Ringwood|0.27km from city center
The Sebel Ringwood has so many good points. It’s close to transport, shops and restaurants. It offers full king-size beds, and a large bathroom with a night-light. It’s set up for modern travel – we were able to charge all our devices at once from the numerous power points and USB plugs. The staff are overall very professional. So we will definitely stay at the Sebel again. The one downside was breakfast. We had to make an early start, so we were pleased to see that breakfast starts at 6 am on a weekday. It didn’t work as planned. There’s no buffet, we ordered cooked meals. There was only one cook, he hadn’t prepared in advance, so he ambled in and out of the storeroom getting ingredients, and our breakfasts arrived close to 6:30. My portion turned out to be very small, so I went looking for fruit. There’s none! No fruit salad, no bowl of bananas and oranges, nothing! So I left the hotel hungry. Because breakfast had taken so long, we had to rush to brush our teeth, do a final pack, and hurry to catch our train. I would much prefer what I’ve seen in other hotels of the same standard, where there’s a buffet plus a cook who makes to order dishes like omelettes, scrambled eggs, or full English. Before I forget, breakfast at the Sebel included freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee from an espresso machine, which were both very good. FromIDR 2,184,423

Ringwood|0.33km from city center
I had a 7 week stay at Ringwood Royale and it was just like home. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay and daily living. Loved having an oven to cook, even able to make a birthday cake. Washing machine and drier were super useful along with the washing powder provided. Appreciated supplies like dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder etc replaced weekly along with the helpful, friendly team who cleaned and changed linen and towels, also the wardrobe space was great to actually unpack for that period of time. Super comfy, firm bed and plenty of entertainment with Netflix, Foxtel and Wifi all part of the package. A big shout out to the Manager Mocita, who was so responsive, flexible and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when I had some uncertainty around dates. This was truly a home away from home. Also being solo I felt safe and secure - parking is also included in a secure car par, steps away from your day.. A great stay, highly recommended. By the way a nice touch is the selection of local wines to choose from int he apartment, if so inclined, at reasonable prices.FromIDR 2,927,484

Ringwood|2.36km from city center
Because this was the only hotel within walking distance from my friend's house, we stayed for a total of 4 nights and booked a 2+1+1 deal. Before checking in on the first day, the room fee and a deposit of 100 Australian dollars were charged to my credit card. On the fourth day, I went to the front desk to renew the room card (I couldn't open the door without renewing it). The front desk already knew that this was a prepaid order and asked if the payment would be deducted from the original credit card (I changed the name of the booker on the fourth night but didn't change the room and noted ”extend stay” in the order). I thought that after the prepaid order, the hotel might have to charge a deposit again because the name of the booker had changed, so I replied ”yes”. As a result, not long after, the front desk deducted 157 Australian dollars from the credit card again. I returned to the hotel in the evening and called the front desk. The front desk said it might be the deposit and asked me to talk to the manager tomorrow. I checked out very early the next day and the front desk was not at work. I negotiated with the hotel through text messages. The hotel said that I booked the room twice, once at the front desk and then again on Ctrip two hours later. They were so shameless. I booked the room on Ctrip one night in advance, but I didn't go to the front desk to renew the room card until after 9 o'clock the next day. After the communication failed, I had to contact Ctrip. If the negotiation with Ctrip failed, I would post a complaint on the hotel's official website. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the hotel agreed to refund the money, saying it was a ”communication misunderstanding”. I suggest that compatriots should check their credit card information more often when they go out, and safeguard their legal rights and interests in a timely and resolute manner, so that the chickens and dogs of T can't hide.FromIDR 1,349,597
