位置確實還可以的，在11層，風景不錯，離火車站和批發市場都蠻近，挺喜歡衛生間的淋浴噴頭，水霧細膩，老闆人都蠻好，找不到地方可以電話聯繫。但是衛生真的，說出來可能會覺得離譜，我在賓館的床上拍死了不下十隻蚊子，就明顯是這個床單和被子沒換。晾衣架上麪都是灰塵，甚至起蜘蛛網。隔音效果一般

計劃是帶着倆孩子去神農谷旅遊（景區管理有些混亂，景色也和其它地方大同小異，這裏不贅述）。首先在攜程上看到很多家附近的這種民宿。圖片上看沒什麼差別。索性就訂了這家，開車到達后，進了房間，眼前的硬件條件確實讓我重新定義了民宿這個詞的含義，確實上下限之間的差距可以非常大。估計之前差評的那位就是給的硬件設施。房間及衛生間牆麪是新刷的，看的出剛蓋好沒多長時間，這點不用懷疑。列舉下其它個人認為欠缺的地方吧：1，床墊很硬（適合腰椎不好的理療用）；2，房間內沒電視（問過老闆，老闆說貌似現在的人不怎麼看電視就拆了。後來找老闆想辦法給了個10寸左右顯示器+機頂盒給對付了過去）；3，房間裏沒燒水壺，可以去吃飯的地打，我懶就喝了2天瓶裝水；4，得自備拖鞋（找了老闆娘，老闆娘很好的直接給了雙新的讓我應急）。如果對硬件設施不介意的還是可以來入住，因為老闆和老闆娘人都很好，衹要是在他們能力範圍內的都會給解決。最後提一句，在他們家吃飯一定要提前些去點菜，因為就他們家4個人忙整個店，上菜速度不要要求太高。另外，旁邊的小溪因為周邊開民宿的多，有些圖省事的店家把垃圾都丟在溪裏，所以把預期值調低些。已不忍心對房間拍照片和視頻了，總之其它評論裏圖片的內容，我沒見過。總結下，這家民宿屬於硬件不夠，老闆和老闆娘用熱忱來湊。他們家停車場地夠大，也算個優點。

Do you think this is over? Pick up and go to Fangte, I bought the evening show, I went to dinner at noon and picked up, the proprietress was not a little impatient. Originally planned to take a taxi to Changsha South to catch the train the next day, the boss said that Fang has direct access, and sent us to take the car early in the morning. Next time I go to Fangte, I must come here and recommend friends. The room is clean, better than the average homestay, my daughter likes the pink wall.
