On the first morning, when we went for breakfast, the lights in the food-serving area of the restaurant were broken, so everyone was trying to get their breakfast in the dark. Also, the hotel doesn't provide complimentary drinking water. If you want some, you have to buy it from the mini-bar. We booked a quadruple room for the whole family. However, the room given to us was completely not suitable. The shower was a see-through one with no door and facing the beds. It was great for a romantic couple but with grown up children, it was totally not acceptable to us. We complained and not without some argument, they offered 2 connecting rooms. On the day of checkout, the reception called us and said because they were fully booked, we have to leave at noon sharp and not one minute more! They even send a staff to our rooms to watch us pack. We feel that the front desk could be improved. Having said that, the hotel enjoys a really central location with walking distance to some of the famous tourist spots, and the breakfast is simple but good. The room's location is superb, within walking distance to all the attractions. The room itself isn't huge but the heating worked well, making it very cozy. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating; we arrived in the morning and they let us check in straight away, which was a huge plus! The only downsides were that the bed creaked a lot, and the soundproofing wasn't great – I could hear the person next door snoring. The room is on the small side, and the single bed isn't very big either, but it's clean. The layout is a bit odd though; the toilet and washroom have separate doors, which, along with the main entrance, are all squeezed together. It's a tight squeeze and you have to be careful when opening and closing doors to avoid bumping into them.
They don't provide complimentary bottled water, slippers, or toothbrushes, but there is an electric kettle. This might be due to their agreement with Trip.com (most hotels I've booked through Trip.com usually provide kettles) – a must-have for Chinese travelers!
Breakfast was just okay. Plenty of bread and pastries, but not much salad.
Getting around is super convenient, and it's located in a safe area right next to the Pullman. You barely see any 'loiterers' around. The Seine, metro station, and Eiffel Tower are all just a few hundred meters away. Dining options are plentiful too, but be warned: some restaurants nearby are a rip-off. One place charged over 40 Euros for a main dish – incredibly salty – and then added a service charge. Travelers should be cautious. The hotel's bar, however, serves good food at reasonable prices, and their pizza is excellent.
Luggage storage is a bit of a drawback; it's only available for the same day. This isn't ideal for those planning short trips to nearby areas.
The front desk staff speak decent English, but the housekeeping staff don't. You'll need to use gestures and point to objects, but they're still very good at fulfilling requests.From€204

Nice location near several metro and train stations (you could catch a train to Versailles from the station, also could go directly to the city center, tour Eiffel, Musée d’Orsay and other locations via metro)

Ordered room service which was ready rapidly and very tasty, food was still piping hot once got to the room although you do need to collect the food from the restaurant.
Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, you could also order fresh omelettes and plenty of drink choice too!

Feedback: call 1 time due to ahower pressure waa weak. No response . The ahower water pressure is weaker than my pee. Showering was not comfortable for me and wife . Propose to have anti slip mat inside the bathtub , capsule easily slip when moving out from shower in bathtub and cross out to floor.From€171
