This well appointed duplex is ideally located downtown Paso Robles. Situated only 1.5 blocks from the City Park and 5 blocks from Hwy 101, it is a perfect home base for exploring Paso's rich and growing wine, food and boutique culture. The unit has been recently remodeled to keep with its historic hacienda style architecture while offering you an especially comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. There is 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a micro/convection oven. You will also enjoy free hi-speed wi-fi internet access, and a flatscreen TV with blu-ray/dvd player. Both duplex units, Casita Azul and Casita Rojo can be rented together or separate, and have adjoining interior doors. The large backyard has ample seating and multiple coal BBQs. It's shared by the duplex units and our house unit, which is available as well. There's one designated parking spot in the back. ::PETS::We allow one dog on approval ONLY and with a $30 pet fee.
