillowcase. I called, and the attendant quickly came to replace it. It's no exaggeration to say she replaced the pillowcase in 2 seconds. This was, without a doubt, the best experience of my stay. 3: As part of the executive benefits, I had a late check-out until 4 PM. However, at 2 PM, my card stopped working. My three-year-old and I were stuck in the elevator, unable to go up, and he got scared. It was then that I realized they might have deactivated my card... We had to go back to the front desk on the ground floor to resolve it. All of this is fine, these are minor issues. 4: They charged me 3500 for check-in and took the deposit quickly. But getting the deposit back was a different story. I've stayed at so many five-star platinum and diamond hotels, and I've always received my deposit before even leaving the hotel entrance. This is the first time I've encountered not receiving it after 12 hours. Customer service told me it would be returned via the original payment method within 48 hours... I've truly never heard of a deposit being delayed like this. 5: The shower in the room was very cold, and at night, it was extremely hot, making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was decent but didn't offer much. Please stop serving that 'cheong fun' (rice noodle roll); it's an embarrassment. Anyone who has ever had 'cheong fun' would know what I'm talking about... The executive lounge had almost nothing to eat; it was far too little, not even half of what you'd find at a Ritz. The orange juice was good. There was one young male server in the executive lounge who was absolutely the best; the other female staff were just props. That's all.

You get what you expect, no less no more. Clean rooms, good quality of bed, cushions, nice breakfast with many options, kind staff. Everything as should be. Nice bathtub. The only thing is a view. First room we got did not have city view, but right in front was another building, which is very disappointing, but hopefully we managed to get another room with the view we expected in the first place. Shower had issue with dripping water. The rest all good.

An absolutely fantastic stay, truly deserving of five stars! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and the staff's warm hospitality. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and thoughtful; they patiently explained the hotel facilities and offered recommendations for local attractions. The room itself was spacious, bright, and exquisitely decorated, spotless and immaculate. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, instantly washing away my travel fatigue. Both the convenience of its location and the overall experience were impeccable. This hotel has definitely made it onto my top choices for future trips. I highly recommend it and will certainly be back!

This is the perfect hotel for you to rest up when exploring the city, it’s nothing fancy but then again you get what you pay for, some rooms are quite small with no windows but then again it’s very likely that you won’t be spending much time in a hotel room instead of exploring the city. Now locating the hotel can be a bit difficult but there’s lots of famous clubs around, so you can enter one of the clubs name and ask any guards you might find by the gate and they’ll gladly help you. And yes they do accept foreigners

I booked a deluxe king room and arrived past 1 AM, but the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a deluxe junior suite. The space was very generous with a great design aesthetic, and it was wonderfully quiet at night, allowing for an excellent rest. The overall environment was very clean. The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it very convenient. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and welcoming. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

The Courtyard Two-Bedroom was truly excellent, a peaceful oasis in a bustling area. Our housekeeper, Danika, contacted us back in late September and helped us prepare delicious fruits and Forbidden City-themed desserts. The biggest surprise was the anniversary cake she arranged for us! The room was on the second floor with a fantastic view. Our family of four enjoyed watching TV in the living room – the screen mirroring was very convenient – while sipping tea and snacking on desserts. It felt so cozy and like home! Breakfast could be delivered to the room. Judy, the breakfast staff, was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, helping us take photos and showing great patience 👍. Having breakfast in the courtyard was a unique experience! Many thanks to Danika for her kind service; she responded instantly to messages and was very responsible and dedicated in her work 👍👍! The package included a spa treatment. The overall ambiance was lovely. Vivian was very meticulous, and Angela and Mary gave excellent massages!

The room was clean and tidy, and upon check-in, there was tea and a candy souvenir, which really added to the New Year's festive atmosphere. The facilities were also very complete. I especially loved the late-night congee service.
