Our staycation in the resort wasn't what we expected given that it is a high-end resort with pricey room rates. It was Christmas Season but the property lacked Christmas programs or activities to entertain guests and make the stay more festive. Food service is slow and it takes time to bring food orders to the guests' table. Also food orders are a bit pricey but taste and presentation are just average. The resort is not also friendly to senior citizens/PWDs as it has a lot of staircases.
On the other hand, I'd like to commend the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff from housekeeping to reception desk and concierge/security.FromPKR 86,017
