We did not get the room, which we have booked, neither the room was valley side view nor the room was spacious, they allotted a small room to us, the soap given to us for hand wash and bathing was of poor quality which people use for washing utensils. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Samsun ,patnitop .The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring .The staff were incredibly friendly ,and to mention Mr Vikas ,he was a wonderful staff person with a smile on his face always ,We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.”

We did not get the room, which we have booked, neither the room was valley side view nor the room was spacious, they allotted a small room to us, the soap given to us for hand wash and bathing was of poor quality which people use for washing utensils. The only thing good was the food and room services by boys.
