I was very satisfied with my choice of this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient for getting anywhere. Dengshikou subway station is only 300 meters away. Wangfujing is a 10-minute walk, offering a wide selection of food and shopping. The Forbidden City is just over a 20-minute walk. The hotel's heated pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym are all fantastic facilities. I stayed for four days and swam almost every day. The staff cleaned our room very thoroughly every day, and knowing there were four of us, they provided enough bottled water for us to drink. The Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful, and the children were very excited. Some young people specifically came to take photos, which I think is perfectly fine and didn't affect our stay. I support the hotel's approach, allowing more people to share in the joy.

From 2014 to 2019, I spent six-weeks each summer teaching in Beijing, and over that time, the Boyue Beijing Hotel has served as nothing less than a home away from home for me. It is exactly its friendly embrace and easy elegance that distinguishes the Boyue from Beijing’s larger, higher-profile hotels. Still, after a six-year absence caused by the pandemic, I was concerned that I might find a far less welcoming version of the place I had truly come to love. It was a relief to see that Liu Baojun was still out front and that Lisa was still at the head of the dining room, but so many others who had made my stays at the Boyue so unforgettable had moved on. However, no sooner than I checked in, my worries began to vanish completely. That’s when I first met three extraordinary new staff members—Jiaqi, Yonah , and their supervisor Anais—who demonstrated again and again that hospitality was still the heart and soul of coming to stay at this Chaoyang institution. Through the hard work of such talented and committed professionals as these three, the Boyue not only continues to check all the boxes that one expects to find at the highest levels of the hospitality industry—comfort, attentiveness, fine dining, and first-rate facilities—but I am also convinced that in the years since the pandemic, it has actually surpassed its own considerable track record of excellence. Thank you, one and all, for making my latest visit such an absolute pleasure!

The Grand Millennium Beijing has an excellent location with convenient transportation, and my stay was very satisfying. The lobby is elegant, and check-in was efficient and quick. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and bright, with soft bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The service staff were warm and professional, responding quickly to requests, which made me feel well taken care of. Breakfast was rich and varied, offering a comprehensive mix of Chinese and Western options, all of high quality. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel.

I absolutely have to leave a great review for the New Otani Chang Fu Gong, because in all my recent trips to Beijing, having stayed at places like the Beijing Hotel and Shangri-La, I haven't encountered service that met my expectations. Before that, the Marriott Executive Apartments were good. But this time, the Chang Fu Gong absolutely nailed it. From the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping, everything was professional. Unlike typical hotels, they didn't bang on my door early in the morning under the guise of cleaning, yet when I returned, the room was already tidied up. The quality of the food in the restaurant was also spot-on. Even though the hotel has been operating for a while, it's very well-maintained, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. The location is also excellent. Their business services are thoughtful too. I'm secretly adding this to my favorites.

Located at Sanyuan Bridge on the East 3rd Ring Road, the hotel lobby is on the third floor. While checking in, I happened to see flight attendants from a certain West Asian airline also checking in, which clearly shows it's a hotel catering to international guests. The hotel facilities are well-maintained. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows facing the 3rd Ring Road, which I really liked as it offered a panoramic view of Beijing's bustling cityscape. The breakfast was rich and varied, even including local Beijing snacks.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I came to see the snow scenery, and I chose it mainly because of its convenient transportation. The subway is right outside, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, which is super convenient. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old, but many rooms have already been renovated.

I recently stayed at the Sunworld Hotel, and the experience was fantastic! I definitely have to give it a glowing review! The overall decoration of the hotel is exquisite. The lobby is spacious and bright, and every corner is clean and tidy. I especially want to praise the front desk staff, Zoey. Her service is simply impeccable. When handling the check-in procedures, she was enthusiastic and professional. I asked her many questions about nearby places to visit and dine, and she patiently answered all of them. She also thoughtfully provided a lot of practical suggestions. It made me feel extremely warm and at ease. In conclusion, both the environment and service of the Sunworld Hotel exceeded my expectations. Zoey has added many wonderful memories to this stay. When I come to this area next time, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

This was my second trip to Beijing in mid-to-late October, and I chose to stay at the same hotel I did years ago, which added a nice sense of familiarity to revisiting the city. The most appealing aspect is the hotel's central location in Wangfujing. The interior environment is still quite good; whenever you return, you can enjoy a hot tea in the lobby to ward off the early winter chill. I didn't get the 'Jiangnan' room, so I opted for a premium room with a bathtub. Although I don't usually take baths, the room felt much more spacious, and having a window for ventilation was convenient for temperature control. The cleaning lady was very outgoing and easy to communicate with; she replenished the water daily, and tea bags and soft drinks were refilled the next day after use. For small items I needed temporarily, I could provide a list on WeChat mini-program, and a robot would deliver them, which is perfect for introverted travelers. However, since there's only one elevator and one robot, food deliveries might be a bit delayed during peak hours, but calling for human service is a warm touch. When checking out on the morning of October 26th, the front desk attendant was very gentle, asked for detailed feedback, and even gave a small gift, which brought a perfect end to my trip. Sorry I promised to leave a review but only had time to write a few words today (๑• . •๑). Finally, I suggest the hotel updates the in-room TVs when appropriate; not being able to easily cast content feels a bit outdated.

This has to be the hotel with the fewest outlets ever. For a double bed, there's only one on one side, and I couldn't find a single dual outlet in the P2 area – extremely inconvenient, I couldn't even charge my phone. The bedside lamp is the brightest light in the entire room. If one person is sleeping and the other is on their phone, you either have to turn on the light by the entrance or get up to switch on individual table lamps! Otherwise, it's too bright to sleep. At first glance, everything about this hotel seemed great, and the lobby environment is lovely, but after staying for two hours, I realized the details are seriously lacking. I've stayed in both the deluxe and special offer rooms, and they both have this issue. Plus, there's dust in many small corners.

This hotel is geared towards families with children, and most guests are here with their kids. The beds in the rooms are a bit high, which isn't safe for small children getting in and out, and there are no carpets. Also, the steps next to the bathtub have several sharp corners that really should have protective corner guards for safety. On top of that, the air conditioning didn't blow any hot air at all, even after running it all night. The room temperature simply wasn't warm enough for bathing a baby. And when I checked out, they didn't immediately inform me about items I'd left in the room – in fact, they didn't tell me at all. I only realized I'd left something after I got home and was looking for it. It seems they only retrieve forgotten items if the guest remembers and contacts them. I really wonder if this is the standard for five-star hotels these days?

First time staying at Regent Beijing, and it did not feel up to IHG standards in my opinion. Wi-Fi in my room was extremely slow, and I had to go back and forth with the call centre and housekeeping before the duty manager finally resolved the issue. The bathroom cleanliness was not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. - There was visible mould in the shower area. I received a call from Housekeeping on 28 Dec, informed them about it, but no one came to clean it. - There was also a seriously clogged shower drain (later fixed), which suggests no one noticed it before we checked in, likely because it had not been properly cleaned. Lobby lounge - Italian sparkling wine would never be a champagne, this is not supposed to be happening on REGENT hotel wine menu. Silly mistake & not professional. Wanted to order “Santa Punch” from the festive menu around 6pm and learned that it was sold out in the afternoon, half of the operational hours… Other than that, staffs are very friendly and helpful but the cleanliness really turn me off for next visit. Given there’s plenty of other hotels in the same area

Excellent! Staying at Capital Hotel this time was absolutely the right choice, I have to give it a big 5-star rating! To be honest, my first impression upon entering was fantastic. The front desk lady was incredibly efficient with the check-in process and so friendly, none of that coldness you sometimes get at five-star hotels. I booked a king-size room, and as soon as I opened the door, I said ”wow”—the room was so bright and spacious, and the view of Beijing's nightscape from the large window was absolutely stunning! I really have to highlight their bed! Once you lie down, you don't want to get up; it's neither too soft nor too firm, just perfect, and the pillow height was just right. Even I, someone who usually has trouble sleeping in new places, slept soundly until morning. The details were also spot-on: the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the hot water came on quickly and powerfully. The biggest surprise was all the complimentary perks, like the ”Cloud Tour of the Forbidden City” cultural experience, travel photography, and the health-boosting soup at Junting Restaurant! It's rare to see such generosity these days. The location couldn't be better either; it's a 10-minute walk to Wangfujing, and there's a subway station right outside, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The hotel has many restaurants, including Chinese, Western, and hot pot, all delicious and reasonably priced! What made me feel most comfortable was the staff; everyone, from the bellboy who helped with luggage at the entrance to the cleaning aunties, greeted me with a smile, making me feel so warm inside. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

Having spent considerable time in the vicinity of the International Club, International Building, Japanese Embassy, Associated Press, and Ritan Park, I'm very familiar with this area. The hotel is strategically located just off Chang'an Avenue, at No. 21 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It's situated in the heart of the CBD, adjacent to Chang'an Avenue and the Embassy District. Jianguomen subway station is a mere 7-minute walk away, and iconic landmarks like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are just a few blocks from the hotel. It also offers convenient access to vibrant shopping and entertainment hubs such as Guomao, Wangfujing, and Sanlitun. I myself spent nearly a decade working in the International Building. Upon entering the lobby, its high ceilings and grand, pillarless design create a truly magnificent impression. The suites are thoughtfully laid out and exude an elegant, classic charm. A serene garden with a gentle flowing fountain enhances the overall sophisticated ambiance. Despite opening in 1997, the facilities are comprehensive, and the environment, cleanliness, and service all maintain a first-class standard. The standout feature is the unforgettable butler service; the personalized, one-on-one attention makes you feel right at home. The 24-hour comprehensive butler team provides exceptional service, anticipating and fulfilling every guest's need. Our butlers, Jasmine, Parker, Alex, and Bradley, orchestrated a series of unique experiences, including the St. Regis's classic traditional ritual of champagne sabrage. This spectacular event took place in the gallery of the Danielli Italian Restaurant on the hotel's second floor, where guests collectively raised their glasses, savored exquisite champagne, and celebrated. The sabered champagne cork was then presented as a cherished keepsake. Dylan Zhao and Candie (灿灿) went above and beyond, waiting for our return even after we came back late from a football match at Workers' Stadium. As we opened the door, they were already there, ready to welcome us home with comforting warm honey-lemon water and hot peppermint Earl Grey tea, perfectly prepared for optimal flavor. Their handwritten cards were also a thoughtful touch, now treasured keepsakes. They truly made our St. Regis night wonderful, cozy, and unforgettable. While there's so much more I wish to express, my feelings at this moment are truly beyond words, deeply etched in my heart. This unforgettable St. Regis experience will forever be etched in my memory. I look forward to returning on August 25, 2025. My sincerest thanks once again to The St. Regis Hotel for everything.

We return to this distinctive luxury hotel in the Beijing suburbs annually. All rooms boast an elegant, classic decor, complemented by very modern facilities and wonderfully comfortable bedding. As a regular guest this time, I received a complimentary upgrade to a private hot spring room. Soaking in the private hot spring on a rainy night, with the night view as a backdrop, offered a truly unique ambiance. The service was impeccable; they were incredibly accommodating, providing an outdoor table and chair set, and even pre-cleaning the private hot spring pool for us. The courtyard is home to eight incredibly friendly cats, who lazily sunbathe on the ground and under cars. It's evident they're cherished and very much at home here. We also spotted two adorable little squirrels, and I heard there are even hedgehogs! It's a place where you can immerse yourself in nature, surrounded by charming little creatures – a perfect sanctuary for body and soul. That's why I make time to visit several times a year. It's absolutely worth the hour-long drive to unwind and celebrate significant anniversaries.

My overall experience at the Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a package receiving service, which is very convenient for travelers. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, patiently assisting with any questions or issues. The hotel's location is truly excellent, close to a subway station, and surrounded by a wide variety of dining options, making both travel and meals incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit warm during winter (December 13-19), and adjusting the air conditioning didn't seem to make much difference. However, I later discovered that opening the window for ventilation cooled the room down immediately. The curtain design is also very thoughtful, with two layers: a fabric curtain and a paper shield. By opening the fabric curtain and closing the paper shield, you can have both natural light and privacy. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Staying at the Kempinski camping room with family over Christmas 2025 was an incredibly impressive experience overall. We checked in at the 15th-floor Executive Lounge on Christmas Eve. The hotel is located on the left bank of Beijing's 'Seine River,' the Liangma River, and you can walk to the riverside via an internal passage. The main hotel building is also connected to the Lufthansa Center mall by an indoor corridor. During our stay, every staff member, whether it was the person who checked me in, the concierge in the lobby, or the housekeeping staff we met in the corridors, greeted us actively and warmly. Special thanks to Clark and his colleagues at the Executive Lounge for helping me coordinate our check-in and afternoon tea arrangements. They made a later check-in for family members (with young children) feel incredibly welcoming and festive. The camping room setup was very thoughtfully designed. For the Christmas theme this time, in addition to the original large tent, there was a Christmas tree and festive decorations. I heard that the room's furnishings and decorations are constantly adjusted according to different seasons and holidays. My child has already requested to stay at the Kempinski Hotel Lufthansa Center again for our next holiday.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Although there was a notice in the room about hotel maintenance, it didn't actually cause any inconvenience. There were two things I wasn't too happy about. First, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. Either that, or the kid next door was just incredibly loud. They were shouting in the afternoon, still shouting when I got back to the hotel after 11 PM, and then started again around 8 AM on Sunday – better than an alarm clock! The other thing was that after finishing my meal in the room in the afternoon, I wanted to call for someone to pick up the trays. The call went to an automated customer service. I explained my request, and the AI said it understood. However, no one came to collect them until I was about to leave around 6 PM. Just got back from Beijing, and I can't wait to praise Wang Ran from the hotel's service center – truly excellent, with superb professional skills. Here's what happened: The day before yesterday, it snowed, and I suddenly had the urge to visit the Summer Palace in Beijing to see the snow. I was initially hesitant about going, so I called your hotel to inquire about check-in details. The person who answered was Wang Ran from the service center (I only learned her position and name later when I asked her). Wang Ran's service made me feel incredibly warm. She confidently explained the hotel's room situation and also informed me about Beijing's weather conditions and various transportation options to the Summer Palace. Her help immediately dispelled my hesitation, and I no longer wanted to inquire about any other hotels. Because of her service, I absolutely had to choose Shangri-La Hotel! Wang Ran from the service center had a clear and gentle voice, and her opening remarks were polite and friendly, instantly alleviating the anxiety I felt due to my tight schedule. I had a lot of questions this time, ranging from room upgrade policies, breakfast issues, and wet/dry separation in the bathroom to transportation around the hotel and breakfast times. My questions were numerous and repetitive, but Wang Ran patiently listened without the slightest hint of perfunctory service. Throughout our conversation, she was clear-headed, responded accurately, and even re-confirmed my needs before ending the call to ensure nothing was missed. This kind of proactive, detailed, and enthusiastic service far exceeded my expectations and made me look forward to my upcoming stay. The fact that your hotel can cultivate such professional staff speaks volumes about your profound service philosophy. I'd like to commend Wang Ran once again for her outstanding performance and thank your hotel for the excellent service experience!

This hotel has been a local fixture for quite some time. While I used to frequent its spa facilities, this was my first time actually booking a room and staying overnight. The VIP building boasts very new and immaculately clean facilities. I'd especially like to commend the front desk staff who assisted me; they offered a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe King room in the VIP building, which was significantly more spacious and truly wonderful. They also kindly arranged a late check-out for me until 2 PM. The service was exceptional. What truly sets this hotel apart is its impeccable service and meticulous attention to detail. The lobby showcases exhibits like Buddha statues and traditional imperial attire. A particularly charming and clever touch is the room key card, which is designed to resemble an imperial golden token, embodying a truly unique hotel culture.

I stayed here for a while when it first opened over a decade ago, and my return visit was still fantastic! The suite is incredibly spacious, though some of the facilities are a bit dated. The coffee machine and bathtub were a bit broken but still usable. Everything else was great, and the massage chair was a super pleasant surprise! The bed was very clean and comfortable. The best part was the concierge staff, especially Tom. Early in the morning, I accidentally sent a package to the wrong address, and he very enthusiastically guided me to another building and helped me find the courier to successfully retrieve it. Many thanks!

This hotel definitely lives up to its great reputation! The newly renovated rooms at the Sait Hotel have absolutely no weird smells, and the warm, hidden light strips create an amazing ambiance. The natural light is so good that you don't even need to turn on the lights during the day. The front desk staff were incredibly nice; they not only gave me detailed information about local attractions but also helped me book a table at a popular restaurant. The service was impeccable, and a special thanks to Ms. Xiaojiao at the front desk!

The best part about this hotel is it’s location. Very conveniently located close to Beijing’s Night life venues. The room is basic but it’s clean with hot water.

The quadrangle courtyard has a very strong positive vibe, and the scenery is beautiful. The Ming and Qing dynasty architecture really captures the essence of old Beijing. What I liked most was the private butler, Danika, who provided thoughtful service; even the kids loved her. Breakfast can be delivered to the room, which was an absolute treat. The room was spacious, giving the children plenty of room to play, and they could also enjoy the courtyard. Danika helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully prepared sun hats for the children, which were incredibly practical. Five-star recommendation!!!

Everyone at the front desk smiled and was kind. I could use the hot shower without any problems. The room was clean and the floor heating was warm, so I could spend a comfortable time without any problems. 前台的人都很亲切,笑容满面。 热淋浴也可以正常使用。 房间很干净,地暖气也很暖和,所以我可以毫无问题地度过舒适的时间。

The location is quite convenient, and there's ample parking right in the courtyard. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted quite good. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
