For this price point, it's really great value for money. I checked in at 11 PM, and when I entered the room, all the lights and AC were already on, which was very comfortable. There was even some soothing music playing to help with sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was newly renovated and still had a strong smell. The environment was quite elegant, but the room was really small. Plus, there were yellow stains on the sheets, which looked like they weren't cleaned properly, and they weren't changed once during my multi-day stay! Check-in was incredibly slow; I waited for almost 20 minutes! The bathroom sink was too narrow, and there weren't any walkable dining options around the hotel either.

My only choice whenever i have a business trip to KL. Hotel is clean, staffs are friendly, location strategic, near to restaurants, cafes, convenient marts, pharmacies, pubs and banks. Highly recommend for business travellers.

I had a pleasant stay at the Garden Inn Hilton Hotel in Puchong. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the nice view from my window. The location is a bit far from major attractions, but that was expected since I’m familiar with the area—and honestly, I appreciated the peaceful environment. It’s quiet at night, which made the stay even more relaxing. There is some construction happening next to the hotel, and there are no shopping malls within walking distance, but it didn’t affect my stay too much. Parking was convenient and free of charge, which is a plus. My only small concern was the bathroom layout, which caused the floor to get quite wet after showering, and the water pressure was a bit low. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable. Would still consider staying here again.

Amazing stay on our second visit to Espira Kinrara. Both the adult and kids’ pools were excellent, and the breakfast was equally delightful. Truly a highly recommended place.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with from check-in to check-out. The room was tidy, the bed was soft, and the atmosphere was quiet—perfect for relaxation or work. The location is strategic, making it easy to find food and access nearby amenities. Overall, the stay was very satisfying. Highly recommended, will definitely come again.

My 6th time in this budget hotel but service and amenities are more like a 3 star above because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), very cold aircond, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Parking is free infront, behind or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out. It's definitely worth your every penny. Will come back again. Van service via Trek app can request to pick up at Avilla apartment and drop off at LRT Kinrara BK5 Station. Recently staying the WiFi is not functioning well as the signal shown 1 bar and keep on fluctuating to zero signal. Hope the management look into the issues.

Tips for Other Families: • Bring snacks and reusable water bottles — there’s a nearby supermarket, and it saved us from a few hangry meltdowns. • Ask the front desk for local recommendations — ours pointed us to a small, family-run bakery down the street. It became our morning ritual. • Pack a white noise app if you’re light sleepers — city sounds are minimal, but it helped the kids stay asleep through the night. • Consider booking a larger room or adjoining rooms if you’ve got older kids — the space is decent, but with teens, it might get a little tight

My trip to Malaysia was fantastic! Getting around by electric train is cheap and the network is extensive. The food is delicious, incredibly diverse, and very affordable. Accommodation options are clean and reasonably priced, with plenty of choices for different budgets. There are so many attractions to see, like the Petronas Towers, KL Tower, and the vibrant Bukit Bintang area. I definitely want to come back and explore everything!
